People have always been attracted to the extreme sports, although not many have an opportunity to try them in person. But even on the mobile screen, you can get the adrenaline flowing and feel the rush. And that is exactly how Bike Unchained 2 by Red Bull Media House feels like.
The game allows you to control your biker with one finger while allowing you to concentrate on their position on the bike. Anyone who drove a bike knows that it’s more work than just sitting and pedaling. And when it comes to extreme biking, it is especially true. The biker will move automatically where the game takes them, so at least that is made easier and you have one less worry.
However, this doesn’t make the game any easier to play. Pushing up the hills or streamlining for downhill is not all you can do. At certain moments the game will require that you jump and land safely back on the track. This is a multiplayer game which means that your competition will give you that extra boost you need to be as best as you can. You will be able to race against the real opponents and try to beat their score, which gives you that extra nudge to be the best.
Daily challenges are always the feature I respect in a game, and here they are really a nice way to test your progress. Also, you will be able to upgrade your bike over time and buy parts through the options you unlock during the game.
The first game was played by millions but the sequel is even crazier and more realistic. Bike Unchained 2 was redesigned completely and perfectly recreates the body movements of professional bikers. This is because the developers listened to the fans’ impressions of the first part and took their feedback seriously.
Although the game is exciting, the feeling doesn’t last long. Over time you notice the repetitiveness and fun starts to fade, especially if you don’t find any special thrill in riding your bike like you are immortal. But, it is a perfect adrenaline fix when you need one and can really take your mind off the stressful stuff.
