There are currently three Maps in the Forces of Freedom: Operation Nam, Operation Coastline and Operation Highway of Death.
Operation Nam and Operation Coastline were the only two available maps at first. Both of them consist of fairly open, rural areas with a few small wooden houses, two side paths and capture point in the middle. The lack of cover (in some areas) can make flanking somewhat tricky and dangerous, especially if enemy team positions properly.
Operation Highway of Death is the third Map for Forces of Freedom, and it was released on 20.08.2018. after open beta testing. This Map is set in a desert area, with a fair amount of rocks, wrecked jeeps, and sandbags that can be used for cover. On the other hand, there’s still a number of dominant positions that can be used for sniping (some of them even covering the capture zone) and, in my modest opinion, this map is “better” and “more balanced” than the first two.
In the following Map guides, we’ll cover all of the Maps in Forces of Freedom, discovering some of the tips and tricks, like common sniping positions, optimal avenues of approach and playstyle for each of the classes and more.
