Have you ever considered learning the piano? Did you give up on that idea after seeing the complexity of some music sheets? Well, now, for the first time ever, you can learn to play the piano without even knowing the music notes or being able to read music sheets. How on Earth is that possible? Well, thanks to ForteRight Arcade, you can learn the piano in a fun, creative and innovative way.
What is Arcade? It is a piano keyboard trainer device designed to teach pretty much anyone how to play the piano in mere minutes. It includes a mobile application which makes the entire process similar to a video game experience. The closest comparison would be something like a Guitar Hero, but for piano.
But how exactly does it work? Well, notes are represented by visual bars on the screen, and they cascade down the screen towards the keys on the piano. Once they reach the bottom of the screen, all you have to do is press the corresponding key. This makes the entire learning process much easier and way more fun. You no longer need to bother yourself with learning the notes, scales, and all the things that made countless people give up on learning to play this great musical instrument.
The Arcade has some great features that are very user friendly. Namely, it easily integrates with a mobile application supporting both Android and iOS devices. From there, the user can choose a music lesson from the online library. There is also the option to learn the song in a Practice Mode before playing it fully. This will split the song into several segments and allow you to learn them one at a time. Once you learn it this way, you can then play it in real time. Every time you complete a song, you’ll receive a score which will depend on your performance. This score will be tracked by the app and it will pinpoint the places where you can improve.
The plan for The Arcade is to be funded via Kickstarter campaign. The first 200 customers will receive The Arcade Early Bird Special at USD 199, while The Arcade Kickstarter Special will be USD 249. Once the crowdfunding campaign is over, the retail price for The Arcade should be USD 349, according to the manufacturer.
