Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL are teased to launch on May 7th as their new commercial showcases how even the Marvel Cinematic Universe can be saved by Pixel 3. Despite the rumors that the names of the upcoming smartphones would be Pixel 3 Lite and Lite XL, 3a and 3a XL titles are definitely set in stone now. Their release date is not official, however, but it is also believed to be true by many aficionados on the web.
Google Store’s latest one-minute long commercial showed Pixel 3 saving New Yorkers from the Marvel Avenger’s villains and this is also not a coincidence or just good marketing. Pixel 3 is definitely tied in the Playmoji AR Marvel Superhero lineup, not to mention that the commercial came out just weeks away from the global release of Avengers: Endgame.
Google Store’s official motto in this endeavor is “On May 7, meet a new hero”, which is why many say it is obviously their Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL additions to the smartphone family. They’ve also organized a webpage dedicated to the countdown with the slogan “Help is on the way”, click here to go to it.
Examining the Google Store latterly, analysts have noticed the pricing changes and then the prices for the upcoming gadgets emerged. Pixel 3a price will reportedly be set between $400 and $500. It is said to come with 64GB storage and in Black and White color variations. Pixel 3a XL, however, is estimated to be between $490 and $600. Not much more is known about the details and specs on these upcoming smartphones.
The partnership with Marvel Studios will bring five new superheroes to Google’s Playmoji collection. They are revealed to be Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Okoye, and Nebula. The heroes will all be accessible via Playground. The product manager for Playground, Elisabeth Morant, said:
