The Fourth Quidditch Cup Part 2
Introduction
Hello everyone, welcome to Part 1 of our Walkthrough for The Fourth Quidditch Cup Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. During the previous part, you and your teammates discussed the strategy for the final match of the season. Since you are essential to defeating the Wellnellys, Orion advised you to train some more and prepare.
Luckily, Charlie came up with an interesting Seeker training. The two of you went to the Dragon Sanctuary, where you trained with dragons. While doing that, you invented a new maneuver that could turn the scales in your favor during the final match.

(Disclaimer: This walkthrough will feature the gameplay from the perspective of a Year 7 student. Since the adventure is available for students of Year 2 and above, the requirements for certain tasks might be different for you, depending on your current progress of the main story.)
Now is the time to inform your team about the maneuver you invented. Go to the Quidditch Pitch when you are ready. When you arrive, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of your teammates. Tap on those if you are curious to see what they have to say. You’ll tell your teammates you discovered a new maneuver.
The choice you made while talking to Murphy will take effect here.
You will explain some details about the maneuver to your teammates.
Shortly after, you and your team will start practicing. Practicing Snag ‘n’ Scram is your next task. You need to earn five stars within eight hours to complete it. All five stars are required to pass.
There are bonus progress actions tied to Skye, your team’s Chaser, and your character. Focus on those actions to save energy.
After practicing for a while, you’ll try to perform the maneuver. Unfortunately, you won’t manage to pull it off.
Orion will notice that you still haven’t achieved total balance, so he’ll offer to help you with that. But first, he’ll ask you a question.
He’ll want to know what drives you to be the best at Quidditch. There are two options to choose from. This choice won’t significantly impact the story, so feel free to pick the option you prefer.
Orion will then ask you to meet him at the lakeshore, so go there when you are ready. When you arrive, you’ll notice a pile of Puffskeins near Orion.
He’ll say that you need to achieve the perfect balance of mind and body and he’ll then recall what kind of captain you wanted to be.
He’ll ask if you feel you’ve lived up to those ideals. There are two options to reply with. There is no right or wrong answer here, so feel free to pick the option you prefer.
After considering everything, Orion will say that your role as captain is not disrupting your balance. He’ll advise you to clear your mind and simply be in the moment. You will be curious about the Puffskeins Orion gathered. He’ll say that they are part of your training. Apparently, you’ll be standing on your broom over the water while avoiding the Puffskeins Orion throws at you.
However, you’ll need to do it with your eyes closed. Moments later, the training will begin. You need to earn five stars within three hours to complete this task. All five stars are required to pass.
There are bonus progress actions tied to Orion and your character. Prioritize them to save energy.
Orion will be impressed that you managed to keep your balance. He’ll say that you’re ready to face the Wellnelly twins. You’ll thank him for helping you and remind him that the pre-match party is about to start.
You’ll need to wait three hours before you can continue. Since you will probably be low on energy at this point, it is recommended to wait until this timer expires.
Go to the training grounds once the waiting time is over. When you arrive, you’ll be able to interact with some of the characters. Penny will be incredibly happy to see you.
She’ll admit she is kind of sad that you’ll soon be playing your last Quidditch match at Hogwarts. There are three options to reply with. Once again, there is no wrong choice here. Simply go with the option you find the most appropriate for the situation.
Moments later, Rita Skeeter will approach you. As always, she’ll try to get into your head. She will say that her readers are concerned with your judgment lately.
She’ll then decide to explain everything. Hearing Rita’s explanation requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.
There is a bonus progress action tied to Penny. Prioritize it to save a bit of energy.
Somehow, Rita found out that you’ve been helping the twins. She’ll say that you’ve fallen right into their trap. There are three options to reply with. While this choice won’t heavily impact the story, it is somewhat recommended to pick the third option here.
Shortly after, Skye will approach you and she’ll get rid of Rita.
She’ll remind you that you still need to perform the vivification ceremony.
Go to the Quidditch Changing Room when you are ready to continue. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Orion and Skye will be glad to see you. The results of the previous Quidditch seasons will take effect here.
Needless to say, defeating the Wellnellys will be quite a challenge. Orion will be convinced that you can inspire your teammates to perform well.
Performing vivification is your next task. You need to earn five stars within three hours to complete it. All five stars are required to pass.
There is a bonus progress action tied to your character. Focus on it to save a bit of energy.
The entire team will be moved by your words. Orion will admit it was the most inspiring vivification he’s ever heard.
You will say a few more words to inspire your teammates.
Everyone will happily cheer after hearing you. Moments later, the final match will begin. The task window will display all the relevant information.
Murphy will welcome everyone to the final match of the season.
Moments later, he will announce your opponents.
Shortly after, you and your teammates will enter the pitch.
This match isn’t too different from the regular matches you’ve played so far. Simply focus on successfully completing the maneuvers and you shouldn’t have much trouble.
Eventually, you’ll be tasked with performing the maneuver you invented.
If you succeed, your opponents will crush into one another and you will successfully catch the Golden Snitch.
If you win the match, you will earn some nice rewards.
Murphy will announce the final result of the match.
You will notice some familiar faces cheering from the stands.
If your team ended up winning, you and your teammates will be incredibly happy about it.
Badger Picklish III will appear and say a few words.
All that’s left is to attend the Quidditch Cup ceremony. Go to the Great Hall when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll be able to interact with some of the characters and see what they have to say. Madam Hooch will welcome everyone to the Quidditch Cup ceremony.
After saying a few words about the match, she will announce the winning team.
The following section will differ based on the outcome of the match. If your opponents won, you will gracefully congratulate them on their victory. If you won the match, you’ll accept the trophy on behalf of your team.
Baglan will congratulate you on your victory.
Madam Hooch will want to know what helped you achieve success the most. There are three options to choose from. If you want to give credit to the entire team, it is recommended to pick the first option.
Skye will smile and say she is honored to have shared the pitch with you.
Shortly after, Part 2 of the Fourth Quidditch Cup adventure will come to an end. Hit the Collect button to claim your rewards. 5 Gems, 30 House Points, 50 Dragon Experience Points, and 2 Chocolate Frogs.
If your team won the final match, you will receive a trophy.
From now on, the Snag ‘n’ Scram maneuver will be usable in Quidditch.
If your team won the match, you will also receive a Seeker Weekly magazine with you and your team on the cover.
Occasionally, you can tap on it to receive energy.
That was quite the challenge. Thanks to your efforts and immense work, your team proved that they are a force to be reckoned with, and the Wellnelly twins got the worthy opponents. Needless to say, your Quidditch exploits will be remembered in years to come, and the memories you made will forever stay with you!
Thank you for reading.
