Adventures in Curse-Breaking Part 2
Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery
Hello everyone, welcome to Part 2 of our Walkthrough for Adventures in Curse-Breaking for Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. During the previous part, you found out that Bill got an exciting Gringotts assignment, the one that involves dragons. Both Charlie and you were thrilled to hear about it, and you asked Bill to take you along. Needless to say, he was strictly against it, so Charlie and you needed to do some convincing in order to persuade him. In the end, you were successful, and you managed to convince him. However, because Bill is very busy, he asked you to organize the field trip and ensure that everything is in order. But first, you need to inform your classmates and tell them about the trip to Romanian Dragon Sanctuary. It will take around one hour for all of them to gather at the Three Broomsticks. Since your energy is likely low at this point, it is recommended to wait and let it recharge while the timer is expiring.

Once the waiting time is over, head to the Three Broomsticks to meet with your friends.

Upon arriving, you will be able to interact with some of the characters before continuing.

By the looks of it, Penny gathered Barnaby and Merula.

You’ll tell them you have some good news to announce.

Both of them will immediately make some assumptions.

Charlie will be too excited by this, and he’ll cut their conversation short.

You will start explaining everything.

Penny will be curious to know more about Bill’s assignment.

Merula and Barnaby will also be interested to learn more.

Explaining Bill’s assignment requires earning five stars within three hours. Since all five stars are needed to pass, avoid starting this task if you are out of energy.

There are 5-cost actions linked to Barnaby and your character. Prioritize these in order to save some energy.

Barnaby will seem very excited about this trip.

As for Penny, she’ll be more concerned about everyone’s safety.

She will remind you of the events of your previous dragon encounter.

You will have three options to respond with. If you like Penny, it is somewhat recommended to pick the second option. Otherwise, feel free to choose whichever one you prefer.

Charlie will also say some reassuring words.

And thankfully, Penny will agree to go.

You will ask the most powerful witch at Hogwarts if she wants to join the field trip to Romanian Dragon Sanctuary.

She’ll be interested to know why you want her to go. There are two options to choose from. Both of these will end up with the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

As for Barnaby, he’ll agree to go under one condition.

And his condition is quite an interesting one.

Sadly, this is not something you can promise.

He’ll think for a while, and in the end, he’ll agree to go.

Charlie will tell everyone that you’ll be leaving tonight by Portkey.

This means that you’ll be spending the night there.

Penny will ask one completely logical question.

Sadly, you don’t have a tent, but perhaps Hagrid has one.

Proceed to Hagrid’s garden when you are ready.

When you arrive, you’ll be able to interact with some of the characters and see what they have to say.

After greeting Hagrid, you’ll ask if he could borrow you some camping supplies.

He’ll be curious to know why you need those.

You will tell him the truth… or at least the part of it.

He’ll agree to your proposition, but you’ll need to learn some things about camping first.

He will ask if you’re familiar with it. There are three options to respond with. All of these will eventually end up with the same outcome, so feel free to pick whichever choice you prefer.

Hagrid will then decide to teach all of you some basics about camping.

This requires earning five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, so avoid starting this task if your energy bar is empty.

There are 5-cost actions linked to Barnaby and Hagrid. Focus on those if you’re looking to save some energy.

When he’s done explaining, Hagrid will ask if any of you got any questions.

Penny will be the first one to ask away.

Hagrid will be shocked to hear this.

After all, you did leave out the most important piece of information.

He’ll decide to take you to Professor Kettleburn.

After all, Kettleburn is quite experienced when it comes to all sorts of magical creatures.

Proceed to Care of Magical Creatures when you are ready.

When you arrive, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you are interested to see what they have to say to you.

Professor Kettleburn will be very happy to see all of you.

Hagrid will start filling him in.

Professor Kettleburn will ask if this was your idea. There are two response options. If you like Charlie, it is somewhat recommended to pick the second one.

The professor will offer to share some of his wisdom with you. After all, his experience could save you in case you get in some dangerous situation.

He’ll also be happy to see that you got some friends with you.

Moments later, he will start his lecture.

Listening to Professor Kettleburn requires earning five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, so avoid starting this task if your energy is low.

There are 5-cost actions linked to your character and Professor Kettleburn. Prioritize those if you’re looking to save a bit of energy.

The Professor will say a few closing words once he’s done.

He will also give you some useful advice that could save your life.

If you adopted the Welsh Green, Professor Kettleburn will mention it here.

He will also share another useful experience with you.

Next, the Professor will be curious to know why Charlie is so interested in dragons.

Unfortunately, your friend won’t be able to explain it with words.

Next, you will be asked the same question. There are two options to reply with. None of these will have any significant impact on the story, so feel free to take your pick.

With that being said, the Professor will conclude the lecture.

As for Hagrid, he will feel a bit better knowing you’re prepared for the trip.

You’ll then ask your friends to gather everything and meet with Bill at the Training Grounds.

The Portkey will activate in approximately two hours. Since you are likely out of energy at this point, it is recommended to wait until this timer expires and regenerate some energy in the meantime.

Once the waiting time is over, head to the Training Grounds to meet with your friends.

Upon arriving, you will be able to interact with some of your friends and check out what they have to say to you.

Bill will gather everyone and he’ll start explaining things.

He will ask if anyone is having second thoughts.

Naturally, all of you will be determined to go.

You will tell him that you are prepared for the upcoming trip.

Your friends will also say a few words.

You’ll also mention that you have camping supplies.

Bill will ask if Professor Kettleburn gave you any specific safety advice. There are three options to choose from. The correct answer is “Protective wards”.

Bill will then want to make some final preparations before you go.

This requires earning five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, which is why it’s recommended not to start this task if you are low on energy.

There are 5-cost actions tied to Charlie and the Portkey. Focus on those if you want to save some energy.

When you’re done, Bill will ask if everyone is ready to go.

Both Penny and Merula will answer without hesitating.

As for Barnaby, he will wonder if there’s something he forgot.

You’ll quickly reassure him that you’ll only be camping for one night.

Bill will then ask everyone to place their hands on the Portkey.

And soon enough, you will be transported to Romanian Dragon Sanctuary.

This will mark the end of Part 2 of Adventures in Curse-Breaking. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward.
