Walkthrough
Now, it is time to talk to Professor Dumbledore and inform him that you want to be Head Boy/Girl. Unfortunately, upon starting this part, you will be met with a waiting period of three hours. Since you will likely be low on energy at this point, it is recommended to wait and let your energy recharge in the meantime.
Proceed to Hagrid’s garden once the waiting time is over. It looks like Fang had a fun time chasing Dumbledore’s phoenix.
After greeting you, the Headmaster will ask if there’s something he can help you with, and you will quickly get to the point and explain how much you want to become Head Boy/Girl.
Professor Dumbledore will be very pleased to hear that, and you’ll then mention you learned he was a Head Boy. You will also tell him about your encounter with Aberforth.
You’ll then ask if he would be kind enough to share some of his experiences with you, and thankfully, the Headmaster will be more than happy to help. Learning about Dumbledore requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.
There are bonus actions linked to the Headmaster and your character. Prioritize these if you are looking to save some energy.
You’ll sum things up once Professor Dumbledore is done talking about his Head Boy days.
If your character is a Prefect, the Headmaster will be sure to mention it.
He’ll then suggest you talk to Professor McGonagall since she was Head Girl during her student days. You’ll thank Professor Dumbledore before he leaves, and as for Hagrid, he’ll be very happy for you. You’ll tell him you already talked to lots of people about your goal to become Head Boy/Girl.
Hagrid will be surprised once he hears you mentioning Rowan, and you’ll admit that your late friend is one of the reasons why you want to become Head Boy/Girl. Still, Hagrid will stand there in disbelief.
You’ll try to explain it.
Next, you will decide to seek out Professor McGonagall and see if she can advise you. Head to the Transfiguration classroom when you are ready. When you arrive, you will notice Badeea and Tulip trying to cast a spell.
Apparently, they are attempting to invent a new Transfiguration spell. It seems that they want to turn Tulip’s toad, Dennis, into a prince. You have three options to respond to this. While none of these options will have any significant impact on the story, some of them will lead to rather funny lines of dialogue, especially the third one.
You’ll then tell Professor McGonagall the reason why you wanted to see her.
Thankfully, she’ll be happy to help.
Learning about Hogwarts’ History requires obtaining five stars within three hours. Since all five stars are needed to pass, avoid starting this task if you are low on energy.
The only bonus action here is linked to Professor McGonagall. Focus on her actions if you are looking to save a bit of energy.
The Professor will say a few more words after she’s done lecturing you.
Then you’ll realize that trying to follow someone else’s path may not be the way. Suddenly, Badeea will inform Professor McGonagall that Dennis is nowhere to be seen.
As it seems, she overheard your conversation with Professor McGonagall, and she’ll give you an interesting piece of advice.
Proceed to the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom to talk to Bill. Upon arriving, you’ll be able to interact with some of the Weasleys and check out what they have to say. By the looks of it, Bill is preparing to leave.
You’ll quickly ask him if he could tell you something about his Head Boy days, and you’ll also mention that Dumbledore might choose you to be the next Head Boy/Girl. Both Charlie and Percy will comment on that.
You’ll then get to talk to all three of them about it. This requires earning five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, which is why you shouldn’t start this task if your energy bar is empty.
The only reward action here is tied to Bill. Prioritize his actions if you want to save a bit of energy.
Percy will ask you an interesting question. This choice won’t affect the outcome of the story, so feel free to pick the option you prefer.
Bill will tell you one more thing about being Head Boy/Girl.
You will find this very odd, especially if you are a Prefect.
Charlie will also voice his opinion on this.
Bill will provide a more detailed explanation.
Charlie will add to that.
Apparently, Peeves has been having some fun in Prefects’ bathroom lately.
Perhaps you could prove yourself by restoring order?
Head to the Prefects’ bathroom when you are ready. When you arrive, you’ll notice that the place is in a total state of chaos. Apparently, the prank you pulled on Charlie motivated Peeves to have some fun. You’ll admit that you’re the one to blame for it, but you will also be very determined to set things right.
This requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.
There are reward actions linked to Peeves and one of the frogs. Focus on those if you want to save some energy.
Needless to say, Peeves won’t be too happy to see you restoring order to the Prefects’ bathroom, and he’ll be even less happy once he hears that you’re aiming to become a Head Boy/Girl.
Charlie will be very pleased with this turn of events.
You’ll notice one frog sitting at the sink.
You will be able to choose whether you want to make it disappear or let it stay. While this choice won’t have any significant impact on the story, picking the first option will certainly make Charlie happy.
You’ll then tell him about your encounter with Rowan.
Charlie will find that odd.
Moments later, Duncan Ashe will appear.
He will tell you that seeing Rowan was most likely a dream.
You’ll be curious to know if that indeed is the case.
Duncan will then make some valid points about Rowan’s visit.
This will make you think if your late friend really visited you or not, and you’ll ask Duncan some questions about ghosts. Unfortunately, he won’t be in the mood to talk anymore.
Once again, you will wonder if Rowan’s visit was just a dream.
Charlie will suggest you learn more about ghosts in order to figure it out.
This will mark the end of Part 3 of Head Boys and Girls adventure. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 3 Gems.
Could it really be that Rowan’s visit was only a dream? Will you get to learn the truth? And will Professor Dumbledore choose you to be the next Head Boy/Girl? Find out in the final part of this adventure.
Thank you for reading.
