year 6 chapter 23 1050

Head back to the classroom once you earn enough stars to unlock the lesson. Learning how to transfigure Flobberworm to Fritter requires earning five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, so avoid starting this task if you are out of energy.

year 6 chapter 23 1070

Pay attention to some of the mini-tasks since these are unique to this lesson.

year 6 chapter 23 1080

When you earn the fifth star, you will be tasked with casting the spell. Trace the wand movement to do so.

year 6 chapter 23 1090

Hit the Collect button to claim your rewards. You can claim an additional reward in the Transfiguration section of your Hogwarts Record.

year 6 chapter 23 1110

As for the second lesson, proceed to the Divination classroom when you are ready Unlocking the Xylomancy lesson requires earning nine stars from Divination classes. Like before, pick the class duration you prefer and hit Start when you are ready to begin.

year 6 chapter 23 1130

Once again, prioritize action with bonus progress to save energy.

year 6 chapter 23 1140

As for the mini-tasks, these will require you to “focus” a lot in order to gain some extra Empathy points.

year 6 chapter 23 1150

Return to the classroom once you obtain enough stars to unlock the lesson. To complete this lesson, you need to acquire five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.

year 6 chapter 23 1170

Other than some mini-tasks, this lesson is fairly similar to most of the regular Divination classes.

year 6 chapter 23 1180

When you are done, hit the Collect button to claim your rewards. You will earn an additional reward for completing the lesson. You can collect it in the Divination section of your Hogwarts Record.

year 6 chapter 23 1200

Now that the lessons are out of the way, you can proceed to the Hog’s Head Inn to meet with Ben and Merula. Upon arriving, you will be able to check out what some of the characters have to say to you. You’ll join your friends at the table and ask Ben about this sudden meeting.

year 6 chapter 23 1230

Before answering, he will ask you why Dumbledore called you to the office twice. Apparently Ben is worried if Dumbledore has found out about your secret organization.

You’ll tell him that the Headmaster didn’t know about your organization and explain that the first time you and Dumbledore talked about grieving, and the second time he asked you to show Alanza Alves around Hogwarts. Obviously, Ben doesn’t really care about Alanza.

year 6 chapter 23 1300

Merula will tell him about some recent events.

year 6 chapter 23 1310

You will explain that there was no other way but to tell her the truth. Also, it seems that the Headmaster had a talk with both Ben and Merula. The professor told Ben to embrace his emotions while advising Merula to avoid letting her anger take over.

Frankly, it does make sense. After all, the three of you were there the night Rowan died. Ever since then, everyone’s been looking weirdly at Ben. Apparently, he’s not the only one who was getting those kinds of looks.

year 6 chapter 23 1370

Merula will ask if you hate it. There are two options to respond with. This choice won’t affect the story in any meaningful way, so feel free to pick either option.

year 6 chapter 23 1380

Shortly after, Ben and Merula will start arguing about Rowan’s death. You will interrupt them by saying that Rowan was there because of you. They will both be surprised by this and Merula will want to hear all about it. Explaining what happened requires earning five stars within an hour. Only one star is needed to pass.

year 6 chapter 23 1420

If you are looking to save energy, it is recommended to earn a single star and wait for the timer to expire. This will save you around 30 energy, and given that there’s no waiting time before the next task, you will be at full energy and ready to continue once the timer expires. However, if you want to earn some additional rewards and a chance for chocolate frogs, it is recommended to fully complete this task.

year 6 chapter 23 1430

Shortly after, you’ll say that Charlie told you that Rowan kept his distance because he knew you wouldn’t involve him, and you’ll add that you only wanted to save Rowan.

Merula will be quick to blame you for Rowan’s death. Ben, on the other hand, won’t agree with her about that.

year 6 chapter 23 1460

After all, Rakepick is the one to blame for what happened.

year 6 chapter 23 1470

Shortly after, Charlie will arrive and ask you to come with him to the Hogsmeade Train Station. Apparently, he’s got a surprise for you.

year 6 chapter 23 1480

Proceed there when you are ready. When you get there, you will notice that some of the characters have speech bubbles above them. This is when you will find out what the surprise is.

year 6 chapter 23 1510

It is definitely surprising to see Bill back at Hogwarts so soon.

year 6 chapter 23 1530

Especially given the fact that he was so busy with work lately.

year 6 chapter 23 1540

If you completed Adventures in Curse-Breaking, you’re in for some additional lines of dialogue.

year 6 chapter 23 1550
year 6 chapter 23 1560

You’ll be curious to know why Bill decided to visit, and he’ll be happy to answer your question. This requires earning five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.

year 6 chapter 23 1590

There are bonus actions linked to Bill and your character. Focus on these if you are looking to save some energy.

year 6 chapter 23 1600

Apparently, Bill was also having a hard time since Rowan died.

year 6 chapter 23 1610
year 6 chapter 23 1620

Bill and Charlie will also mention their younger brothers, showing worry about what Percy, Fred, and George are going through, particularly with the added pressure of the Statue Curse and the tragedy of a student being murdered by a former professor. Bill will add that their little brothers don’t know yet how wonderful Hogwarts can be.

If you and Rowan visited the train station together during Year 6 Chapter 11, you’ll mention it here.

year 6 chapter 23 1660
year 6 chapter 23 1670

Bill will tell you he is planning to surprise his younger siblings, and Charlie will suggest surprising them with some homemade fudge.

year 6 chapter 23 1690

Bill will ask him an obvious question.

year 6 chapter 23 1700

Still, Charlie will be determined to give it a try. However, you’ll need access to the kitchens in order to make some fudge. You will say that in that case, you know someone who can help you.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait three hours until the time is right. However, you will likely be out of energy at this point, so you can simply wait until this timer expires since your energy will regenerate in the meantime.

year 6 chapter 23 1740

Head to the kitchens once you’re able to continue. When you arrive, you’ll thank Jae for sneaking you in. He will be surprised to see you risking getting detention again. You have three options to respond with. If you like Jae, it is somewhat recommended to pick the first option.

year 6 chapter 23 1770

As for Charlie, he won’t mind getting detention as long as you can make the fudge, but you’ll ask him about the recipe, and unfortunately, Charlie doesn’t really know how to make it.

year 6 chapter 23 1800

Luckily, Jae is a skillful cook, so his help will be more than valuable. Also, he knows a useful charm that will make things much easier. Making Weasley Fudge requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.

year 6 chapter 23 1830

There are reward actions linked to Charlie and Jae. Prioritize these if you want to save a bit of energy.

year 6 chapter 23 1840

When you are done, the fudge will be almost ready.

year 6 chapter 23 1850

There is only one thing missing, and that’s Jae’s spell. However, before he gets to cast it, Pitts will appear. He will be surprised to see you and your friends in the kitchens.

year 6 chapter 23 1870

He’ll ask you to provide an explanation. It is highly recommended to tell the truth, so as long as your Empathy is level 26 or higher, you should go with the first option.

year 6 chapter 23 1880

Shortly after, Pitts will ask you to finish the fudge and leave the kitchens, so you’ll ask Jae to do his magic, and he’ll wave his wand and cast the spell.

year 6 chapter 23 1910

Still, you won’t be certain if the spell worked or not, but apparently, there’s only one way to find out.

year 6 chapter 23 1930

Charlie will suggest heading to the Owlery next.

year 6 chapter 23 1940

Still, there is a waiting period of two hours before you can continue. Since you will probably be low on energy at this point, it shouldn’t be a problem.

year 6 chapter 23 1950

Once the waiting time is over, proceed to the Owlery to surprise the Weasleys. Charlie will tell you that everything is ready for the surprise.

year 6 chapter 23 1970

Bill will be very eager to greet his younger brothers, and it appears that Jae’s spell worked as intended. Moments later, Percy, Fred, and George will arrive. Needless to say, they will be quite surprised to see Bill.

year 6 chapter 23 2010
year 6 chapter 23 2020

Percy will be the first one to notice the fudge.

year 6 chapter 23 2030

You’ll admit that Mrs. Weasley didn’t make it and say that you made it together, and it’s not exactly like their mother’s, but it’s close. Percy will be quick to assume something bad happened, and both George and Fred will ask Bill to tell them the truth, asking if someone is dead or turned into a statue.

year 6 chapter 23 2080

Bill will calm them down, saying that everything is all right, but Percy will be doubtful of that. There are two options to respond with. None of these will influence the story in a significant way, so feel free to take your pick.

year 6 chapter 23 2100

Bill will explain to them that he only wants to cheer them up and that he hates to see their life here filled with darkness at this moment. He will add that he just wants them to have good memories of Hogwarts like he does.

Fred’ll be interested to learn more about Bill’s happy memories, and apparently, George will want to hear about it too. Sharing some nice memories requires earning five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.

year 6 chapter 23 2150

There are bonus actions tied to Charlie and your character. Prioritize these if you want to save some energy.

year 6 chapter 23 2160

Bill will say a few more words once he’s done sharing happy memories. He will say that everything about Hogwarts is magical, even in its darkest time there is magic to be found in Hogwarts.

As for Charlie, he will remind everyone about the fudge, and you will thank them for inviting you to this family reunion. Before you leave, Fred will ask you about the Circle of Khanna meeting, and this will catch Bill’s attention.

year 6 chapter 23 2220

You will start explaining.

year 6 chapter 23 2230

Bill will cut you off mid-sentence.

year 6 chapter 23 2240

You will suggest it might be better for him to spend some time with his brothers. He’ll nod, saying he’ll look for you afterward.

This will happen in approximately two hours. Since you are probably out of energy at this point, it is recommended to wait and let your energy recharge in the meantime.

year 6 chapter 23 2270

Once the waiting time is over, proceed to the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom. Merula will want to know why you wanted to meet.

year 6 chapter 23 2290

Bill will get straight to the point and say he wants to talk to you about the Circle of Khanna. The Most Powerful Witch at Hogwarts won’t be too happy about hearing that and she will tell you to stop telling everyone about your secret organization.

Ben will assume that Bill has a plan and wants to help you, and by the looks of it, that seems to be the case. You’ll then get to learn more about Bill’s plan. This requires earning five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.

year 6 chapter 23 2340

There are two bonus actions linked to Bill, so focus on his actions if you are looking to save some energy.

year 6 chapter 23 2350

When you are done, Bill will ask if you’d prefer to be a bit more organized about investigating ‘R’. There are two options to choose from. This choice won’t impact the story in any meaningful way, so feel free to pick either option.

year 6 chapter 23 2360

Bill will then point out some things about Merula, Ben, and you. He will say that you witnessed a horror that will unite you forever, but instead of finding strength in each other, you seem miserable and stuck together. Merula will be the first one to object.

year 6 chapter 23 2390 1

As for Ben, he’ll agree with her about this, and you will admit that all three of you need each other, while Bill will just look at you and smile cheekily.

year 6 chapter 23 2420

Ben will find it odd.

year 6 chapter 23 2430

Maybe bringing the three of you together was Bill’s goal in the first place. He will add that you are a team, a strong team, and you will have to be for what he suggests you do next. He will say that it will be dangerous and emotional and that it will test your courage and your heart. He will then suggest returning to the place where Rowan got killed.

year 6 chapter 23 2480
year 6 chapter 23 2490
year 6 chapter 23 2500

This will conclude Chapter 23 of Year 6. Hit the Collect button to claim your rewards. You will receive 250 Coins and 2000 Experience Points.
