Chapter 44

Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Chapter Forty-Four of Year Six of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. Last time, you visited the Headmaster and informed him about what happened in the final cursed vault. Later on, you met with Jacob and talked about living the normal student life now that you’re done with the cursed vaults. Afterward, you met with Mad-Eye Moody in the Hog’s Head Inn where you discussed the recent events. He advised you to take a break from adventuring and spend some time with your friends for the time being. You decided to gather up all of the Circle of Khanna members for one last meeting, where you thanked everyone for their help. You also announced that you will be throwing a party to celebrate everything nice about Hogwarts. Now is the time to continue where you left off. Proceed to the Care of Magical Creatures to attend the first lesson of the chapter.

To unlock the Imp lesson, you need to earn a total of nine stars from the Care of Magical Creatures classes. Select the class duration you prefer and hit Start when you are ready to begin.

As always, focus on 5-cost actions if you are looking to save some energy.

Try your best to complete all of the mini-tasks successfully to earn some extra Courage points.

Return to the Care of Magical Creatures once you earn enough stars to unlock the lesson.

To complete the Imp lesson, you need to obtain five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, so avoid starting this task if your energy is low.

Other than the star requirements, this lesson is fairly similar to most of the regular classes, so simply treat it as such.

Upon earning the fifth star, you will be tasked with feeding the imp. Trace the path on the screen to do so.

Head to the Divination classroom to attend the second lesson of the chapter.

Unlocking the Ovomancy lesson requires earning nine stars from Divination classes. Select the class duration suitable to your liking and hit Start to begin.

Prioritize 5-cost actions whenever they are available. This should save you some energy.

Each successful mini-task will grant you some Empathy points, so try your best to complete them all.

Head back to the classroom once you acquire enough stars to unlock the lesson.

To complete the Ovomancy lesson, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.

Pay attention to Professor Trelawney’s question during this lesson.

Once you are done with the lesson, proceed to the Clocktower Courtyard to meet with Penny and Alanza.

Upon arriving, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you are interested to see what they have to say.

Penny will congratulate you on finding the final Cursed Vault and breaking its curse.

Alanza will be happy that you can finally take a break from adventuring and have some fun.

You’ll tell them it’s the reason why you wanted to meet with them.

You will inform them about the party you are planning.

Alanza will be extremely excited to hear that.

Penny will be curious to learn more about the party.

You’ll tell her it’s going to be a celebration of everything wonderful about Hogwarts.

Alanza will suggest making some plans for the party.

Planning a party requires earning five stars within an hour. Only one star is needed to pass.

Normally, it would be recommended to earn a single star and wait for the timer to run out. However, there is a waiting period afterward, which is why you should try and complete this task as soon as possible. It’s also worth mentioning there is a 5-cost action linked to Alanza.

Penny will look forward to the party.

As for Alanza, she will be happy to do anything party-related.

You’ll suggest getting started as soon as possible.

Alanza will mention some important things you’ll need to throw a party.

You’ll smile and add the most important thing she forgot to mention.

Penny will offer to spread the word and inform all of your friends about the party.

Alanza will ask you an interesting party-related question. There are three options to choose from. This choice won’t have any big impact on the story, so feel free to pick the option you prefer.

She will then suggest having a party at the Three Broomsticks.

Still, you will have to convince Madam Rosmerta to let you host a party there.

You will have to wait two hours until you can continue. Since you will likely be low on energy at this point, it is recommended to wait and let your energy recharge in the meantime.

Proceed to the Three Broomsticks once the waiting time is over.

When you arrive, you will be able to interact with some of the characters and see what they have to say.

You will kindly ask Madam Rosmerta if she would be willing to let you host a party at the Three Broomsticks.

Unfortunately, she’ll be too busy serving patrons to answer your question.

You will start considering the alternative places where you could hold the party.

Sadly, the only other place would be the Hog’s Head Inn, which is definitely not ideal.

Penny will suggest helping Madam Rosmerta. Perhaps she might allow you to hold a party in the Three Broomsticks in return.

Both Alanza and you will like Penny’s idea.

You will approach Madam Rosmerta again and offer to help her.

While you did help her before, Madam Rosmerta will be unsure about your friends.

She will wonder if letting them help her is a good idea. There are three options to try and convince her. Each one will lead to a similar outcome, so feel free to pick whichever one you prefer.

In the end, she will agree to your proposition.

Helping Madam Rosmerta requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.

There are two 5-cost actions linked to some of the patrons. Prioritize these if you are looking to save some energy.

When you are done, you will report to Madam Rosmerta.

Penny will ask if there’s anything else you can do to help.

Madam Rosmerta will say that you’ve done more than enough to help.

You’ll ask if she’ll let you host a party at the Three Broomsticks.

She’ll nod and give you the answer you were hoping for.

You’ll smile and thank her.

Now that the venue is taken care of, you’ll have to think of other things you need for a party.

Alanza will suggest getting some pranks to ensure that the party is fun.

Thankfully, you have some friends who might be able to help you with that.

You will have to wait two hours until Fred and George can sneak into Hogsmeade. Since the chapter is not time-limited, it is recommended to wait and let your energy replenish in the meantime.

Proceed to Zonko’s Joke Shop once the waiting time is over.

When you arrive, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of your friends.

Fred and George will be fascinated by Zonko’s Joke Shop.

You will wonder how they managed to sneak into Hogsmeade.

They will give you a hint.

Fred will ask if there’s anything they can help you with.

You’ll tell them you need their pranking experience.

Thankfully, both of them will be eager to help you.

Bilton will approach you, eager to get acquainted with your friends.

The Weasley Twins will introduce themselves in a funny way.

You’ll tell Bilton you’re looking for some pranks for a party.

Fred will suggest getting a swarm of Fanged Frisbees.

You won’t really like his suggestion.

George will ask if you think there’s something wrong with Fanged Frisbees. There are three options to reply with. Each of those will lead to a similar outcome, so feel free to go with whichever option you prefer.

Luckily, Bilton has plenty of items that could make the party fun.

You’ll then get to pick some pranks for the party. This requires earning five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, which is why you shouldn’t start this task with an empty energy bar.

There are 5-cost actions linked to Charlie and a jar of Belch Powder. Focus on those if you are looking to save some energy.

When you are done, you will sum up the pranks you’ve collected for the party.

The Twins will ask you about the Fanged Frisbees once again.

You will tell them there are some other things you have planned to keep everyone entertained.

And one of those things is the music.

Proceed to the Training Grounds once you’re ready to meet the Weird Sisters.

The Band members will be happy to see you.

Apparently, the word of your heroic deeds has already spread across Hogwarts.

Myron will be curious about what you’re planning to do next.

You’ll inform him about the party you’re planning.

You will also ask if they would be interested in playing at the party.

They will be more than glad to do so.

However, they want to finish their new song first.

As it seems, the song is about your curse-breaking adventures.

Sadly, they are unfamiliar with some details.

You’ll be more than happy to help them with that.

Thankfully, they will be ready to perform at the party after the song is complete.

Moments later, all of you will start composing lyrics for their new song. This requires earning five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.

There are 5-cost actions linked to Myron and your character. Focus on those if you want to save as much energy as possible.

Myron will find the tales of your adventures very inspirational.

There is still one crucial part of the lyrics missing.

According to Myron, the chorus should feature a turning point in your journey.

You will then get to choose what they should write about. This is a chance for you to honor Rowan, so if you liked your late friend, it is highly recommended to go with the third option.

Myron will thank you for helping them finish their song.

You’ll ask if they will play at your party.

Myron will nod and say that they are ready to rock.

Orsino will suggest practicing for a while to ensure that their performance is worth remembering.

Before leaving the Training Grounds, you will tell them to come to the Three Broomsticks once they are ready.

It is almost time for the party. You will have to wait three hours until all the preparations are done. Since you are probably low on energy at this point, it is recommended to wait and let your energy recharge in the meantime.

Proceed to the Three Broomsticks once the waiting time is over.

Upon arriving, you will spot a lot of familiar faces.

Professor Dumbledore will be the first one to greet you.

All of the Hogwarts staff will find the party pretty enjoyable.

Even Professor Snape will enjoy the party… in his own way.

Shortly after, you will notice Alanza smiling at you.

She will be incredibly happy with the party you organized.

And now that the Cursed Vaults have been dealt with, you can finally take some time to relax and have fun.

Alanza will inform you that she’ll be staying at Hogwarts for another year. Needless to say, she will be very excited about it.

You’ll be very glad to hear that.

Soon enough, you will get to celebrate and enjoy the party.

Ben and Merula will thank you for organizing the party. As it seems, both of them were glad to take a break from adventuring.

Merula will say that your late friend would definitely enjoy the chance to socialize with the professors.

Ben will add to that.

You will point out that there’s only one year left at Hogwarts for all of you, which is why you should make the most of it.

Moments later, Jae will approach and say that he has a message for you from Mundungus Fletcher.

He’ll ask you to go to Diagon Alley with him.

You’ll nod and say that you’ll head there as soon as the party is over.
