Pokémon HOME: A new Cloud service arriving next year

As Pokémon brand grew, so did its need to make its own venue, like other big developers and publication companies do. Pokémon HOME seems to be just that, the answer for an orderly way for players to store, trade, and transfer monsters and stuff from all 3 big Pokémon games: Pokémon Let’s Go, Pokémon Go, and Pokémon Sword and Shield which will be released in 2019.

Pokémon HOME release date set for early 2020!

Now, an honorable mention for the already running Pokémon Bank for 3DS users is due. However, Pokémon HOME intends on being the first cloud service to put together Nintendo Switch with iOS and Android devices and to bring together virtually all of the players of the current two and soon-to-be-three Pokémon games.

The news broke at the latest Press Conference where Junichi Masuda of Game Freak announced Pokémon HOME. According to what info Masuda provided, the service will allow players i.e. trainers the opportunity to trade or transfer their pocket mons from all these three Pokémon games on all 3 mentioned platforms. Pokémon HOME release date is set for early 2020, and this is a part of the statement on the conference:

“Introducing Pokémon HOME, a cloud service that will work with Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS devices allowing you to bring over the Pokémon that you’ve shared adventures with throughout your journey.

Pokémon HOME isn’t tied to a single game service system, meaning you can connect with Pokémon Bank, along with # PokémonLetsGo, # PokémonSwordShield, and # PokémonGO. It also features trading functionality”
