DORKA

Dorka is a Fated Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is the first meritorious helper who made Neomi.

Lore

Dorka is a Fated Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is the first meritorious helper who made Neomi, who lacks political skills and foundation, into the great chief she is now. Her identity is shrouded in complete secrecy, and not even Neomi knows her past. If you are more aware of Brunn’s closed nature, it is hard to conceal your doubts about her. But this fact was a huge opportunity for Dorka. Her presence with no connection to anyone, was a good opportunity for Neomi who had just become chief, to include Dorka to her own faction. To add to many of her appeals, she also had an equivalent skill level as Kylock, a maniac recognized by everyone in Brunn. The reason for Kylock’s suppression provided ample justification for keeping Dorka by Neomi’s side. Ironically, the presence of  Kylock, has a firm position as Neomi’s sword and shield. Although you can’t tell who’s meant to be the sword out of the two.

Skills

Her passive is “Focused Shot 3”. It afflicts targets with Focus Fire mark decreasing their Dodge and Block with basic attacks. Dorka gains 1 Mana if the target dies while marked or if their Health is 70% or more. Additionally, it grants Dorka “Grace of Mana” and “Soul Bond”. “Grace of Mana” permanently grants 1 Mana to all allies while “Soul Bond” grants all allies whose attack is less than Dorka’s a Soul Bond mark that heals 30% of missing Health every turn and reduces Magic Damage taken by 30%.

“Black Iron Strom” is her first active skill. It causes 63% damage to all enemies and afflicts targets with “Bleed” that cause 39% damage every turn for 2 turns. Requires 2 Mana.

“Piercing Darkness” is her second active skill. It causes 367% Piercing damage to the single target, costing 3 Mana.

Fate Core

Dorka currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Gameplay tips

Even without Fate Core Dorka is a Top Tier character. She heals all allies, who have a lesser attack, every turn, increases the minimum Mana Pool of all allies by 1, and significantly reduces the incoming Magic Damage. Her active skills are not overpowered as her passive but being able to inflict heavy Piercing damage for only 3 Mana, makes Dorka extremely dangerous in PvP. At the top of that her first active skill is ideal for Machine breaking which makes her very useful for PvE as well. Dorka has a special synergy with Neomi and Kylock who benefit from her “Soul Bond” ability. When Dorka gets her Fate Core she will be META without a doubt because she is extremely dangerous even without it, so be sure to start scouting for her before other players.

NEOMI

Neomi is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Defense and she causes Magical damage. She is a young chief of Brunn.

Lore

Neomi is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Defense and she causes Magical damage. She is a young chief of Brunn. Neomi was born the second daughter of a family that had ruled Brunn for generations. By the time Neomi had grown up, her father had already been the great chief that had integrated Brunn. Her sister Carrie was also a prodigy with unprecedented talent. So Neomi began to train her body to assist her proud sister. Fortunately, Neomi was quite talented in martial arts. But her plans began to change as Carrie became Queen of Saint West. After Carrie who had believed she would rule Brunn in the future, left, her father’s sudden death made Neomi the successor of the great chief. It was like an inevitable disaster for Neomi, who was not prepared, nor had the political acumen to overcome the situation. Then a helping hand comes to her. Dorka, whose identity is unknown, but whose skills are superior to anyone else. Kylock, Brunn’s best shaman, who has been criticized by the public for his peculiar madness. Neomi’s choice of the two was enough to make her, in name and reality, Brunn’s supreme power. Although, only God knows how long that near balance will last.

Skills

Her passive is “Block 3”. It places [Provoke] (taunt) on all enemies if an ally takes the damage and its health drops below 30% and grants [Heal Over Time] for Neomi that heals 20% of Attack every turn for 5 turns. Neomi gains 1 Mana if her Health is above 70% when the skill is triggered and 1 Mana if her health is below 20% when the spell is triggered. Additionally, if Neomi is affected with “Soul Bond” she becomes immune to the damage received from “Share Health”.

“Proof of Determination” is her first active skill. It causes 375% damage to the single target, costing 2 Mana.

“Millenial Light” is her second active skill. It increases her Health by 46% for 8 turns and her Defense by 51% for 8 turns. It also places “Share Health” on all allies for 16 turns.

Fate Core

Neomi currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Gameplay tips

Neomi is a true protector! Her passive prevents allies from dying by placing mass Provoke. For only 3 Mana she doubles her defensive capabilities and takes half of the damage from all incoming attacks against any of the allies, practically halving the enemy’s damage potential. If Dorka is in the same team Neomi totally ignores received damage while “Share Health” is active. Her first active skill is also considerably strong since it costs only 2 Mana but Neomi’s base Attack is very low so you shouldn’t expect miracles from her attacks. At the top of all that, Neomi is one of the few Defenders with Magical attacks, which can be very useful in some situations. Obviously, since she cannot be Fate Cored she is not a Top Tier Hero but if you combine her with Dorka before others do that, you can be pretty sure that soon you will have a META combination ready for assembling.

KYLOCK

Kylock is a Fated Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is a lunatic shaman of Brunn.

Lore

Kylock is a Fated Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is a lunatic shaman of Brunn. Born with cruelty, madness, and talent as a shaman, Kylock was an unstable being. But at the same time, he had the spirit to encompass all this. It was a foreseen step that Kylock grew up to be the most dominant shaman in Brunn. Kylock knew his natural madness better than anyone else. At the same time, not so foolish as to give up everything for the pleasures of the moment. That’s why Kylock wanted a position where his brutality could be welcomed. It was not difficult for him, who was already a brilliant shaman. As a result, Kylock became the loyal subject of Neomi, the great chief of Brunn. As a hound that executes a more secretive, brutal order.

Skills

His passive ability is “Mana Absorb 3”. It removes buff from an enemy and grants 1 Mana to Kylock. Additionally, Kylock gains 1 Mana if the target’s Health is above 80% or below 30%. Passive ability also grants him “Absorb Soul” that heals 100% of all damage from damage over time effects on all enemies, if Kylock is under the effect of “Soul Bond”.

“Moon-night Reaper” is his first active ability. It causes 300% damage to the single target, costing 1 Mana.

“Soul Harvester” is his second active ability. It causes 89% damage to all enemies and places “Corrode” that cause 39% damage every turn for 3 turns. Requires 3 Mana.

Fate Core

At the moment Kylock does not have his Fate Core.

Gameplay tips

Kylock is another Hero who has a special synergy with Dorka. If Dorka is in the same team he can heal himself for the same amount of health that is taken from all enemies affected with Corrode. This can be especially effective in PvP where Kylock can remove buffs and feed his Mana Pool allowing him to use “Soul Harvester” more often. It may seem that Kylock is similar to Baileysh but in reality, Kylock can use his skills more often, therefore, his damage potential is considerably higher. However, Baileysh is better for Darkness breaking and PvE. Since Kylock cannot be Fate Cored and since he mostly depends on Dorka’s assistance he cannot be considered very powerful at the moment but if you need someone to break multiple Darkness Guardians Stones in PvP he is the right choice for you.

IRIS

Iris is a Rare Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a confined royal member of North von Frosty.

Lore

Iris is a Rare Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a confined royal member of North von Frosty. Iris is the daughter of Mahar, who failed in a struggle for the throne and lost an arm. After Mahar ran away in a hurry, his family was left in North von Frosty. Mahar’s family was confined overnight and was placed under house arrest. After Iris’s mother and brother died, she tried to escape by asking for help from Baron Malove, who was a loyal subordinate of Mahar. However, Malove deceived Iris and Iris ended up falling into the hands of human traffickers. There, Iris met and become friends of Talia. Talia claimed to be Brunn’s fortune teller and said they would escape with the help of the Brunn’s tribe when Brunn’’s tribe assaulted the traffickers to save Talia. Iris headed to Brunn with Talia, while learning magic and witchcraft from her. After arriving in the capital of Brunn where Mahar was, Iris tried to assassinate Mahar. The assassination failed, and Iris was caught. While Iris was waiting for the death penalty, Talia saves Iris once again and tells Iris that to achieve what she wants, she must restore the forgotten power of the Dragon Clan. Iris then travels to Lenombe to collect the relics of the Dragon Clan.

Skills

Her passive skill is “Cleanse”. It cleanses damage over time and debuffs from allies granting 1 Mana to iris.

“Origin of Protection” is her first active skill. It grants Barrier equal to 11% of Iris’s maximum Health to all allies, removes all status effects, and grants 1 Mana to all allies. Requires 3 Mana.

“Mana Release” is her second active skill. It causes 350% damage to the single target. Requires 3 Mana.

Fate Core

Iris can be Fate Cored via “Summer Festa” and Event.

With “Summer Festa” Fate Core, Iris’s passive grants her “Summer Blessing” that places [Frost Damage Immunity] to all allies at the start of battle increasing the target’s Attack by 50% when the immunity is removed. It also imbues each Iris’ attack with [Modification] for 3 turns if she has removable buff/recovery/positive effects applied. Additionally, Iris can remove all Barriers when the enemy uses it, once per round. Enemies whose Barrier was removed have their Defense decreased by 20% of Iris maximum Health for 9 turns. Her first skill now removes all status effects and grants 2 Mana to all allies at the cost of only 1 Mana. Her second skill now causes 525% damage to the single target, costing 3 Mana.

With “Event” Fate Iris’ passive grants additional Mana if Health of the target is 20% or less when the skill is triggered. Her active skills remain the same.

Gameplay tips

Even without Fate Core, Iris can be useful Rare Hero in PvE by protecting allies from negative effects and constantly granting them Mana. She is not amazing but she is useful. With Fate Core, Iris becomes META in both PVP and PVE. She can generate Mana to allies almost every turn allowing them to use their most expensive abilities during the entire battle. But that is not the best thing about FC Iris. FC Iris removes Barriers. That applies to all Bosses Barriers and Barriers placed by Dragon Knights FC Heroes or Awakening FC Heroes in PVP. This practically means that assembling the PVP team without Iris will automatically make you an easy target for all players who have Iris in their team. In current Meta, FC Iris is a must-have Hero for all who want to have serious ranking in Zebenstunier.

Garff

Garff is a Fated Hero whose element is Light. His position is Defense and his attacks are Physical based. He is the first of the Five Greatest generals of Saint West.

Lore

Garff is a Fated Hero whose element is Light. His position is Defense and his attacks are Physical based. He is the first of the Five Greatest generals of Saint West. While Garff was born a commoner, he was always interested in war and dreamed of becoming general. To realize his dream, Garff studied strategies and writings of great commanders.

Skills

His passive ability is “Protect 3”. It grants Share health to the ally with the lowest maximum health and heals their Health by 30% of Garff’s current health at the beginning of the round (can’t be removed). He gains 1 mana when the target’s health is below 20% or when is above 70%. It also permanently increases Mana of all frontline allies by 1. With his passive ability, Graff can place Command mark on all allies with lower maximum health then self, increasing their Defense and Health by 20%.

“Eagle Blow” is Garff’s first active ability. It causes 375% damage against the single target, costing 2 Mana.

“General’s Call” is Garff’s second active ability. It causes 420% damage to all enemies in the back row, costing 5 Mana.

Fate Core

Garff can be Fate Cored via Diastrophism. With Fate Core, Graff’s passive ability can place “Barrier or Will” that activates when 70% or more Health is taken at once and it reduces all received damage by 50% for 2 turns. After that, all received damage will be increased by 30% for 3 turns. Graff’s first active ability is also changed and it now causes 187% damage to the single target placing [Over Time] debuff that causes 49% damage every turn for 6 turns. His second active ability remains the same.

Gameplay tips

Garff is probably the best Defensive Hero in the game. He buffs all allies with increased DEF and Health and synergize with Heroes who have special abilities with targets affected with “Command” buff. With Fate Core, he is even stronger but the difference between normal Garff and FC Garff is not as big as for some other Heroes. When you recruit him, maximize him immediately because you will not find anyone better for the Defense role.

Rachel

Rachel is a Fated Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Attack and his attacks are Physical based. Rachel is King’s Guard of Saint West

Lore

Rachel is a Fated Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Attack and his attacks are Physical based. Rachel is King’s Guard of Saint West. Therefore, King John Donk favored Rachel over his brother Mortus, the child of the first Queen Carrie. During the King’s Guard training Ramge became Rachel’s best friend but has since disappeared and is suspected of regicide and the theft of Exestruk. Rachel is now searching for Ramge at the new King’s behest.

“Quick Slash” is his first active ability. It causes 315% damage to the single target and resets the turn if Rachel kills a target, costing 3 Mana.

“Silent Slash” is his second active ability. It causes 525% damage to the single target and increases Attack/Hit of all allies by 50% and their Attack Speed by 20 if the target dies, costing 5 Mana.

Fate Core

Rachel can be Fate Cored via Awakening and Event. With Awakening Fate Core Rachel’s passive can also place Awakening buff that increases Critical Hit by 360 and Attack Speed by 25 while granting damage immunity for 4 turns when Health is 30% and below. An enemy that killed an ally will be afflicted with Mark of Revenge. This mark is removed when the target with Mark of Revenge is killed or damaged by Harbinger of Awakening and activates the Awakening effects of all allies with the Awakening skill. With Event Fate Core, Rachel gains only increased attributes.

Gameplay tips

Rachel is a very powerful damage dealer who debuffs all enemies whose Attack is lower than his and buffs all allies when he kills a target with his second skill. He is totally Single-Target based and he is ideal for quickly eliminating dangerous opponents. Also, he grants 1 Mana to all back row allies which can be decisive in PvP. Due to his ability to place [Dishearten], he has a great synergy with Heroes who can benefit from [Dishearten] status such as Baraka. Fate Core Rachel is significantly more dangerous in every game segment but he is a Top Tier Hero even without it. Whenever you recruit him, spend all available resources on his development immediately.

Thanks to her stern education, Bathory was able to learn the concept of right and wrong, morality, and low but she still could not sympathize with others. Most importantly her overall damage output increases with every new Mana available to her allies allowing her to deliver some insane damage number against all enemies. Bathory is a Top Tier for every game segment and she needs to be maximized as soon as you recruit her. With Past Fate Core she also significantly increases the sustenance of the entire team which is ideal for PVP. Bathory will be most welcomed in your Airship whenever you accumulate enough luck to recruit her.

Lore

Shufraken remembered the legends of the Baikal Dynasty and the Dragon Emperor that he had read in countless books. In preparation to realize his ambitions, he began to purge nobles. He plotted to subvert and destabilize other nations across the continent while simultaneously completing his plans for continental war.

Skills

His passive skill is “Thrust 3”. It allows him to counter all incoming attacks causing 30% damage and stunning the attacker for 5 turns. This ability grants permanently 1 Mana to all front row allies, grants 1 Mana to Shufraken if his target’s Health is 80% and more and removes 1 Mana form the target while granting 1 Mana to Shufraken if his target’s Health is 30% or less. Shufraken also places [Fear of the Abyss] marks to all enemies whose defense is lower than his (if targets have 10% or less Health at the end of turn, Shufraken attacks all enemies in that row causing 65% damage).

“King’s Spirit” is his first active ability. It grants Heal Over Time to Shufraken that heals 50% of missing Health every turn for 4 turns, costing 2 Mana.

“Marching Sword” is his second active ability. It causes 210% damage to all enemies in the back row and places Freeze on each target for 7 turns. If the target is under the effect of [Self-harm] this ability causes 150% additional damage. Requires 5 Mana.

With Fate Core Shufraken’s passive ability additionally offers Awakening: Dragon Emperor that increases Attack Speed by 25 and grants damage immunity when Health is below 30%. It also increases Mana recovered by 1 per fallen ally. An enemy that killed an ally will be afflicted with Mark of Revenge. This mark is removed when the target with Mark of Revenge is killed or damaged by Harbinger of Awakening and activates the Awakening effects of all allies with the Awakening skill. His first active skill now causes 300% damage to the single target and places [Despair] (causes Mana Burn and 50% damage every turn) if the target suffering from the [Fear of the Abyss]. His second skill remains the same.

Gameplay tips

Shufraken is an amazing Defensive Hero who can Freeze opponents and who can execute a finishing blow against multiple targets. He grants additional mana to the front row which can be essential in the PvP. Without Fate Core, he has increased sustenance and self-preservation. With Fate Core, he has increased damage potential and can burn Mana from his opponents which is very important in some battles. You will not find many Darkness characters who can match his usefulness nad he is currently META in the PVP.

Jinai

Jinai is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Chaos and her attacks are Magic based. Jinai is the Leader who expanded Shirosaku to its largest scale ever

She is the leader of Shirosaku whose true identity (including the scale, financial power, and its purpose) is unknown, except for the fact that all members are female. The only thing that is known is that she is a descendent of the Toho Tribe, which came from the Eastern Continent. Jinai came to control the power to summon Gods and mastered the medical art, and as time passed, when the former leader retired, she took her place and became the new leader of Shirosaku where she took full advantage of her power to bring great prosperity in Shirosaku itself.

Fate Core

Jinai currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Gameplay tips

Jinnai is a decent Nature AOE damage dealer who places [Poison] debuff on each target. She can charm enemies which can be very effective in synergy with Heroes who benefit from [Charm] such as Jinn. She is definitely not a Top Tier hero but she can be very useful in certain game segments, especially in fighting Bosses.

Rudley

Rudley is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage. Rudley is Lenombe Royal Guard captain

Lore

Rudley is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage. Rudley is Lenombe Royal Guard captain. He is the third son of a family, which produced extraordinary knights from generation to generation. Influenced by both the personalities of his father, a blunt and stubborn knight, and his mother, a warmhearted and tender lady, he grew up to be a blunt, yet deeply affectionate person. Rudley who was even called the best knight in Lenombe, received many offers of marriage even though he is only the third son of the family. However, he refused all offers, stating that protecting the Emperor and the nation is of the utmost important mission in his life. As such he became an instructor of King’s Guards and showed a great deal of affection to those in King’s Guards as if the members were his own sons. In particular, his heart goes out to Baraka, who Rudley had the most conflict with.

Skills

His passive skill is “Counter 3”. It allows him to retaliate upon taking damage gaining 1 Mana if the target dies and if their Health is 70% or more.

“Lightning Attack” is his first active skill. It causes 525% damage to the single target and places [Vanguard] for 12 turns (grants Barrier equal to 51% of max Health) to him and another ally affected with [Command]. Requires 3 Mana.

“Decisive Strike” is his second active ability. It causes 750 % damage to the single target and places [Vanguard] for 13 turns (grants Barrier equal to 73% of max Health) to him and another ally affected with [Command]. Requires 4 Mana.

Fate Core

Rudley can be Fate Cored via Past. With Fate Core Rudley’s passive also grants Barrier to Rudley and another ally affected with [Command]. His first active skill now costs 1 Mana and causes only 100% damage to the single target but places [Silence] for 5 turns after which it places [The Living shall Perish] that causes damage equal to 100% of Rudely’s current Health. His second active ability is now AOE that causes 255% damage to all targets and increases the Health and Defenses of all allies by 22% of Rudley’s Health and Defense. The buff occurs upon the ability to hit the targets.

Gameplay tips

Without Fate Core Rudley is one of the most dangerous Single-Target damage dealers in the Game. He has a great synergy with Heroes who place [Command] on allies such as Garff. With Fate Core Rudley becomes a beast who is ideal for any game segment. He can Silence the targets for 5 turns after which he punishes them with deadly attacks that scale with his maximum Health. He also can strike all enemies while significantly buffing his entire team. Rudley will be most welcomed whenever he enters your Airship but his true value will be seen only after he is Fate Cored. He is definitely a Top Tier character.

Lore

Rera is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. Rera is King’s Guard of Marinos Island. People around Rera looked up to her, as she was the nominee as the successor of Marinos Island. Her father, the King of Marinos Island, did whatever Rera wanted since Rera resembled his wife. Rera also stabilized her position as the successor by showing her great skills, although she did sometimes cause trouble with her practical jokes. Rera practiced archery as a hobby. While she considered archery as a hobby, her talent in archery astonished even her best teachers. Currently, she is seeking Ramge with Bathory, following the King’s order.

Skills

Her passive skill is “Focused Shot 3”. It afflicts targets with Focus Fire mark decreasing their Dodge and Block with basic attacks. Rera gains 1 Mana if the target dies while marked or if their Health is 70% or more.

“Verdant Fire” is her first active skill. It causes 187% damage against the single target placing [Poison] (82% damage per turn) for 3 turns. If Rera is under the effect of [Tranquil] her damage is increased by 50% for each mana target has. Requires 2 Mana.

“Summon Uloom” is her second active ability. It causes 249% damage to all enemies. If Rera is under the effect of [Tranquil] her damage is increased by 50% for each mana target has. Requires 5 Mana.

Fate Core

Rera can be Fate Cored via Dragon Emperor’s Knights. With Fate Core Rera’s passive places [Guardian Star] mark that increases Attack Speed by 32 and Accuracy by 100 when the battle starts and restores 100% Health when [Tranquil] is removed. Additionally, it places [The Great One] mark on 4 allies in the same row with the highest Attack. Allies who are attacked while under [The Great One] mark are granted [Dragon Blood] mark. Allies who are attacked under [Dragon Blood] mark receive 1 Dragon Blood up to a maximum of 7 (if the marked target doesn’t take a hit for 2 turns lose all [Dragon Blood] marks). Once every turn all allies with [Dragon Blood] mark will Counter causing 50% damage for every [Dragon Blood] mark. Also, once every turn, upon taking damage, the Barrier equal to 100% Defense is granted for each [Dragon Blood] on all marked allies. Rera’s first active ability now costs 1 Mana and causes 300% damage to the single target while reducing target’s Accuracy and Evasion by 100 and granting [Status Effect immunity] to Rera for 12 turns. Rera’s second active ability now costs 3 Mana and causes 124% damage to all enemies reducing their Accuracy and Evasion by 100.

Gameplay tips

Without Fate Core, Rera is a decent character who causes both Single-Target and AOE damage and who has a special synergy with Bathory who places Tranquil. With Fate Core, she becomes incredible by being able to grant [Dragon Blood] marks to all allies in the row. [Dragon Blood] significantly increases both damage and defense and it is influential in fighting with stronger opponents. You will have many uses for normal Rera but when you acquire Fate Core Rera you will be ready for the highest achievements in both PVE and PVP.

Valentina

Valentina is a Fated Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magic damage. She is the first daughter of Shufraken

Lore

Valentina is a Fated Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magic damage. She is the first daughter of Shufraken and everyone’s expectations fell on her shoulders because of her outstanding talent that reminded people of Shufraken in her younger days. She had trained as the successor under Shufraken until Ramge departed to Lenombe as the King’s Guard. After Ramge departed the country, Valentina helped Shufraken with his work in earnest. Valentina was the closest subordinate of Shufraken as well as one of the precious few can give orders to the Dark Souls and the Red Skull, the forces under the immediate command of Shufraken. While Valentina sympathizes with Ramge for being compared to her, she also believes Ramge bears part of the blame due to his feeble personality.

Skills

Her passive skill is “Mana Absorb 3”. It removes buff from the enemy and grants 1 Mana. Additionally, 1 Mana is granted if the Health of the target is above 80% or below 30%.

“Sharp Punishment” is her first active ability. It causes 150% damage to the single target and places Frostibite causing 92% damage per turn for 2 turns. If the target is afflicted with [Fear of the Abyss] it also causes Mana Burn for 10 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Cage of Despair” is her second active ability. It causes 262% damage to the single target and places Frostibite causing 92% damage per turn for 4 turns. “Cage of Despair” also applies [Silence] to the target for 5 turns. If the target is afflicted with [Fear of the Abyss] it causes Mana Burn for 10 turns. Requires 3 Mana.

Fate Core

Valentina can be Fate Cored via “Summer Festa”. With “Summer Festa” Fate Core, Valentina’s passive grants her “Summer Blessing” that places [Frost Damage Immunity] to all allies at the start of battle increasing the target’s Attack by 50% when the immunity is removed. It also imbues each Valentina’s attack with [Modification] for 3 turns if she has removable buff/recovery/positive effects applied. Her first active skill remains the same but now can place Blind on all enemies for 7 turns (cannot be removed). Her second skill now causes 525% damage to the single target and places Blind on all enemies for 7 turns (cannot be removed).

Gameplay tips

Valentina is a decent Single-Target DOT (damage over time) damage dealer who can Silence the enemies and who has special synergy with Shufraken who can place [Fear of the Abyss]. It may seem that she is not very powerful and that her skills are mediocre but in reality, her skills are very cheap and can be used in almost every turn causing insane damage in combination with damage over time. With the introduction of “Summer Festa” Fate Core Valentina becomes a META character who brings balance changes to Zebenstunier. Combined with Shufraken she forms an unbreakable bond that will overwhelm any possible threat that comes in their way. Mass Blind that cannot be removed for 7 turns is really Overpowered at the moment and we will need new Fate Core Heroes to match the Valentina-Shufraken combination.

Xiakhan

Xiakhan is a Fated hero whose element is Frost. His position is Defense and he can cause Physical damage. He is King’s Guard of Estoris Republic

Lore

Xiakhan is a Fated hero whose element is Frost. His position is Defense and he can cause Physical damage. He is King’s Guard of Estoris Republic. Estoris, a Republic and not a Monarchy nation, votes to select King’s Guard, unlike other nations. Xiakhan from Dragon Clan with a long history of running for King’s Guard as representative of Redsteam became King’s Guard beating Metron, the representative of Blueco. He believes the Dragon Clan is superior to others and has the ambition to reconstruct the Dragon Clan with himself as the leader. Now he’s back in Estoris from Lenombe following the royal order, but he prioritizes his ambition over finding Ramge.

Skills

His passive ability is “Thrust 3”. Whenever he is attacked he retaliates causing 30% damage and stunning the attacker for 5 turns. He gains 1 Mana if the target’s Health is above 80% or below 30%.

“Dragon’s Anger” is his first active ability. It causes 300% damage to the single target and guarantees Critical Hit if the target is [Disheartened], costing 1 Mana.

“Deluged Dragon” is his second active skill. IT causes 210% damage to all enemies in the back row and guarantees Critical Hit if the target is [Disheartened], costing 3 Mana.

Fate Core

Xiakhan can be Fate Cored via Awakening and Event. Awakening Fate Core grants him [Harbringer of Awakening] that places Mark of Revenge on the enemy that killed an ally. When the enemy with Mark of Revenge is killed or damage it activate Awakening skill of all Heroes with Awakening skills. Xiakhan has [Awakening: Blue Dragon Descent] that increases his Block by 360 and Attack Speed by 25, decreases his Critical Hit by 180, and grants him damage immunity for 4 turns if his health is below 30%. Event Fate Core only increases the attributes of Xiakhan.

Gameplay tips

Xiakhan is nothing special without Awakening Fate Core. He has special synergy with Rachel who guarantees that he will place Critical hits upon using skills but besides that, he is nothing out of ordinary. His ability to stun is often very handy but truth to be told there are a lot of Other Defense Heroes who can do the same for the cheaper price of development, With Awakening Fate Core he is somewhat better mainly because he has synergy with Awakening Heroes. All in all, you can use Xiakhan as a Frost Defender in certain situations but do not bother investing at him if that isn’t absolutely necessary.

Jinn

Jinn is a Ftaed Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is the head of the secret force Red Skull, which is a force directly connected to Shufraken

Lore

Jinn is a Ftaed Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is the head of the secret force Red Skull, which is a force directly connected to Shufraken. Jinn was an orphan on the back streets of North von Frosty. His future was supposed to be dismal, but an aristocrat who happened to recognize Jinn’s talent adopted him. Jinn received martial arts training with adopted children, as his skill was the flower of the flock. After bloody meeting with Shufraken forces, Jinn and his colleagues became a secret force “Red Skull” which performs a myriad of secret missions over the continent with the Airship that symbolizes them.

Skills

His passive skill is “Final Hit 3”. It attacks an enemy who took damage and whose Health dropped below 10% or less, gaining 1 Mana.

“Shadow Slash” is his first active skill. It causes 180% damage to the single target and reset the turn meter if the target dies. If the target is under the effect of [Charm] Linn places [Silence] for 3 turns and [Mana Burn]. Requires 1 Mana.

“Shadow Dance” is his second active skill. It causes 375% damage to the single target. If the target is under the effect of [Charm] Linn places [Silence] for 4 turns and [Mana Burn]. Requires 2 Mana.

Fate Core

Jin can be Fate Cored via Banga Family. With Fate Core Jinn’s passive allows him to use [Branding] that places [Mark] on the targets afflicted with [Charm]. Enemies with [Mark] who attack Jinn increases his dodge by 20 and have their Hit decreased by 10 on each turn. All Branding marks are removed when Jinn is successfully attacked. It also allows him to place [Heart Strike ] mark on the enemy with the highest health at the start of the battle. The level of the [Heart Strike] mark increases with every successful hit of the Hero with [Heart Strike] ability, When the enemy with the [Heart Strike] is killed this mark is placed on the surviving enemy with the highest health. Every hit against marked target grants 1 mana and places various effects depending on the mark level. Heart Strike Level 1 decreases 20 attack Speed on the target. Heart Strike Level 2 decreases 1000 Defense on the target. Heart Strike Level 3 causes 200% damage to all enemies upon activation and places Blind on the primary target causing 2000 damage every turn until the target dies.

Gameplay tips

Along with Baraka, Jinn is is at the top of the food chain when we talk about Single-Target damage dealers. He has special synergy with Jinai who allows him to place [Silence] and [Branding Mark] (Fate Core) on the targets. His “Shadow Slash” is extremely useful in both PVP and PVE because with careful planning Jinn is able to repeat this skill until he clears everyone from the map. Obviously, Jinn is a lot stronger if he is Fate Core and combined with other Pokemons but even without Fate Core he poses a real threat to anyone on the opposite side, Jinn is definitely a Top Tier Hero especially for PVE but lack of Awakening or Dragon Emperor’s Knights Fate Core makes him less desirable if you strive to be among the best PVP players on the server.

Ramge

Ramge is a Fated Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Support and he causes Magical damage. He is a King’s Guard of North von Frosty and the first son of Shufraken

Lore

Ramge is a Fated Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Support and he causes Magical damage. He is a King’s Guard of North von Frosty and the first son of Shufraken, North von Frosty’s ambitious king, who dreams of unifying the continent. Ramge was treated contemptuously since Shufraken’s successor was already determined as Valentina, the first daughter and first princess of Shufraken. As Shufraken planned, Ramge went to Lenombe as a King’s Guard on behalf of Valentina, who had become the successor, and met Rachel, who understood and comforted Ramge. However, Ramge disappeared with Exestruk on the day that the Emperor was killed. Now he is wanted throughout the entire Continent for being suspected as a regicide and the one who took Exestruk.

Skills

His passive ability is “Cleanse 3”. It cleanses damage over time and debuff effects from allies gaining 1 Mana. Ramge gains additional mana if the Health of the target is below 20% or above 70% when the skill is triggered.

“Touch of Darkness” is his first active skill. It causes 225% damage to the single target and places [Nullify Heal] for 12 turns (can’t be removed). If the target is affected with [Fear of the Abyss] Ramge also places [Self-Harm] on it causing 45% damage every turn for 5 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Black Panter’s Dash” is Ramge’s second active skill. It causes 133% damage against all targets and places [Nullify Heal] for 16 turns (can’t be removed). If the target is affected with [Fear of the Abyss] Ramge also places [Self-Harm] on it causing 26% damage every turn for 5 turns. Requires 3 Mana.

Fate Core

Ramge can be Fate Cored via Awakening and Dragon Emperor’s Knights. With Awakening Fate Core Ramge’s passive grants him [Chain of Silence] that activates after 22 Mana is gathered in the enemy team and places [Silence] on all back row enemies affected with [Fear of the Abyss]. Ramge also gains [Harbringer of Awakening] that places Mark of Revenge on the enemy that killed an ally. When the enemy with Mark of Revenge is killed or damage it activate Awakening skill of all Heroes with Awakening skills. Ramge has [Awakening: Heir to the Throne] that increases Mana gained per turn by 1 per fallen ally, increases Attack Speed by 25, and grants [damage immunity] for 4 turns if Ramge’s Health is below 30%. With Dragon Emperor’s Knights Fate Core Ramge’s passive places [The Great One] mark on 4 allies in the same row with the highest Attack.

Gameplay tips

Ramge is the main villain in the game story and as such, you may think that he should be very powerful. Unfortunately, he is nothing out of ordinary and cant be compared with the META Heroes in the game. It is true that he can be Fate Cored via Awakening or Dragon Emperor’s Knights and that his skills are very cheap but truth to be told you will want to find a replacement for him even you get Fate Core version of him. However, he can be really good at PvP if combined with Shufraken because he can silence all back row enemies and place nasty DoT (damage over time) while preventing the enemy’s healing at the same time. He is also very good at Maze. All in all, Ramge should be more powerful in my opinion as a man who is behind the whole plot with Exesturk.

Baraka

Baraka is a Fated Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is a King’s Guard of Wasted Red

Lore

Baraka is a Fated Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is a King’s Guard of Wasted Red. Although Barak is the eldest son of the royal family, he refused to succeed the throne because of his love of honing his martial arts skills rather than governing the state. However, Baraka volunteered to be the King’s Guard, insisting that he would stop Shufraken from assassinating the Emperor. Since it was clear that there was no one more qualified than Baraka, the King and the high-ranking aristocrats hesitated. Eventually, Baraka became a King’s Guard and went to Lenombe. While Baraka would kill Ramge to stop Shufraken’s plot, Baraka concluded that Ramge would not kill the Emperor after watching Ramge closely. As a result, he did not assassinate Ramge. However, one day, the Emperor was found assassinated in a secret room of the Royal Palace and Ramge has been missing since that day. After then, Baraka departed Lenombe to find Ramge by the King’s order, but the order was not that important to him. Baraka is searching for Ramge to see if his judgment was right or wrong.

Skills

His passive skill is “Final Hit 3”. It attacks an enemy who took damage and whose Health dropped below 10% or less, gaining 1 Mana.

“Assassin Art” is his first active skill. It causes 225% damage against the single target and reset the turn if the target dies. If the target is under the effect of [Disheartened] Baraka steals 1 mana form that target and transfers 2 Mana to back row ally. Requires 2 Mana.

“Madman’s Flurry” is Baraka’s second active ability. It causes 525% damage to the single target. If the target is under the effect of [Disheartened] Baraka steals 1 mana form that target and transfers 2 Mana to back row ally. Requires 3 Mana.

Fate Core

Baraka can be Fate Cored via Awakening and Dragon Emperor’s Knights. With Awakening fate Core Baraka’s passive grants him [Harbringer of Awakening] that places Mark of Revenge on the enemy that killed an ally. When the enemy with Mark of Revenge is killed or damage it activate Awakening skill of all Heroes with Awakening skills. Baraka has [Awakening: King of Wasted Red] that grants [Healing Over Time] that heal 25% of attack every turn, increases Attack Speed by 25, and grants [Damage Immunity] for 4 turns if Baraka’s Health is below 30%. With Dragon Emperor’s Knight Fate Core Baraka’s passive places [The Great One] mark on 4 allies in the same row with the highest Attack.

Gameplay tips

Baraka is very similar to Jinn but better because he can get Awakening or Dragon Emperor’s Knights Fate Core. However, his first active ability cost 2 mana and cannot be used continuously to clear enemies one after another in PVE as Jinn can. Baraka has a special synergy with Rachel who can place [Dishearten] allowing Baraka to steal Mana from enemies and transfer it to back row allies. Baraka is a king of PVP and most likely the bets Single–Target damage dealer in the game. It questionable whether he benefits more from Awakening FateCore than from Dragon Emperor’s Knights Fate Core but it would be smart to combine him with another Hero who has the same Fate Core and with Rachel if you want to take the serious stand in PvP. Baraka is the players’ favorite Hero in Exos Knights for the reason and he should be maximized as soon as you recruit him.

Valarr

Valarr is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is the second of the Five Greatest generals of Saint West

Lore

Valarr is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is the second of the Five Greatest generals of Saint West. Valarr was born in a promising Noble family. Since his childhood, the support from his family enabled his talents to reach their fullest potential. When Valarr became an adult, he was already a promising knight who made his name throughout the Kingdom with his marvelous battle skills. Until this time, Valarr was an extraordinary knight trusted by seniors and respected by juniors. However, the final match of jousting at the National Memorial Festival changed his life. Valarr was humiliatingly defeated by Garff, a commoner who could become a knight thanks to Valarr’s recommendation. The former King’s attention to Valarr moved to the commoner, who was only an obscure knight but defeated to most prominent one. Valarr’s mind started to deteriorate as he watched the King favoring Garff. Blinded with jealousy and envy, Valarr tried to surpass Garff by whatever the cost. As all his attempts failed, it became even harder for him to reclaim the No. 1 position. The King was disappointed that Valarr lost his cleverness and became enslaved to his jealousy and sense of inferiority. Gradually, even people around Valarr began to turn their backs on him. However, since Valarr’s mind was completely crooked, he could not see what was going on around him. Thinking that everything will return to normal if he can just beat Garff, he is still obsessed with taking over the position of the First of the Five Greatest Generals of Saint West.

Skills

His passive ability is “Thrust 3”. It causes 30% damage and places [Stun] for 5 turns to the target who attacked Valarr. If the target’s Health si above 80% Valarr gains 1 Mana and if the target’s Health is below 30% Valarr removes 1 Mana from the target while gaining 1 Mana himself.

“Demon Slash” is his first active skill. It causes 210% damage to all enemies in the back row and places [Executioner] mark on all surviving targets. If the target dies while under the effect of [Executioner] mark, all allies gain 2 Mana. Requires 3 mana.

“General’s Authority” is Valarr’s second active skill. It causes 750% damage to the single target and places [Executioner] mark if the target survives. If the target dies while under the effect of [Executioner] mark, all allies gain 2 Mana. Requires 4 mana.

Fate Core

Valarr can be Fate Cored via Diastrophism. With Fate Core Valarr’s passive ability changes [Executioner] mark if Valarr is under the effect of [Command] depending on the state of the target who was struck by the skill: Impact – all targets with the [Executioner] mark lose 20% of their attack if a target marked with [Exectioner] dies; Barrier of Will – triggered when 70% or more Health is taken at once by reducing all received damage by 50% for 2 turns after which increases all incoming damage by 30% for 3 turns; Shackles – activates when the target marked with [Executioner] gains 5 or more Mana decreasing target’s attack by 10% for every Mana they have (removed if they are hit by a skill). His “Demon Slash” now costs 0 Mana but causes only 60% damage to all back row enemies.

Gameplay tips

Valarr is a very useful Defense Hero whose full potential can be seen when he is Fate Cored and combined with Garff who can place [Command] on him. If his [Executiner] mark is smartly exploited he can provide large amounts of mana to his team which can be particularly useful in PVP. Without Fate Core Valarr is a lot weaker but still can be used for PVE, especially for Boss dungeons.

Shell

Shell is a Fated Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is the leader of Phantasmagoria, an eccentric mercenary arts company

Lore

Shell is a Fated Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is the leader of Phantasmagoria, an eccentric mercenary arts company. Shell is a lonely artist and perfectionist, who dreams of making a doll that resembles a human. She is the leader of Phantasmagoria, which consists of oddball mercenaries who introduce themselves as members of the arts company, not mercenaries. Shell’s first goal is to complete her masterpiece, and working as a mercenary is merely a means to make money. She wanders around the battlefield with other artists of Phantasmagoria again today, hoping to complete her masterpiece through the extreme emotions exuded from fights to the death.

Skills

Her passive ability is “Cleanse 3”. It cleanses damage over time and debuff effects from allies gaining 1 Mana. Shell gains additional mana if the Health of the target is below 20% or above 70% when the skill is triggered.

“Essence of Art” is her first active skill. It increases the attack of 1 Ally by 22% of Shell’s attack for 6 turns. It also removes all negative effects from the target and grants 1 Mana. Requires 1 Mana,

“Clown’s Performance” is her second active skill. It causes 127% damage to all enemies and reduces their Hit by 30 if they are under the effect of [Charm]. Requires 2 Mana.

Fate Core

Shell cannot be Fate Cored.

Gameplay tips

Shell is a decent Supporter who can be extremely useful if you want to increase the attack of your Fate Core Heroes. She can do it every turn while providing additional mana at the same time. If she is combined with Jinai her second skill becomes monstrous because it practically prevents all [Charmed] enemies from hitting any of the members of your team by reducing their Accuracy significantly. The damage potential of Shell is not good enough although her second skill is very cheap AOE that can be used multiple times during the battle. Shell should not be underestimated when she is seen in PvP. Her main purpose will be to strengthen META heroes so you should not consider her lightly.

Uloom

Uloom is a Fated hero whose element is Machine. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is a colossal ogre who accompanies Rera

Lore

Uloom is a Fated hero whose element is Machine. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is a colossal ogre who accompanies Rera. Uloom is from an Ogre tribe, which is now almost extinct. Young Rera discovered Uloom being dragged by a slave trader of Pedas. Then she asked his father, the former King, to have him as her servant. The King worried that Uloom would hurt Rera, but Uloom obeyed and cherished her very much. Rera also treated Uloom warmly as if he were one of her family members. People in the royal court gradually trusted Uloom, who cherishes Rera more than anyone, despite him being less smart than other ogres. After Uloom gained trust from others, Rera no longer considered Uloom as just a servant. Rather, she taught Uloom various battle skills. Thanks to his extraordinary ogre-like physical ability, he became skilled quickly and became a warrior as talented as other outstanding warriors. As the closest servant of Rera, Uloom feels blue now because Rera went to Lenombe since she was appointed to King’s Guard.

Skills

His passive ability is “Block 3”. It places [Provoke] (taunt) on all enemies if an ally takes the damage and its health drops below 30% and grants [Heal Over Time] for Uloom that heals 20% of Attack every turn for 5 turns. Uloom gains 1 Mana if his Health is below 70% when the skill is triggered and 1 Mana if his health is below 20% when the spell is triggered.

“Upside-Down Break” is his first active ability. It causes 750% damage to the single target and if Uloom is under the effect of [Tranquil] he randomly destroys 3 od the enemy’s Guardian Stones. Requires 4 Mana.

“Brutal Trashing” is Uloom’s second active ability. It causes 357% damage to all enemies and if Uloom is under the effect of [Tranquil] he randomly destroys 3 od the enemy’s Guardian Stones. Requires 5 Mana.

Fate Core

Uloom can be Fate Cored via Diastrophism. With Fate Core, Uloom’s passive grants [Barrier of Will] that activate when 70% or more Maximum Health is taken at once reducing all incoming damage by 50% for 2 turns after which the incoming damage is increased by 30% for 3 turns. Uloom is also granted [Survival Instincts] that grants [Heal over time] recovering 50% of his maximum Health every turn for 4 turns when his health drops below 30% (can activate once per battle).

Gameplay tips

Uloom is arguably the best Defensive Hero after Garff. He is very strong even without Fate Core but with Fate Core becomes monstrously overpowered especially if paired with Bathory who can place [Tranquil] allowing him to randomly destroy 3 Guardian Stones on his enemies. His ability to place Taunt on all enemies when an ally’s health drops below 30% is very useful in both PVP and PVE. Besides that, he is a Top Tier Hero for the Core and Boss Dungeons. He hasn’t special synergy with Rera but I like to combine him with her because of their lore connection.

Magi

Magi is a Fated Hero whose element is Fire. Her position is Attack and she causes Magical damage. Magi is the youngest Chief of the Hexcraft Research Center, established in the hexcraft zone of Estoris Republic

Lore

Magi is a Fated Hero whose element is Fire. Her position is Attack and she causes Magical damage. Magi is the youngest Chief of the Hexcraft Research Center, established in the hexcraft zone of Estoris Republic. While Estoris Republic enjoys a highly developed machine civilization, they don’t treat magic contemptuously. Magi was born from researcher parents and had studied focusing on the technology regarding the convergence of magic and machine technology. Despite her parents passing away due to tragic accidents that occurred in the middle of their research when Magi was 10, Magi became the youngest head of the Hexcraft Research Center thanks to her talents and continuous effort. The hexcraft zone was raided by the massive rebellion of Bibara, and Magi managed to escape thanks to the help of Belinda whom Magi snubbed for her lack of understanding. After losing all her research data and being saved by someone whom she snubbed, she got a chance to look back on her attitude. As a result, she became a bit more respectful of others than before. Taking care of Belinda’s injury, Magi is biding her time to retrieve her research data and pay Bibara back what they have done.

Skills

Her passive ability is “Mana Utilization 3”. It increases her Attack based on ally combined Mana account and grants 1 Mana if allies’ or enemies’ Mana count is 10 or more on the turn. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%. Magi is [Head Dragon Knight] which allows her to decrease damage from Raging Breath by 50% and to increase damage reduction effects to the ally with [Dragon Knight Blessing] by additional 20% (doesn’t stack with another Head Dragon Knight effect).

“Cube Acceleration” is her first active skill. It causes 102% damage against all enemies, costing 1 Mana.

“Photon Pentahydron” is Magi’s second active ability. It causes 178% damage against all enemies, costing 3 mana.

Fate Core

Magi can be Fate Cored via Dragon Emperor’s Knights. With Fate Core Magi’s passive places [The Great One] mark on 4 allies in the same row with the highest Attack.

Gameplay tips

Magi is a very good AOE hero who can be Fate Cored with Dragon blood. Her passive ability enables her to be really effective against dragons while both her skills are cheap and AOE base which makes her ideal for the Story missions and other PVE segments. She is not that good in PVP although she can be blessed with Dragon Blood because her damage potential is not that great for the higher leagues of Zebenstuiner.

Mahar

Mahar is a Fated hero whose element is Machine. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is a Gamemaker of the Brunn Patriarch

Mahar is a Fated hero whose element is Machine. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is a Gamemaker of the Brunn Patriarch. Mahar is the second son of North von Frosty’s royal family. He desired for power stronger than any other. He showed outstanding capacities in various areas through the effort he made to actualize his dream. However, his skills weren’t good enough to be called “the best” and did not get much attention because of Shufraken’s overwhelming power and leadership. Mahar eventually rose in revolt, having a grudge for not being selected as the successor to the throne. However, Mahar’s plan failed as Shufraken had already found out and had prepared to deal with Mahar’s revolt. After losing an arm, Mahar left his family and fled abroad to Brunn. Mahar is still dreaming of the day he can get revenge on Shufraken by growing Brunn into a powerful nation.

His passive ability is “Block 3”. It places [Provoke] (taunt) on all enemies if an ally takes the damage and its health drops below 30% and grants [Heal Over Time] for Mahar that heals 20% of Attack every turn for 5 turns. Mahar gains 1 Mana if his Health is below 70% when the skill is triggered and 1 Mana if his health is below 20% when the spell is triggered. It also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%. Mahar is [Head Dragon Knight] which allows him to decrease damage from Raging Breath by 50% and to increase damage reduction effects to the ally with [Dragon Knight Blessing] by additional 20% (doesn’t stack with another Head Dragon Knight effect).

“Double Lightning” is his first active skill. It causes 102% damage to all enemies, costing 1 Mana.

“Dual Iron Swords” is his second active skill. It causes 262% damage against the single target and afflicts [Provoke] to that target for 5 turns, costing 3 mana.

Mahar can be Fate Cored via Diastrophism. With Fate Core Mahar’s passive grants him [Barrier of Will] that activates when 70% or more Maximum Health is taken at once reducing all incoming damage by 50% for 2 turns after which the incoming damage is increased by 30% for 3 turns. His first active skill now causes only 51% damage against all targets but places [Provoke] on each target and grants Mahar [Damage Reflect] for 12 turns. His second active skill now reduces the Defense of enemies by 37% of Mahar’s Defense instead of placing [Provoke].

Mahar is nothing special. Indeed, his second skill costs only 1 Mana and causes decent damage against all enemies but it is useful only in PVE since its damage is to low for being seriously considered for PvP. The damage of his second skill is also very low considering that it affects only one target. His passive ability allows him to place mass Taunt when an ally’s Health drops below 50% but Mahar’s defensive capabilities do not allow him to take advantage of that situation. When Fate Cored, Mahar can place Taunt on enemies with his AOE skill but still his defense and survivability are not high enough to exploit that ability in every situation. Mahar is a decent PVE Defense Hero who can shine against Dragons but for other segments of the game, he is practically useless.

Bernadette

Bernadette is a Fated Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Attack and she causes Magical damage. She is a sorcerer who has come to distrust people because of fo her exceptional talent

Bernadette is a Fated Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Attack and she causes Magical damage. She is a sorcerer who has come to distrust people because of fo her exceptional talent. Born into a famous Noble sorcerer family, Bernadette began exercising magic even before taking her first step. By the time she was 10, she had already surpassed the magic skills of her parents. However, this exceptional talent later revealed to be a burden for her. Blinded by jealousy, her parents left her alone and everyone else who approached her tried to take advantage of her talent. Tired of being deceived by people, Bernadette eventually set up her own lab on the outskirts of the capital and spent time studying magic by herself, refusing all visits. However, due to rebellion, her lab was caught in the cross flame. Bernadette fought against Scarlet, who was chasing after Captain Garcon, and she experienced her first and the most traumatic defeat of her life. Bernadette than joined the troops of Garcon to fight Scarlet in order to wipe out the disgrace of her former defeat once and for all.

Her passive ability is “Mana Utilization 3”. It increases her Attack based on ally combined Mana account and grants 1 Mana if allies’ or enemies’ Mana count is 10 or more on a turn. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%. Bernadette is [Head Dragon Knight] which allows her to decrease damage from Raging Breath by 50% and to increase damage reduction effects to the ally with [Dragon Knight Blessing] by additional 20% (doesn’t stack with another Head Dragon Knight effect).

“Frost Fang” is her first active skill. It causes 300% damage to the single target, costing 1 Mana.

“Genius Frost Witch” is Bernadette’s second skill. It causes 178% damage against all enemies, costing 3 Mana.

Bernadette can be Fate Cored via “Summer Festa”. With Fate Core, Bernadette’s passive grants her “Summer Blessing” that places [Frost Damage Immunity] to all allies at the start of battle increasing the target’s Attack by 50% when the immunity is removed. It also imbues each Bernadette’s attack with [Modification] for 3 turns if she has removable buff/recovery/positive effects applied. Her skills remain the same.

Bernadette was recently given Fate Core status but before that, she was the best Hero without Fate Core for sure. Bernadette’s damage potential is amazing and it can be exploited in both PVE and PVP. She is a good substitute for Bathory but she cannot replace her especially in higher PVP leagues. Bernadette is very effective against Dragons and in PVE in general which makes her very popular among players especially since she had become available for free to everyone. Maybe you will not like my decision to place Bernadette in Tier 2 but since her Fate does not improve her abilities she cannot be compared with META Heroes.

Emma

Emma is Fated Hero whose element is Darkness. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is the second Queen of Saint West

Emma is Fated Hero whose element is Darkness. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is the second Queen of Saint West. Baileysh rescued Emma, when she was a newborn baby who floated down the river in a basket. Emma was told that she would be “a Bella” when she grew up, because of her eminent beauty. Baileysh provided a great environment for Emma and as expected, Emma grew up to be a classy and beautiful lady. Emma beauty stole the hearts of countless suitors who came to her, but Emma loved Baileysh, so di not even lay eyes on them. However, Baileysh game Emma’s hand in marriage to King John for his ambition. Emma did not give up and invited Baileysh to court and continued to meet him even after she became Queen. King John, who wasn’t aware of what Emma was doing, loved the young and beautiful Emma and the love continued onto her son, Rachel. King John’s favoritism caused First Queen Carrie to grow jealous and Emma was the first to be killed when Carrie started the rebellion. Emma’s life should have ended there but Baileysh snuck Emma’s body out and hired a necromancer to bring her back from the dead. The newly revived Emma lost most of her emotions when she came to life and is only moved by her hatred towards Carrie, her killer.

Her passive ability is “Cleanse 3”. It cleanses damage over time and debuff effects from allies gaining 1 Mana. Shell gains additional mana if the Health of the target is below 20% or above 70% when the skill is triggered. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%. Emma is [Head Dragon Knight] which allows her to decrease damage from Raging Breath by 50% and to increase damage reduction effects to the ally with [Dragon Knight Blessing] by additional 20% (doesn’t stack with another Head Dragon Knight effect).

“Touch of Dusk” is her first active skill. It causes 300% damage against the singe target, costing 1 Mana.

“Soul Capture” is Emma’s second active skill. It causes 375% damage against the single target and decreases the target’s Attack by 55% of Emma’s attack for 9 turns. Requires 4 Mana.

Emma can be Fate Cored via Past. With Fate Core, Emma’s first active skill causes 525% damage against the single target but it now costs 3 Mana instead of 1. Also, her second active skill now places a 50% Attack debuff instead of 55%.

Emma has a really nice skill set but since she is a Support character her base attack is significantly lower compared to other Single-Target damage-dealers and unlike them, she cannot gather Mana as fast as she would like. Nevertheless, she is one of the best Heroes for dealing with Dragons and only because of that fact she should be developed as high as possible. Emma has her Fate Core version but the difference between normal and fate Core version is not that significant – as a matter of fact, I prefer having 300% damage single-target skill costing 1 Mana than having 525% single-target skill costing 3 Mana.

Talia

Talia is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a fortune teller from Brunn and a friend of Iris

Talia is a Fated Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a fortune teller from Brunn and a friend of Iris. A girl with a mysterious air, with brown hair and red eyes. Perhaps because she is able to see things that others can’t, she is always relaxed and doesn’t dwell on things before her. She saved Iris numerous times and even accompanied her to a group of people heading to Brunn’s capital while teaching magic and witchcraft. What’s more, when Iris was in jail, Talia helped her to escape and informed her of the power of the ancient Dragon Clan. Only Talia herself knows the reason why si is helping Iris, who is a complete stranger.

Her passive ability is “First Aid 3”. It grants [Heal] (100% of Attack) to an ally who is attacked and whose Health dropped below 20%. Talia gains 1 Mana if her health is above 70% or below 20% when the spell is triggered. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%. Talia is [Head Dragon Knight] which allows her to decrease damage from Raging Breath by 50% and to increase damage reduction effects to the ally with [Dragon Knight Blessing] by additional 20% (doesn’t stack with another Head Dragon Knight effect).

“Judge’s Hand” is her first active skill. It causes 150% damage to the single target and heals an ally by 29% of Talia’s maximum Health if skill hits the target. Additionally, it cleanses all debuffs and damage over time from the healed ally. Requires 1 Mana.

“Summon Golem” is Talia’s second active skill. It causes 127% damage against all enemies and heals all allies by 24% of Talia’s maximum Health. Additionally, it cleanses all debuffs and damage over time from all allies. Requires 4 Mana.

Talia cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Talia is the only Fated Healer besides Anastasia at this moment, and as such she can be used in both PVE and PVP. She is especially good against Dragons and she is almost essential for endgame Story missions. She heals allies by attacking enemies which is amazing, but keep in mind that she needs to land a hit to actually provide healing. As for PVP, she is a Top Tier Hero for the early leagues and for new players but later on, her value diminishes as you progress to higher leagues. If she is to be Fate Cored her importance will definitely be significantly increased but until then she cannot be placed among current META Heroes.

Bernavas

Bernavas is a Fated Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is Carrie’s Guardian

Bernavas is a Fated Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is Carrie’s Guardian. Bernavas was born in a small village in the border are of Saint West. The village was attacked by the Tikan Clan when he was young, which resulted in him being trafficked by a slave trader and sold to Carrie, the daughter of Great Patriarch of Brunn for his handsome looks. Some people don’t like Bernavas who doesn’t even talk to anyone except with Carrie, but no one is brave enough to dare mess with Bernavas, who is an exceptional warrior and is under the protection of Carrie. Bernavas is still carrying his missions staying next to his master.

His passive ability is “Thrust 3”. It causes 30% damage and places [Stun] for 5 turns to the target who attacked Bernavas. If the target’s Health is above 80% Bernavas gains 1 Mana and if the target’s Health is below 30% Bernavas removes 1 Mana from the target while gaining 1 Mana himself. It also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%.

“Masked Swordsman” is his first active skill. It causes 150% damage to the single target and places [Shock] to that target for 3 turns, costing 1 Mana.

“Thunderbolt Slash” is Bernavas’ second active skill. It causes 105% damage to all back row enemies and places [Shock] on each target for 5 turns. Requires 3 Mana.

Bernavas can be Fate Cored via Diastrophism. With Fate Core, Bernavas’ active skill can mark targets with [Retribution] if they are under the effect of [Charm]. Also, Bernavas’ passive skill now grants him [Barrier of Will] that activates when 70% or more Maximum Health is taken at once reducing all incoming damage by 50% for 2 turns after which the incoming damage is increased by 30% for 3 turns, and places [Suppression] on targets marked with [Retribution]. [Supression] places [Shock] for 1 turn.

Bernavas could be very useful especially if he is Fate Cored and combined with Jinai who can place [Charm] on enemies allowing him to practically stun ([Shock]) every target that is attacked by one of his skills for 1 additional turn. In reality, that means that as long as Bernvas hits targets they will be unable to play because of his [Stun] and [Shock] abilities. However, his damage potential is very low and his AOE affects only back row enemies. Bernavas has a [Dragon Knight Blessing] but he is not that good against Dragons because they cannot be stunned and his damage is mediocre. Nevertheless, Bernavas can be very good in PVE and in mid-game PvP even without Fate Core. For higher achievements, he needs both Fate Core and Jinai to be effective.

Baileysh

Baileysh is a fated Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is the head advisor of Saint West

Baileysh is a fated Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is the head advisor of Saint West. Baileysh is regarded as one of the wealthiest merchants, famous for his bold investments and aggressive management of merchant guilds. He employed illegal trading such as human trafficking and selling drugs to accumulate his wealth. However, his illegal means were exposed, and he was expelled by the Jensens, the representative of the city of Pentaus, the oldest city of Pedas. Later, after getting exiled to Saint West, he adopted an abandoned baby left on the riverside and named her Emma. Emma grew up a “Bella” Baileysh and Emma were attracted to each other. However, John Donk the King of Saint West, happened to associate with Baileysh and the King fell in love with Emma at first sight. Baileysh gave Emma in marriage to King John for his ambition, and Emma followed Baileysh decision without any persistence. Baileysh, who made Emma the King John’s second Queen, became the head advisor of Saint West. He now comes in and out of the palace, regardless of serving public or private affairs.

His passive skill is “Mana Absorb 3”. It removes buff from the enemy and grants 1 Mana. Additionally, 1 Mana is granted if Health of the target is above 80% or below 30% when he removes 1 Mana from the target as well. Passive ability also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%.

“Negotiation Breakdown” is his first active skill. It causes 63% damage to all enemies and places [Corrode] debuff that causes 39% damage per turn for 2 turns against each target. Requires 2 Mana.

“Callous Servant” is his second active skill. It causes 375% damage against the single target and places [Corrode] debuff that causes 112% damage per turn for 5 turns.

Baileysh can be Fate Cored via Dragon Emperor’s Knights. With Fate Core Baileysh passive places [The Great One] mark on 4 allies in the same row with the highest Attack.

Baileysh may not seem as powerful Hero because he is slow and his DOT (damage over time) abilities doesn’t provide immediate effect but he has many uses in PVE where he is arguably the most useful Darkness Hero in the game. He is a very good Holy Dragon Ground an he is almost irreplaceable for all story missions in Chapters 6, 7, and 8. Baileysh’ Fate Core grants him Dragon Blood buff, but truth to be told, there are much better Dragon Blood Heroes than him when we talking about PVP. All in all, Baileysh is a decent Hero who will be a nice addition to your roster, especially since he is a safe Darkness pick for any PVE mission.

Sabrina

Sabrina is Fated Hero whose element is Fire. Her position is Attack and she causes Physical damage. She is the second daughter of House Rosther, one of the three greatest families in Green Land

Sabrina is Fated Hero whose element is Fire. Her position is Attack and she causes Physical damage. She is the second daughter of House Rosther, one of the three greatest families in Green Land. Sabrina, a passionate and self-confident girl, is very interested in and ambitious about politics since she was young. She also has a calculating aspect to her that she can betray anyone for her ambition. Sabrina will do anything by whatever means necessary to get what she wants, even if it means sacrificing others. As a childhood chum of Bathory, she acknowledges Bathory’s outstanding skills and did her best not to fall behind Bathory. Sabrina despises incompetent people. However, for anyone talented, she shows goodwill even if he or she is an enemy of her. While the blood of House Rosther runs in her veins, she is only the second daughter, not the first son or daughter. She is dissatisfied with the hereditary political structure of Green Land that does not care about an individual’s competency.

Her passive ability is “Counter 3”. ”. It allows her to counter upon taking damage gaining 1 mana if the target dies or if the target Health is above 70%. Passive ability also grants her[Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%.

“Elegant Execution” is her first active skill. It causes 300% damage against the single target, costing 1 Mana.

“Phoenix March” is her second active skill. It causes 178% damage against all enemies, costing 3 Mana.

Sabrina currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Sabrina is a natural upgrade of Zeon who is the main protagonist in the game. She has significantly higher base damage than him and her skills cause more damage but since she cannot be Fate Cored, it is highly unlikely that anyone will use her if Zeon is Fate Cored. Nevertheless, Sabrina’s damage potential is amazing, she retaliates upon being attacked and she is specialized for fighting in Holy Dragon Ground. If you have Fate Core Zeon it may seem that upgrading Sabrina is pointless but having another dangerous Fire damage dealer is always a good choice so don’t hesitate to develop Sabrina even you think that you don’t need her. It is important to say that some people compare Sabrina with Bernaddete with a Fire element but that is an understatement because the damage potential of Bernadette is considerably higher and the Mana gathering principle is totally different.

Anastasia

Anastasia is a Fated hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is the second princess of Green Land and the younger sister of Bathory

Anastasia is a Fated hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is the second princess of Green Land and the younger sister of Bathory. As soon as she was born and could barely recognize where she is, Bathory was already showered praised by others for showing outstanding talent. In her early days, Anastasia was a tomboy causing headaches to others because of her pastoring. People sighed at her behavior, wishing that she could be at least half as good as Bathory. After Bathory left for Lenombe as a King’s Guard, Anastasia attended various national events as the acting successor to the throne: at such events, she behaved friendly to everyone and gained more popularity. As Anastasia grew in popularity, some people said it was a pity that she wasn’t as talented as her sister while others said that it was rather blissful for Anastasia. Bathory’s position as the successor was solid and most people did not disagree with that. Anastasia told the people disappointed with the decision that she was happy she could help her wonderful sister from behind the scenes. Anastasia is staying in Green Land and waits for her sister to return home while assisting in royal affairs.

“Frozen Tear” is her first active skill. It heals all allies by 49% of their maximum Health and cleanses all debuffs and DOT (damage over time) effects from them. Requires 4 Mana.

“Sorceress Desperado” is her second active ability. It causes 525% damage against the single target, costing 3 Mana.

Anastasia can be Fate Cored via Dragon Emperor’s Knights. With a Fate Core Anastasia’s passive places [The Great One] mark on 4 allies in the same row with the highest Attack.

Anastasia is probably the best healer in the game. Her first skill heals half of Health to all allies, which is the strongest healing in the game. Unlike Talia who provides healing with all her skills, Anstasia’s second skill is a very powerful Single-Target attack that can eliminate opponents instantly. Anastasia can also be buffed with Dragon Blood if she is Fate Cored which is very important for the end-game PvP and makes her irreplaceable in most of the PvP teams. Keep in mind that Anastasia’s healing is costs 4 Mana and that it cannot be used early in the battle. If Anastasia would be able to resurrect she would be the perfect Hero but unfortunately she cannot revive allies and that makes her less desirable for some end-game PVE missions. Anastasia is also ideal for Holy Dragon Ground where she is more effective than the majority of other Heroes. All in all, Anastasia should be maximized and developed as soon as she is recruited. Obviously, she is significantly stronger with Fate Core but her usefulness does not shrink considerably if she is not, and therefore you should be happy whenever you recruit her.

Chati

Chati is Fated Hero whose element is nature. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is a vagabond knight with talking-cat armor and a huge hammer that looks like a cat’s paw

Chati is Fated Hero whose element is nature. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is a vagabond knight with talking-cat armor and a huge hammer that looks like a cat’s paw. Chati was once just a little girl with a peculiar affinity for cats who wanted to become a knight of the Estoris Republic. There was one thing standing in her way: she couldn’t afford the equipment necessary to become a knight. Chati had a cat named Chesi. But one day it was causing trouble and ended up being used as part of Bayer’s experiment to develop a piece of “ego armor”. Bayer was delighted to see that this armor had successfully adopted an ego through his experimentation, but in fact, it was the cat’s ego that had become implanted within the armor. This new armor was returned to Chati, and when the truth was finally revealed, Bayer acknowledged Chati as the rightful owner and gave a hammer to her as a present. Chati was so delighted to have Chesi back but also felt sorry that the cat was now trapped in the armor, so she decided to find a way to get Chesi out. With her newly acquired hammer and armor, she passed the test to become a knight on her first try. She set out for an adventure-seeking a way to free Chesi from the armor.

Her passive skill is “Protect 3”. It grants [Share Health] to ally wit the lowest maximum Health and heals their Health by 30% of the Chati’s current Health at the beginning of the round (can’t be removed). Chati gains 1 Mana if the target’s Health is above 70% or below 20%. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250%.

“Lucki Chesi” is her first active skill. It grants Barrier equal to 40% of Chasi maximum Health to all back row allies for 12 turns, costing 3 Mana.

“Miracle Shooting Star” is Chati’s second active skill. It causes 187% damage against the single target and places [Sleep] on that target for 4 turns. Requires 2 Mana.

Chati currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Chati is a decent Hero when we talk about fulfilling Defensive tasks. She protects the ally with the lowest Health and places powerful Barrier on damage dealers in the back row but her damage potential is laughable. With her second skill, she can CC (crowd control) primary target for a brief period but be careful not to use any AOE skills after that because it will end the [Sleep] effect. Chati is specialized in fighting Dragons in Holy Dragon Ground and she can be very helpful in some end-game Story missions where you need increased sustenance. However, considering that she is a Fated Hero, her usefulness is not that great and there are many Heroes of lower rarity that can provide you with more benefits than her.

Duncan

Duncan is a Legendary hero whose element is Machine. His position is Attack, and he causes Physical damage. He is the best pugilist in Exos

Duncan is a Legendary hero whose element is Machine. His position is Attack, and he causes Physical damage. He is the best pugilist in Exos. As a young man, Duncan traveled the continent with his adventure partner, Exter, and earned a good reputation solving various problems throughout the continent. However, due to being a well-known person in the machine civilization, he was assaulted by Bibara when Bibara instigated a massive riot to break out. In the midst of the riot that swept the entire Republic, his partner, Exeter, was killed. Duncan was also injured and pursued. After being saved by Ivan and shaking Bibara of his trail, he was equipped with a self-designed artificial arm to replace the arm he lost and decided to return to being his former self: the Duncan that once dominated the continent. Duncan, who used to be called ‘the best fist master of the continent’, is trying his best to regain his former power and is now looking for an opportunity to get revenge on Bibara for what he has done.

His passive skill is “Counter 2”. It allows him to retaliate after taking a hit, granting him 1 Mana if the target dies. It also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Machine Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Iron Fist Block” is his first active skill. It causes 300% damage against the single target costing 2 Mana.

“Rocket Puncher” is his second active skill. It causes 204% damage against all enemies, costing 4 mana.

Duncan cannot be Fate Cored currently.

Duncan has a really nice skill-set and most importantly he can retaliate incoming attacks. He is a very good Machine damage dealer, but his base Attack is considerably lower compared to his Fated counterparts. He has increased effectiveness in Dragon Holy Ground where he is specialized for Machine Element Dragon. We could say that Duncan is a Machine version of Bernadette with considerably lower damage potential and the ability to retaliate.

Deva

Deva is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magical damage

Deva is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magical damage. Young Deva snuck into the feudal lord’s castle in order to exact revenge for her parents who were arrested by the lord for merely being on the lord’s bad side. She was discovered by the Hurricane Blood, a group of outlaws who were also raiding the castle at that time. The Hurricane Blood captured the lord’s castle and ordered Deva and the lord to kill each other. As a result of the duel, Deva survived by killing the lord. The Hurricane Blood’s leader, A.A.A., took a liking to Deva and adopted her. A few years later A.A.A passed away due to deep wounds he suffered while rescuing Deva. Deva purged those who opposed her and became the sole leader of the Hurricane Blood. The very first thing Deva did was annihilate the nobles who had captured her before, as well as the former members and commoners who betrayed her. It was the prelude of the new Hurricane Blood, which once again gained notorious reputation all throughout the continent.

Her passive skill is “Final Hit 2”. It allows her to make an extra attack against the target who is attacked and whose Health dropped below 10%, granting her 1 Mana if the target survives. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Chaos activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Machine Element Dragon of Chaos by 20%. Additionally, the damage of Raging Breath is reduced by 70% but that doesn’t stack with [Head Dragon Knight] effect.

“Acrobatic Dance” is her first active skill. It deals 72% damage to all back row enemies and reset the turn if one of the targets die. Requires 2 Mana.

“Lovely Arrow Shot” is her second active skill. It causes 420% damage to the single target. Requires 3 mana.

Deva can be Fate Cored via Past. With Fate Core Deva’s passive skill doubles the damage of her Critical Strikes against targets affected with [Mark]. Her first skill now affects all enemies and her second skill now causes 700% damage against the single target, places [Silence] on tat target for 5 seconds, and afflicts the target with the [Ticky Time Bomb] that causes 163% of the current Health. Unfortunately, her second skill now costs 5 Mana.

Even without Fate Core, Deva can be extremely useful in PVE but with Fate Core, she becomes stronger than most of Fated Heroes in both PVP and PVE. She has a special synergy with Heroes who can place [Mark] because her Critical Strikes become 2 times stronger and can K.O. opponents instantly. Her second skill with Fate Core is simply amazing and if Deva endures long enough to use it it will definitely turn the tide of the battle. Deva is especially effective against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Chaos activated and she can even reduce their AOE without having [Head Dragon Knight] in the team. Having Deva fully developed and equipped is always a wise decision, therefore, do not hesitate to spend resources on her because you never know when you can get Fate Core version of her.

David Johnson

David Johson is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage. He is a Roman Pirates Captain

David Johson is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage. He is a Roman Pirates Captain. Along with Reedmarie’s Black Fish Pirates, the Roman Pirates, whose captain is David Johnson, is one of the two most famous pirate crews in the South Sea. Since the Roman Pirates chase their targets until they are caught, there is a joke among sailors that the only way to get away from the Roman Pirates is to soar the sky. As the head of the pirates, David Johnson charges ahead with his giant, clunky axe, thus intimidating his opponents into surrendering without even a fight. In fact, there aren’t that many who can withstand a strike from his axe. He demonstrates his pleasant character and jokes around even when he is surrounded by navy vessels while proceeding to break through warships with his bold nautical skills, all without breaking his smile. Inspired by the captain’s happy demeanor, most of the Roman Pirates are bright and cheerful. The laughter never stops on the captain’s ship.

His passive skill is “Counter 2”. It allows him to retaliate after taking a hit, granting him 1 Mana if the target dies. It also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Fire Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Double Burning Axe” is his first active skill. It causes 240% damage against the single target costing 1 Mana.

“Roman’s Anchor” is his second active skill. It causes 142% damage against all enemies, costing 3 mana.

David Johnson cannot be Fate Cored currently.

David Johnson is a natural Legendary upgrade to Zeon, the main protagonist of the game but unlike him, he has special effectiveness against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated. However, it is highly unlikely that you will replace your blessed and probably Fate Cored Zeon with David Johnson therefore it is hard to justify ant investment in him unless you need another Hero for Dragon Holy Grounds. Basically, David Johnson is not a bad character just, in my opinion, he doesn’t offer enough to be considered as a hero who should be developed and equipped whatever the cost is. You may think otherwise …

Degas

Degas is a Legendary Hero whose element is Frost. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage

Degas is a Legendary Hero whose element is Frost. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is the eldest son of Baron Stans’ family, who are the immediate attendants of the Royal Family. Originally, Degas was supposed to serve the Royal Family as an attendant but he instead decided to become a knight despite his family’s opposition. Eventually, his younger brother became an attendant. Degas first met Liechtenstein at the royal palace as children. They become friends from sharing a mutual and vigorous aspiration for swordsmanship. Degas had been eager to be recognized for his ability ever since he went against his family’s wishes and chose his own path. Through his exceptional temperance and continuous effort, he honed his skills and joined the Second Knights at the age of 16. 10 years later, Degas was recognized for his diligence and sincerity. When the former captain of the 2nd Knights retired due to health reasons, Degas was only 26 years old. Despite this fact, he overcame the challenges of seniority and was appointed as the new captain. Two years later, Marquis Navar along with a number o nobles, including the royal advisor Baron Stans, started a rebellion. Degas was made aware of the rebellion, and he strategized to save his family. However, Degas wanted to save Liechtenstein as well and decided to lure him out of the capitol. Due to the absence of their captain, the First Knights failed to deal with the rebellion, and eventually, many of them died. In the end, the rebellion killed many people including Liechtenstein’s wife. Since then Liechtenstein has despised Degas for what he had done, although Degas was still satisfied with being able to save his friend’s life. Even so, Degas disappeared, as a result of his guilt in the face of the disaster of the rebellion.

Degas’ passive skill is “Block 2”. It afflicts all enemies with [Provoke] if an ally takes damage and its health drops below 30%, granting [Heal Over Time] for Degas that heals 20% of his Attack every turn. If Degas’ Health is 20% or lower when this skill is triggered he is granted 1 Mana. This skill also grants Degas [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Frost Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Aegis of Faith” is his first active skill. It grants him increased maximum Health by 37% for 8 seconds and places [Share Health] to all allies for 16 turns. Requires 3 Mana.

“Cursed Trident” is Degas’ second active skill. It causes 142% damage to all enemies and afflicts them with Freeze (each target) for 5 turns. Requires 5 Mana.

Degas can be Fate Cored via “The Sun of Southland”. With Fate Core Degas’ passive grants him “Summer Blessing” that places [Frost Damage Immunity] to all allies at the start of battle increasing the target’s Attack by 50% when the immunity is removed. It also imbues each Degas’ attack with [Modification] for 3 turns if he has removable buff/recovery/positive effects applied. His first active skill now increases his maximum health by 38% while his second active ability now causes 178% damage to all targets.

Degas is a Tank in the true meaning of that word. Even without Fate Core he has various ways of protecting his team – he places mass Provoke when the ally has taken mortal injury, he allows his entire team to share health and he can CC (crowd control) with Freeze the entire enemy team for 5 turns. With Fate Core, he is even stronger. His skills are more potent and he now grants Frost immunity for the entire team making some usual PVP Heroes like Bernadette, Xiakhan, or Anastasia completely useless. Degas can be used in both PVP and PVE and like all Legendary Heroes he is especially effective against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated. He may not be a Top Tier hero but is surely close to that tag.

Lyungen

Lyungen is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Defense and he causes Magical damage. He is a Border Guards captain of Green Land

Lyungen is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Defense and he causes Magical damage. He is a Border Guards captain of Green Land. Lyungen is a man with a giant and steel-like body and a rich white beard, who is from the Estoris Republic and not from Green Land. As a young man, he was taught by a fisting master from the East. As he traveled across the continent to train himself afterward, he encountered Queen Beth and her husband Harv traveling to train themselves. After a short trip together, Beth began to admire Lyungen’s skills and personality and asked him to work for Green Land. Lyungen accepted her request and headed to Green Land. Despite his age, he is prised as the strongest fist master in Green Land, and some argue that he can even hold his own against Duncan, one of the big shots in the Exos, even though they have never fought each other. A rumor says that the reason he remained a bachelor is because of his love Queen Bath, but he remains silent on this matter.

His passive skill is “Thrust 2”. It allows him to retaliate causing 30% damage and placing [Stun] on the target for 5 turns. If the target’s Health is above 80% he Lyungen is granted 1 Mana. This skill also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Machine Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Iron Will Punch” is his first active skill. It causes 120% damage to the single target and places [Shock] for 3 turns, costing 1 Mana.

“Adamant Strike” is Lyungen’s second active skill. It causes 240% damage to all back row enemies, costing 4 Mana.

Lyungen can be Fate Cored via “Diastrophism”. With Fate Core Lyungen’s passive skill now grants him [Barrier of Will] that activates when 70% or more Maximum Health is taken at once reducing all incoming damage by 50% for 2 turns after which the incoming damage is increased by 30% for 3 turns. His active skills remain the same.

Lyngen’s skill set is very weak because he doesn’t have anything that can help him to protect the team and the damage of his skills is below average. With Fate Core, he only gets “Barrier of Will” which is nothing special if he cants do anything mentionable with his active skills. The only bright side of Lyundgen is his effectiveness against Dragons in Dragon Holy Grounds. Because of all this Lyngen is placed in the 4th Tier although he can be Fate Cored.

Reedmarie

Reedmarie is a Legendary Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is known as the Black Fish captain

Reedmarie is a Legendary Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is known as the Black Fish captain. While she was born as the daughter of a great rich man in Pedas, she ran away from her family and established one of the two greatest pirates crew of the South Sea on her own. If she like something, she has to get it at all costs. She knows how to handle a man and is good at controlling people with her own charm. Some claim that the reason why the marines’ pursuit of the Black Fish Pirates is less tenacious than with other pirate crews is that the Black Fish Pirates negotiate directly with the government. In addition, because she is the daughter of a merchant, she is quick at calculating what will be profitable for her. Also because she escapes all incidents without any losses, there is a saying among pirates that goes like this, “ Wherever the Black Fish Pirates are is where you can make money”.

Her passive skill is “Focused Shot 2”. It afflicts targets with [Focus Fie] mark decreasing their Dodge/Block for 1 round on each basic attack. If the target dies while marked, Reedmarie is granted 1 Mana. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Frost Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Ultimatum” is her first active skill. It causes 120% damage to the single target and places [Frostbite] that causes 74% damage per turn for 2 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Total Bombardment” is her second active skill. It causes 199% Piercing damage against all enemies, costing 5 Mana.

Reedmarie can be Fate Cored via Past. With Fate Core Reedmaries’ first skill now causes 262% damage to the single target but costs 3 Mana. Her second skill on the other hand now causes only 71% Piercing damage against all targets but places [Frostbite] to each target that causes 31% damage per turn for 2 turns and costs only 1 Mana.

Reedmarie is a decent Frost damage dealer. Without Fate Core, she has a devastating AOE but she needs to accumulate 5 Mana to use it. With Fate Core she can use AOE almost every turn with significantly lower damage output but with annoying DOTs (damage over time) that afflicts every target on the battlefield. Both FC Reedmaried and normal Reedmarie can be successfully used in the majority of PvE segments of the game, especially in Dragon Holy Grounds. In my opinion, the damage potential of Reedmaries is not high enough that she could be considered as viable PVP character,

Liechtenstein

Liechtenstein is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. His position is Defense and he can cause Physical damage

Liechtenstein is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. His position is Defense and he can cause Physical damage. As the second son of an earl, Liechtenstein became a knight in his early days, thanks to the support of his family after recognizing his excellent talent for swordsmanship. After joining the First Knights as a teenager, he gained the trust of the people and lived a smooth life as a knight for a decade. At the age of 24, the former captain retired and Liechtenstein became the youngest captain of the First Knights. As the captain of the First Knights, he taught swordsmanship to the children of the Royal Family. While he was good-hearted and kind to all, a rebellion broke out in which he lost many of his fellow knights, the children of the Royal Family whom he had taught, and even his wife, who was also a member of the Knights. Since then, Liechtenstein fiercely hated the rebels and anything related to them. He joined the resistance after catching wind of the force against Navar afterward.

His passive skill is “Protect 2”. It allows him to share the Health with the lowest Health ally and to Heal that ally for the 30% of his own maximum Health each round. If the Health of the target below 20%, 1 Mana is granted to Liechtenstein. It also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Darkness Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Knight’s Oath” is his first active skill. It grants him Barrier equal to 58% of his maximum Health for 11 turns. Requires 2 Mana.

“Subjugating Holy Sword” is his second active skill. It causes 420% damage against the single target and places [Stun] on that target for 7 turns. Requires 5 mana.

Liechtenstein can not be Fate Cored at the moment.

Liechtenstein is a decent tank who can heal and protect the most injured surviving ally during the entire battle. He can also increase his sustenance by placing a very strong Barrier. His attacking skill is an immensely powerful single-target strike that can also [Stun] the enemy for a considerable amount of time. However, Liechtenstein needs 5 mana for using this skill which may be a problem in some situations. All in all, Liechtenstein can do everything that you would expect from a Tank – he is tough, he protects and he can seriously punish the enemies. However, his skill-set doesn’t allow him to excel in any category and he cannot be Fate Cored, therefore, he cannot be considered as a Top Tier Hero. You can use him in both PvP and PvE but he will offer the most in some Story missions and in Holy Dragon Grounds.

Benten

Benten is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage. He is the third of the Five Greatest Generals of Saint West

Benten is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage. He is the third of the Five Greatest Generals of Saint West. A great and resourceful general wh excels at employing tactics, Benten shows exceptional swordsmanship skills with double swords. He is a cheerful man with a bright personality and is deeply trusted by his men. Since he came from a commoner family, he was once frustrated because of his status. However, he looked up to Garrf, who also came from a commoner family. After making a name for himself during the war against Brunn, Benten rose up to become one of the 5 Greatest Generals through sheer domination. Benten became close to Tantalo, who is also one of the Greatest Generals while fighting along his side on the battlefield, and now they consider each other as blood brothers. Tantalo is one of the strongest men in Saint West but lacks the skill in employing strategies, while Benten is weaker but is exceptionally intelligent. Tantalo and Benten joining forces has earned them a strong reputation across the continent.

His passive ability is “Counter 2”. It allows Benten to retaliate after being hit and grants him 1 Mana if he kills a target. It also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Nature Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“White Wing Judgement” is his first active ability. It causes 240% damage against the single target, costing 1 Mana.

“Heavenly Wings” is his second active skill. It causes 285% damage against all enemies, costing 5 Mana.

Benten cannot be Fate Cored at this moment.

Benten has very solid damage potential, he can counterattack and his AOE is devastating. However, his AOE costs 5 Mana and he has no means for gathering Mana faster unless he kills an enemy upon retaliation, so his second skill is almost useless in PvP. For PvE, Benten is a very good Hero who can significantly improve your overall damage potential. As all Legendary characters, Benten excels in fighting in Holy Dragon grounds so you should use him whenever Nature Dragon is opposing you. All in all, Benten is a decent Nature damage dealer but since he cannot be successfully used in PvP and cannot be Fate Cored, Tier 3 is where he belongs.

Brook

Brook is a Legendary hero whose element is Fire. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage

Brook is a Legendary hero whose element is Fire. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage. The Head of the Dark Souls, which consists of 12 supreme knights under the direct control of Shufraken, Brook is known as the strongest man in North von Frosty. Brook loved fighting, even frantic fights, and was thus called ‘a belligerent mad dog’ during his time as a mercenary. He was repeatedly transferred to other troops because of his love for fighting. Brook eventually took part in a suicidal mission against Brunn. No one expected him to succeed, but Brook made it out alive. However, he was fatally wounded and became powerless, as he waited for death. Shufraken, who appeared at that time, treated Brook and took him under his command. Brook vowed his allegiance to Shufraken for saving his life and for taking him in-the traveling man who’s crazy about fighting. From that time onwards, Brook has fought at the forefront of the battlefield, and others started viewing Brook with fear and admiration, recognizing him as the strongest in North von Frosty. Since Brook’s lust for fighting still lingers, he enjoys sparring against strong guys.

His passive skill is “Counter 2”. It allows Brook to retaliate after being hit and grants him 1 Mana if he kills a target. It also grants him [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Chaos activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Dragon of Chaos by 20%. Additionally, the damage of Raging Breath is reduced by 70% but that doesn’t stack with [Head Dragon Knight] effect.

“High Tackle” is his first active skill. It causes 240% damage against the single target, costing 1 mana.

“Furious Rush” is Brook’s second active ability. It causes 420% damage to the single target, costing 3 Mana.

Brook can be Fate Cored via Diastrophism. With Fate Core Brook’s passive skill now grants him [Barrier of Will] that activates when 70% or more Maximum Health is taken at once reducing all incoming damage by 50% for 2 turns after which the incoming damage is increased by 30% for 3 turns. His active skills remain the same.

Brook is a very powerful Single-Target damage dealer considering that he is a Legendary Hero. His first active skill can be used almost every turn while his second active skill that causes devastating damage against the single target costs only 3 Mana. At the top o that he always retaliates after being hit. Attack Heroes have the highest base Attack in the game which allows Brook to deliver some insane damage numbers. Also, he can be Fate Cored but it doesn’t improve him significantly. Brook can be very effective in PvP and he shines against Chaos Dragons, therefore, he deserves to be placed in Tier 2 of our Tier List.

Sharpei

Sharpei is a Legendary Hero whose element is Darkness. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage

Sharpei is a Legendary Hero whose element is Darkness. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is one of the Frost Hounds’ four leaders and Ambush and Pursuit Specialist. Sharpei lost her entire family and her legs in a bandits’ raid. Although people around her lent her a helping hand. Sharpei was a quick-witted girl who was already fed up with the hypocrisy of such adults. Sharpei took advantage of the favors of others to survive and experienced many difficult days of her own violation for not opening up her heart. It was a secret experiment at North von Frosty that changed her life forever. Even though she was forced to participate in the experiment, it enabled her to experience something new. She received blade-like artificial legs and from then on, she was able to learn combat skills rather than begging for wood. Sharpei did not hate her life even though she was continuously subjected to difficult training. As she became stronger, she noticed the stares from those around her changing. However, she did not realize that her spirit was gradually changing to one that only serves power and that she was becoming violent. Around the time that the eyes on Sharpei changed from sympathy to admiration, she met the person who gave her a new life. Since Sharpei’s mind was already possessed by the idea that power is justice, she appeared before this woman and began to view her as someone to whom she owed allegiance to. Sharpei joined Frost Hounds and now takes part in various schemes across the continent to actualize Spratken’s plan in unifying the continent.

Her passive ability is “Final Hit 2”. It allows her to make an extra attack against the target who is attacked and whose Health dropped below 10%, granting her 1 Mana if the target survives. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Chaos activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Dragon of Chaos by 20%. Additionally, the damage of Raging Breath is reduced by 70% but that doesn’t stack with [Head Dragon Knight] effect.

“Cross Execution” is her first active skill. It deals 252% damage against the single target and reset the turn if the target is killed by the skill. Requires 3 Mana.

“Feather Blast” is her second active skill. It causes 336% damage against all enemies in the back row, costing 5 Mana.

Sharpei currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Sharpei is a very potent Darkness Assassin who can use her first active skill to finish-off targets in order to receive a free turn. This ability costs 3 mana so she is unable to continuously use it one after another. Her second skill affects back row enemies and its damage potential is very good especially if enemies are in the formation when Sharpei can target more than 2 targets. However, her second skill costs 5 Mana and there is a high probability that Sharpei will not be able to use it in PvP. She has a natural efficiency against Chaos Dragons and she can be very useful in PvE especially since there are not a lot of Darkness pure damage dealers among Fated Heroes.

Otard

Otard is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. Her position is Attack and she causes Physical damage. She is the leader of the Gold Finger Clan

Otard is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. Her position is Attack and she causes Physical damage. She is the leader of the Gold Finger Clan. She was an orphan before the Gold Finger Clan adopted her. The Clan originally intended to use her as a messenger or a worker, but she soon became friends with the members of the clan thanks to her social skills and bright personality. Eventually, she was accepted as a regular member of the Gold Finger Clan. Growing up among rough and tough men, Otard became more aggressive and wilder than ordinary men. Otard trained her combat skills rather than her make-up skills and used to pick fights with random people passing by. Her axe, which was imbued with her innate strength and experience, soon became the symbol of victory for the Gold Finger Clan. It was not surprising that she became the new leader once the former leader retired. Right now, Otard looks forward to fighting with other mighty individuals to solidify her claim as the leader of the Gold Finger Clan.

Her passive skill is “Counter 2”. It allows Otard to retaliate after being hit and grants her 1 Mana if she kills a target. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Fire Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Brutal Axe” is her first active skill. It causes 420% damage against the single target, costing 3 Mana.

“Destruction Blow” is her second active ability. It causes 285% damage to all enemies, costing 5 mana.

Otard can be Fate Cored via Awakening. With Awakening fate Core Otard’s passive grants her [Harbringer of Awakening] that place Mark of Revenge on the enemy that killed an ally. When the enemy with Mark of Revenge is killed or damaged it activate Awakening skill of all Heroes with Awakening skills. Otard has [Awakening: Dominator of Battle] that increases her Critical Hit by 360, decreases her Block by 180, increases Attack Speed by 25, and grants [Damage Immunity] for 4 turns if Otard’s Health is below 30%. Her first skill now causes 525% damage against the single target and her second skill now causes 357% damage against all enemies.

Otard is a heavy hitter! Both of her skills inflict a high amount of damage but if she is Fate Cored that damage becomes obliterating. In a matter of fact, there is no better Fire damage dealer in the game except for Rachel who is Meta. Otard will have many uses in both PVP and PVE even she is not Fate Cored, but with Fate Core, she is close to being considered as Top Tier character. Like many of Legendary characters, she is especially effective in Holy Dragon Grounds.

Kirina

Kirina is a Legendary hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is a special guard of Shufraken

Kirina is a Legendary hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is a special guard of Shufraken. Kirina only follows the orders of Shufraken. She likes silence and shows no emotions, almost as if she doesn’t have any feelings. She never hesitates to follow any of Shufraken’s orders: anything other than Shufraken’s orders has zero value to her. Since she guards Shufraken closely, her appearance indicates Shufraken’s presence in the area. Kirina was a slave of a noble family, who opposed Shufraken. Her eyes were damaged because of her master’s mischief, and Kirina was abandoned soon after. After Shufraken purged the noble family and took her as his own slave, Shufraken made Kirina devote absolute loyalty to him. Kirina honed her martial arts skills even while suffering from unfavorable conditions. While she lost her vision, she gained other sharp senses. She became an excellent warrior quickly, and Shufraken keeps Kirina beside him since he also trusts her.

“Shining Boomerang” is her first active ability. It causes 180% damage to the single target and reset the turn if the target dies from the skill. Requires 2 Mana.

“Chain Slicer” is her second active ability. It causes 840% damage to the single target, costing 5 mana.

Kirina cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Kirina is arguably the best Legendary Hero who cannot be Fate Cored. Her base Attack is very high. If she kills a target with her first active skill she receives an additional turn but she cannot use that skill again since it costs 2 mana. Her second skill will literally erase any target on the opposite side. The damage potential of this skill is one of the highest in the game when we talk about single-target damage. It is an overstatement to say that she can be successfully used in PvP because without Fate Core she will not pose any threat to PVP teams in higher leagues but nevertheless if she succeeds in staying alive long enough to use her second skill she may turn the tide of the battle even against PvP META teams. However, it is highly unlikely that will happen very often so Kirina should be primarily used as Frost Physical damage dealer in PvE. Like many of Legendary Heroes, Kirina is extra effective against Dragons (Chaos Dragons in particular).

Tantalo

Tantalo is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is the Fourth of the Five Greatest generals of Saint West

Tantalo is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is the Fourth of the Five Greatest generals of Saint West. A simple-minded and straightforward general, Tantalo has a very competitive spirit: if there is a strong opponent, he must fight him or her. Tantalo hates any delicate jobs and considers war to be clashing against each other while using up all one’s energy. Instead of employing a complicated strategy, he tries to charge the enemy in a straight line. However, his plan always falls to pieces because of others’ resistance. While he is more trustworthy than anyone else in battle due to the massive force coming from his gigantic body, there is a lot of skepticism over letting him take command of troops. He admires Benten as a great general for having great battle skills and for being smart. He believes Benten’s orders are worth following despite the fact that Benten is younger than himself.

His passive ability is “Block 2”. It afflicts all enemies with [Provoke] if an ally takes damage and its health drops below 30%, granting [Heal Over Time] for Tantalo that heals 20% of his Attack every turn. If Tantalo’s Health is 20% or lower when this skill is triggered he is granted 1 Mana. This skill also grants Tantalo [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Nature Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Ground Flip” is his first active skill. It causes 71% damage to all enemies and places [Provoke] on each enemy for 3 turns. Requires 3 Mana.

“Body Check” is Tantalo’s second active skill. It causes 300% damage against the single target and places [Paralyze] on that target for 6 turns. Requires 4 Mana.

Tantalo can be Fate Cored via Banga Family. With Fate Core, Tantalo’s passive skill allows him to place [Heart Strike ] mark on the enemy with the highest health at the start of the battle. His first skill now causes 127% damage against all targets and places [Poison] on each target that causes 44% damage each turn for 3 turns. It also increases the Attack of all allies by 13% of Tantalo’s Attack for 9 turns when the skill hit targets and increases Block of all allies by 42 for 18 turns when the skill hits. The Mana price of the first skill is now 4. His second skill now costs 3 Mana but the damage against the single target is lowered to 262% and it places [Poison] that deals 92% damage every turn for 4 turns and decreases Attack of the target by 35% of Tantalo’s attack for 8 turns.

Tantalo is everything you want from a Defensive Hero. He has a passive ability to place mass [Provoke] and he can do it with the first skill. His defensive capabilities are very god and allow him to stay alive long enough while the rest of the team taking down enemies. With Fate Core, Tantalo is much stronger and he competes to be among Top Tier Heros. It is true that he cannot place mass Provoke with his first skill when he is Fate Cored but his damage potential is amazing and he can still make all enemies attack him when the ally is near death. Having Tantalo with Fate Core is like having a META Hero and because fo that I will be bold and place him in the Top Tier. It would be best to combine him with other Heroes who have Banga Family Fate Core (Jinn, etc..) but be sure that Tantalo will perform extremely well even without them. Without Fate Core Tantalo can also be used in almost every game segment but he excels in fighting Dragons of Order.

Firis

Firis is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is a collateral member of the House Exid

Firis is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is a collateral member of the House Exid. Since she was a child, there were rumors that say Firis was smart but gloomy child and that she disliked meeting people. After Firis’ parents passed away, Spica came to meet Firis who was in trouble and had no place to go. Spica recognized Firis’s talent and trained her by her side. Seeing Spica leading people, Firis decided to be a support of Spica. Firis also demonstrated outstanding results in academics and swordsmanship. Spica also recognized Firis’ ability and appointed her as the Head of the third Knights. Currently, Firis serves an advisory role by supporting and giving advice on battle plans which Spica leads. As one of Spica’s most trusted knights, she also commands at the forefront at Spica’s order since her swordsmanship is also outstanding.

Her passive skill is “Protect 2”. It allows her to share the Health with the lowest Health ally and to Heal that ally for the 30% of her own maximum Health each round. If the Health of the target below 20%, 1 Mana is granted to Firis. It also grants her [Dragon Knight Blessing] that increases damage against Dragons with Dragons Scale of Order activated, by 250% and decreases Enhanced Dragon Fang effect used by the Darkness Element Dragon of Order by 20%.

“Holy Light Strike” is her first active skill. It causes 48% damage to all back row enemies and places [Stun] on each target for 3 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Condemnation” is her second active skill. It causes 210% damage to the single target and places [Stun] on that target for 5 turns.

Firis cannot be Fate Cored currently.

Firis is special because of her ability to constantly stun back row opponents even though her damage potential is below average. Her second skill can also stun, but it stuns a single target causing moderate damage. If not for her [Stun] ability, Firis would be in the lowest Tier but since she can constantly CC (crowd control) enemies during the entire battle I decided to place her in Tier 3. Unlike other Legendary Heroes, Firis is not especially effective in Holy Dragon Grounds because Dragons are immune to [Stun] and her damage potential is one of the lowest in the game.

Griesel

Griesel is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Defense and she causes Magical damage. She is a Head of the Blue Deer tribe

Griesel is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Defense and she causes Magical damage. She is a Head of the Blue Deer tribe. Griesel is the only daughter of the former chief. Griesel’s mother passed away while delivering Griesel, and her father did not marry another person. Therefore, people considered Griesel to be the next chief of the Tribe. But a chief has to be a great leader as well as an outstanding warrior. Griesel, who was a frail child, made others in the tribe worried. People started to argue whether or not to choose a different successor. Young Griesel was confused by the ambivalent emotions of the adults near her. A wandering fortune-teller visited Blue Deer Tribe one steery night and foretold that Griesel would be a great chief. The fortune-teller left the Tribe shortly afterward, but Griesel did not falter anymore. With a desperate effort, she overcomes her physical weakness and became an outstanding warrior and a wise guide. The Tribe respected and followed Griesel after she succeeded her father. She also dedicates herself to lead the Tribe who believes in her and follows her lead.

Her passive skill is “Protect 2”. It allows her to share the Health with the lowest Health ally and to Heal that ally for the 30% of her own maximum Health each round. If the Health of the target below 20%, 1 Mana is granted to Griesel. It also increases her damage against Monomos with Nature Barrier by 200%.

“Blessing of Blue Deer” is her first active skill. It grants Barrier equal to 18% of her maximum Health to all back row allies. Requires 1 Mana.

“Grassland Hunting” is her second active skill. It causes 300% damage to the single target and places [Blind] for 6 turns. Requires 4 mana.

Griesel cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Griesel is below average Defense Hero whose main virtue is the ability to Blind the chosen target for 6 turns. To do that she will need 4 Mana which may be a problem in times of need. She also has the ability to constantly protect the back row with a weak Barrier. Griesel is especially effective in Shelter of Avarice but that concludes her area of expertise. All in all, her virtues are not good enough ta grant her higher Tier than Tier 4.

Leger

Leger is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is the Royal Priest of the Marinos Islands

Leger is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is the Royal Priest of the Marinos Islands. Lager was dedicated to the temple when she was a newborn baby. From an early age, she was intelligent and warm-hearted and naturally became a priest as she was educated to be a regular priest with the recommendation of the bishop, who took a close look at her behavior. Since she has never gone out of the temple and the Royal palace, she learned the outsider world only by reading books. She loves reading books and is highly knowledgeable. So, she can have in-depth discussions with even scholars regarding history and theology. Leger is highly fateful: she can bother people from time to time because every time she faces a problem, she prays to God first.

Her passive skill is “First Aid 2”. It grants heal (100% of Leger’s Attack) to the ally if they take damage and their Health drops below 20%. Leger gains 1 Mana if her Health is below 20% when the skill is triggered. Her passive skill also increases her damage against Monomos without Element Barrier by 200%.

“Realm of Recovery” is her first active skill. It heals all allies by 13% of Leger’s Health, cleanses all debuffs and damage over time on all allies, and revives all dead allies. Requires 3 Mana.

“Realm of Punishment” is her second active skill. It causes 142% damage to all enemies, heals all allies by 27% of Leger’s maximum Health, and cleanses all debuffs and all damage overtime on all allies. Requires 5 Mana.

Leger can be Fate Cored via Event. With Fate Core, Leger’s passive becomes “First Aid 3” allowing her to gain 1 Mana if her Health is above 70% when the skill is triggered. Her other skills remain the same but her attributes are increased to the Fated rarity.

Leger is a decent healer who revives all dead allies for only 3 Mana. Both her skills offer healing for the entire team but that healing is not very strong (healing from the second skill is somewhat stronger). Being able to resurrect allies quite often during the battle makes Leger an ideal hero for the hard Story missions (Chapter 9 and Chapter 10) and she may have some uses in the PVP if she is Fate Cored but other than that she cannot be considered as a Top Tier Healer. She is extra effective in the Shelter of Avarice. You may not agree with me but I think that she doesn’t deserve a higher Tier than Tier 3 because her healing potential cannot be compared with some other Support Heroes.

Lepin

Lepin is a Legendary Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage

Lepin is a Legendary Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a descendent of the Fairy Lord family that has defended the land of Green Land from generation to generation. The descendent of the fairy who helped Ignit, one of the seven heroes who defeated the Dragon emperor Accor, established the family. She is remembered as a legendary figure and is respected by all the fairies of Green Land. After Green Land was founded, her family devoted themselves as the guardians of the Royal family and moved to a deep and lonely forest. The guardian family appeared and helped the Royal Family of Gren Land every time they were in danger. Lepin also inherited the will of her family, and quietly trains her magical powers in the forest. Sometimes when a lost traveler wanders into the forest, she appears and offers the traveler comfortable shelter and a cup of tea before ushering the traveler on their way. Residents of nearby villages call her a fairy of the forest with awe and respect. But she does not dream of a peaceful life forever. Lepin is ready to leave the forest and engage with any enemy that threatens Green Land and the Royal Family.

Her passive skill is “First Aid 2”. It grants heal (100% of Lepin’s Attack) to the ally if they take damage and their Health drops below 20%. Lepin gains 1 Mana if her Health is below 20% when the skill is triggered. Her passive skill also increases her damage against Monomos with Frost Barrier by 200%.

“Light of Purification” is her first active skill. It causes 150% damage against the single target and places [Heal Over Time] that heals 1 ally by 10% of the ally’s maximum Health for 4 turns when the skill hits. It also cleanses all debuffs and damage over time from the ally. Requires 2 Mana.

“Blessing of Fairies” is Lepin’s second active skill. It heals all allies by 13% of Lepin’s maximum Health, cleanses all debuffs and damage over time from all allies, and revives all fallen allies. Requires 3 Mana.

Lepin can be Fate Cored via Awakening. With Awakening fate Core Lepin’s passive grants her [Harbringer of Awakening] that place Mark of Revenge on the enemy that killed an ally. When the enemy with Mark of Revenge is killed or damaged it activate Awakening skill of all Heroes with Awakening skills. Lepin has [Awakening: Fairy Queen of Protection] that increases her Bloc by 360, decreases her Critical Hit by 180, increases Attack Speed by 25, and grants [Damage Immunity] for 4 turns if Lepin’s Health is below 30%. Her first active skill gains the turn reset ability and also increases the damage to 187%, and the healing from to 12% over time
Her second active skill attaches a damage immunity to the revive ability and increases the healing to 24%. It also costs 4 mana instead of 3

Lepin’s main virtue is her ability to resurrects all allies for only 3 Mana. Other than that she is average at most. Her healing is weak, her damage output is also weak even tough she causes damage with her first active skill, and she is kinda squishy for a Support character. With Awakening Fate Core her survivability improves considerably and she becomes the best Healer in the game. Without  Fate Core, Lepin can be used in PVE because of her resurrecting capabilities and she is a viable choice for “Shelter of Avarice”. With Fate Core, she becomes a META in every segment and therefore she earns Tier 1 without a doubt.

Metron

Metron is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is the leader of an emerging faction in Blueco

Metron is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is the leader of an emerging faction in Blueco. Metron is gentle and generous but decisive in critical moments. Thanks to his nature of pursuing harmony and his exceptional abilities, he quickly became the leading figure in Blueco shortly after entering politics. However, after losing to Xiakhan from Redsteam in an election to be a King’s Guard, he found himself in a vulnerable position. After Xiakhan left for Lenombe as a King’s Guard, Metron returned to his hometown and retired from the world. His supporters worried about his retirement, but eventually, he returned to politics due to his continuous persuasion from the people around him. After returning, Metron gained a new level of support through his exceptional skills and respectability. He was active in many areas and slowly built up his reputation. Currently, Metron is in charge of the foreign policy of Blueco. Because of the nature of his work, it is difficult to meet with him as he is constantly away visiting other countries.

His passive skill is “Mana Absorb 2”. It removes buff from an enemy granting 1 Mana to Metron. Another 1 point of Mana is granted if the target’s health is above 80%. His passive skill also increases his damage against Monomos with Darkness Barrier by 200%.

“Dragon’s Protection” is his first active ability. It grants [Reflect Damage] on all allies for 16 turns and provide them with 1 Mana. Requires 3 Mana.

“Clinch of the Absolute” is his second active skill. It causes 420% damage to the single target and places [Curse] on that target causing 111% damage every turn for 6 turns. Requires 5 Mana

Metron cannot be Fate Cored at this moment.

Metron is a decent Light character whose skillset specialized him for PVP encounters. He may also be effective against some Bosses in the Story Mode but since his burst damage potential is almost non-existent you will most likely choose some other Light Hero for PvE. His second active skill is indeed devastating but in order to use it, Metron will have to remove several buffs from opponents. All that is the reason why Metron should be perceived only as PVP and anti-Monomos Hero. [Reflect Damage] will help you to prevail against much stronger PvP teams but frankly, that will not be enough in the higher leagues where you will meet MEAT teams made of 4 or more Dragon Blood or Awakening Heroes. Until Metron gets his Fate Core he will be just an ordinary Hero who will not change the balance of the game despite his rare ability to buff allies with [Reflect Damage].

Minea

Minea is a Legendary Hero whose element is Darkness. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She a fortune teller from Lenombe

Minea is a Legendary Hero whose element is Darkness. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She a fortune teller from Lenombe. A mysterious girl with purple hair and golden eyes, she was born visually handicapped but inherited the power to see the future. Minea’s parents recognized her ability and left her to a fortune teller instead of raising her by themselves. Though Minea was antagonized for her ability to foresee the future, her mentor told her that her ability was a blessing rather than a curse. Minea internalized her mentor’s teachings and became a good fortune-teller who wanted to use her power to help people. Minea helped people without any compensation. She was soon called the “Prophet of the Stars” and was widely respected. Some people assaulted Minea to exploit her, but Minea never faltered. King John of Saint West was also one of the people who received help from Minea. King John tried his best to help Minea but Minea turned down the offer and left to continue her journey to help people in danger. One day Minea foresaw a huge disaster, unlike anything she had witnessed before. Minea wrote a letter to warn king John, but King John had passed away because of a coup d’etat led by Tikan Clan. When the news of the Tikan Clan’s coup d’etat spread throughout Sait West, Minea disappeared form Saint West.

Her passive skill is “Cleanse 2”. It cleanses debuffs and damage over time from allies granting 1 Mana to Minea. An additional point of Mana is granted if the target’s Health is below 20%. It also increases damage against Monomos with Darkness Barrier by 200%.

“Constellation Seal” is her first active skill. It causes 240% damage to the single target, costing 1 Mana.

“Constellation Effect” is her second active skill. It causes 102% damage to all enemies decreasing their Block amount by 61 for 18 turns. Requires 4 Mana.

Minea currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Minea is a Support Hero who cleanses negative effects with her passive skill and deals damage with her active skills. The damage potential of Minea is very low because she is a Support character and the only thing worth mentioning is her ability to reduce the Block of the targets. However, that is not enough for her to be considered as a special Hero who can decide the outcome of a battle. She can be useful in “Shelter of Avarice” against Monomos with Darkness barrier but aside from that she doesn’t offer anything out of ordinary.

Bayer

Bayer is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is the supreme leader of Blueco

Bayer is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is the supreme leader of Blueco, one of the two largest political parties in the Estoris Republic. Since his youth, Bayer has been geeky inventor who made only what he wanted to make, rather than out of necessity. However, he gained popularity after his inventions turned out to be helpful to the people. For example, the ability to convert kinetic energy into thermal energy, which was created to study energy conversion, ended up greatly helping those in need of heating. Over time, he accomplished a great deal and became even more popular. Bayer wasn’t interested in politics, but politicians wanted to take advantage of his reputation. Bayer happily accepted a politician’s proposal to provide support for his inventions in exchange for piggybacking off his reputation. He focused on inventing what he wanted even after joining the Blueco. After Bayer got a lot of subsidies, Bayer’s inventions became more and more influential. In the end, people started to support Blueco just because Bayer was a member. Over time as Bayer aged, Blueco’s members began searching for a new leader. They could not ignore Bayer’s tremendous influence on the party and nominated Bayer as the head of Blueco. Even after becoming Blueco’s leader, he argued that politics should be the work of the youth and entrusted Metron to lead the party while burying himself in his inventions.

His passive skill is “Mana Absorb 2”. It removes buff from an enemy granting 1 Mana to Bayer. Another 1 point of Mana is granted if the target’s health is above 80%. His passive skill also increases his damage against Monomos with Machine Barrier by 200%.

“Maximum Power Release” is his first active skill. It causes 210% damage to the single target and places [Bleed] that causes 73% damage every turn for 4 turns. Requires 3 Mana.

“ Emergency Power Release” is his second active skill. It causes 142% damage to all enemies and places [Bleed] on each target that causes 50% damage every turn for 4 turns. Requires 5 Mana.

Bayer currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Unlike his young apprentice Metron, Bayer’s skillset is more PVE based which is in collision with his Mana mechanics. He places [Bleed] with both active skill and he gathers Mana by removing buffs from the enemies meaning that he should be good for PVP but in reality, he is far from that description. Both his skills have really bad damage potential and [Bleed] is almost useless in PVP because there is a high possibility that Bayer will be against at least 1 cleanser, so practically Bayer will cause only initial damage which is average. Bayer can be good in “Shelter of Avarice” against Monomons with Machine barrier and he could be used for breaking enemies with Machine guardian stones in Story missions but other than that he is literally useless. This may seem harsh but when we take into consideration the number of Machine Chaos heroes who are concurrent with Bayer in his position, we come to the conclusion that we will probably never use him.

Spica

Spica is a Legendary Hero whose element is Forst. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is the first daughter of House of Exid

Spica is a Legendary Hero whose element is Forst. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is the first daughter of House of Exid, one of the three noble families of Green Land. Spica is very shrewd and smart. While she looks like an emotional lady, she is very calculating-always thinking of the pros and cons of a situation. Spica was groomed to be the successor to House of Exid as she is much older than her siblings. Spica demonstrated her talents in many ways, and her understanding and sense of politics were admired even by her teachers. Spica’s father, who is somewhat incompetent to lead a family, was satisfied with her talents and entrusted her with a great deal of work. Now she is virtually the acting head of the family and decides on many important issues. Spica has lofty ambitions that are as strong as her exceptional talent. She views the traditional values and conservative nature of Green Land as an obstacle to reformation. Spica believes that it is necessary to receive a helping hand from others to break down the old system of Green Land.

Her passive skill is “Thrust 2”. ”. It allows her to retaliate causing 30% damage and placing [Stun] on the target for 5 turns. If the target’s Health is above 80% Spica is granted 1 Mana. Her passive skill also increases her damage against Monomos with Frost Barrier by 200%.

“Reigning Strikes” is her first active skill. It causes 150% damage to the single target and places [Freeze] for 4 turns on that target. Requires 2 Mana.

“Piercing Moon” is her second active skill. It causes 600% damage against the single target costing 4 Mana.

Spica cannot be Fate Cored at the moment. As you can see Spica is a decent Defensive Hero who can deliver an enormous amount of damage to the single target with her second active skill. Her first skill is not that powerful but Freezes the target for 4 turns, which may be helpful on some occasions. Spica is in many ways similar to Valarr – even her first active skill is completely different, their damage potential is proportional to their difference in rarity. That being said we come to the conclusion that Spica is Defensive Hero who gathers Mana extremely fast and who can use her obliterating second skill quite often. However, the lack of Fate Core makes her practically useless in PvP. Spica can be used successfully in various PvE segments but she excels in Shelter of Avarice.

Annie

Annie is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. Her position si Attack and she causes Magical damage. She is a Flame Sorceress from Saint West

Annie is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. Her position si Attack and she causes Magical damage. She is a Flame Sorceress from Saint West. When Annie was a child, she was fascinated by some flame magic she saw by chance. She visited a magical tower every day to learn magic and become a sorceress. Her teacher tried to teach Annie various kinds of magic but having being influenced by her childhood, her heart had already been taken by flame magic and thus, she only studied flame spells. To change Annie’s mind, her teacher forced her to enroll in a sorcerers’ troop in the regular army, but Annie was kicked out of the unit because she refused to communicate with her comrades and instead, carried on using flame spells. But giving up Annie’s powerful magic was such a loss for the army that she was allowed to rejoin as a mercenary. Having heard the world of this superb flame sorceress, Scarlet, who is fighting for the rebels, Annie is stoking the flames of her spirit more and more arguing that she is the best flame sorceress.

Her passive skill is “Mana Utilization 2”. It increases her Attack based on allies’ Mana count granting her 1 Mana if the allied Mana count is 10 or more on her turn. Her passive skill also increases her damage against Monomos with Fire Barrier by 200%.

“Flame Kaboom” is her first active skill. It causes 81% damage to all enemies, costing 1 Mana.

“Flame Tornado” is her second active skill. It causes 285% damage to all enemies, costing 5 Mana.

Annie can be Fate Cored via Past. With Past Fate Core Annie’s passive can place [Burning Soul] mark on the ally with the fastest Attack Speed excluding Annie granting [Damage Immunity], 300% increases in Critical Hit for 2 turns and [Gain Mana] (3 Mana) every round. Her first skill now causes 100% damage to the single target placing [Silence] for 5 turns after which [Crazy Parrot] is placed that cause damage equal to 100% of Annie’s current Health. Her second skill now causes 357% damage to all enemies.

Without Fate Core, Annie is a decent Fire AOE damage dealer who is very similar to Scarlet with on difference – her first active skill cost only 1 Mana but causes lower damage than Scarlet’s first skill. With Fate Core, Annie becomes an amazing PVP character who can grant Damage Immunity to the ally with the highest speed while significantly increasing its Critical Hit and Mana regeneration. She can also Silence the enemy for 5 turns after which that enemy will most certainly die if Annie is on full Health. The damage potential of Anie is really amazing for a Legendary Hero (especially in Shelter of Avarice) and since she is META in the PVP she is rightfully placed in the first Tier of our Tier List.

Zarienne

Zarienne is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magical damage. She is the Guard Captain of Baileysh

Zarienne is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magical damage. She is the Guard Captain of Baileysh. Zarienne was originally a mercenary from Pedas. She was so famous that no one had not heard of Zarienne of Steal Cannon. She was also the head of the Black Hawk. Her unusual weapon was excavated from ancient ruins. She won the weapon from a battle competition after seeing that said weapon was the prize for the first place. The Black Hawk consists of mercenaries. It was famous for its strict discipline and fair rules influenced by Zarienne’s uprightness and operational policies. However, her strictness caused resistance among her men and eventually put her life in danger after one of her dissatisfied subordinates betrayed her. That was when Baileysh saved her. Zareinne then pledged her allegiance to Baileysh for the rest of her life. When Baileysh left Padas and headed to Saint West, she followed him. In Saint West, Zarienne served Baileysh as the captain of his guard and gained fame again by protecting him against numerous enemies seeking to take Baileysh’s life. Now Zarienne of Steel Cannon is on everybody’s lips, not as a mercenary of Pedas but as an iron wall knight protecting the head advisor of Saint West.

Her passive skill is “Focused Shot 2”. It afflicts enemies with Focused Fire mark that decreases their Dodge/Block for 1 round after basic attack, granting her 1 Mana if the target dies while marked. It also increases her damage against Monomos with Machine Barrier by 200%.

“Magic Bullet” is her first active skill. It increases Hit of all allies by 4 for 14 turns. Requires 2 Mana.

“Magic Bullet Volley” is her second active skill. It causes 294% Piercing damage to the single target costing 3 mana.

Zarienne can not be Fate Cored at this moment.

Zarienne is a Machine damage dealer with very low damage potential compared to other Heros of the same role. Her skillset does not allow her to shine anywhere except against Machine Barrier Monomon. Indeed, she can counter Heroes who can place mass Blind on your team but it is highly unlikely that you will need increased Hit chance in higher Zebenstunier Tiers. All in all, Zarienne is not in the lowest Tier just because she can be helpful in those rare occasions.

Zeradin

Zeradin is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Attack and he can cause Magical damage. He is the head of the secret organization Dragon Watchers

Zeradin is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Attack and he can cause Magical damage. He is the head of the secret organization Dragon Watchers, which appears only when there is an affair related to the ancient Dragon Clan. Zeradin is the head of Dragon Watchers and has absolute authority in the organization. Only a few people know about Zeradin’s existence. Nothing is known about him, not his age or his real name: even his closest personnel have never seen him unmasked. Some people have even guessed that his voice is altered, so some people even doubt Zeradin’s gender. For a long time, Dragon Watchers had kept people from any information about the Dragon Clan, so the only thing known about the Dragon Clan was what legends say or other sketchy information. However, as the situation of Exos became more complicated, his attitude changed to actively interfering in affairs at the expense of exposing his clan. In most cases, Zeradin does not handle situations directly but sends his subordinates. Also, anything related to the Dragon Clan is spread over the Exos, so the leader of each nation’s Dragon Watchers faction has great autonomy and authority. However, when Zeradin is present, all authority over the members within the area is transferred to him, granting him absolute command of the clan.

His passive skill is “Mana Utilization 2”. It increases his Attack based on allies’ Mana count granting him 1 Mana if the allied Mana count is 10 or more on his turn. His passive skill also increases his damage against Monomos with Fire Barrier by 200%.

“Gehenna Purgatory” is his first active skill. It causes 81% damage to all enemies, costing 1 Mana.

“Triad Flare” is Zeradin’s second active skill. It causes 142% damage to all enemies, costing 3 Mana.

Zeradin cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

As a Fire AOE damage dealer, Zeradin is very similar to Annie or Scarlet but his skill set doesn’t allow him to deliver deadly AOE as they can. However, he can cause lesser damage more often because his second active skill costs only 3 mana. Having a decent Fire AOE damage dealer who can quickly break all enemies in the story missions is always a good thing and Zeradin is particularly effective against Monomos with Fire Barrier but lack of decisive finishing strike and lack of Fate Core makes him considerably less important than Annie or Scarlet.

Karin

Karin is a Legendary hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. Karin was born with a unique ability to communicate with spirits

Karin is a Legendary hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. Karin was born with a unique ability to communicate with spirits. People feared for her having such an unusual ability, which was unfamiliar to them and unlike magic. Her father insisted that Karin was cursed and abandoned her and her mother in the middle fo the night. Karin’s mother raised Karin by herself and decided to leave the village with Karin as she couldn’t withstand the hostility of the villagers anymore. In another village they stopped by during their trip, Karin found a mystical fox and found herself in a forest after following the fox while her mother was shopping for things. Karin had fun with the fox in the woods while Karin’s mother searched for Karin in the woods and was unfortunately killed by a beast. Karin was now alone and wandered the continent with the fox. After some time, she caught the eye of Jinai, who as helping wandering orphans. Jinai was thinking of growing Shirosaku larger so that it no longer had to be a secret organization of the Toho Clan, and believed that Karin’s ability to communicate with spirits could be fo great assistance. As such, she adopted Karin as a pupil. Eventually, she appointed Karin as her successor. Some people opposed Karin becoming the leader due to her being an outsider. However, most members trusted Jinai and liked Karin’s nature. Karin helped Jinai run Shirosaku at first, but is now leading the organization with a focus on balance and harmony after the new leader after Jinai retired.

Her passive skill is “First Aid 2”. It grants heal (100% of Karin’s Attack) to the ally if they take damage and their Health drops below 20%. Karin gains 1 Mana if her Health is below 20% when the skill is triggered. Her passive skill also increases her damage against Monomos with Nature Barrier by 200%.

“Three White Shadows” is her first active skill. It causes 210% damage to the single target, heals the Ally with the lowest Health by 40% of Karin’s maximum Health, and cleanses all debuffs and damage over time from that ally. Requires 3 Mana.

“Moonlight Flower” is her second active skill. It heals all allies by 27% of Karin’s maximum Health, cleanses al debuffs and damage over time from all allies, and revives all fallen allies. Requires 5 mana.

Karin is arguably the best Healer in the game who cannot be Fate Cored. She has everything a healer needs: Single-Target heal and damage for 3 Mana, AOE heal for 5 Mana, and most importantly she can revive allies. It is questionable if she is capable of serious PVP but in my opinion, only Anastasia is better than her in that segment of the game. At the top of that Karin is extra effective in Shelter of Avarice. One thing is certain if you look for a healer in PVE Story missions Karin is the best choice for you.

Pan

Pan is a Legendary hero whose element is Fire. His position is Support and he causes Magical damage. He is the best watchmaker in Exos

Pan is a Legendary hero whose element is Fire. His position is Support and he causes Magical damage. He is the best watchmaker in Exos. Pan has a private studio in the Capital of the Estoris Republic, and he occasionally steps out of the studio for inspiration. Once he is able to concentrate, he works for hours on end and really hates being interrupted. Owing to his character, it is hard to meet with him even when he is in the studio. However, since he is highly punctual, if someone manages to make an appointment with him, Pan will be there at the exact time and place of the appointment.

His passive is “Cleanse 2” It cleanses damage over time and debuffs from allies, granting 1 Mana to Pan. 1 Mana is additionally granted if the Health of the target is 20% or less when the skill is triggered. It also increases damage against Monomos without Element Barrier by 200%.

“Time Adjustment” is his first active skill. It removes all status effects from all allies and grants 1 Mana to each ally. Requires 2 Mana.

“Dimensional Blast” is his second active skill. It causes 71% damage to all enemies and decreases Defense of each target by 14% of Pan’s Defense for 8 turns.

Pan cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Pann’s role is to support allies and he does that by cleansing negative effects and granting Mana but other than that he is literally useless. His damage potential practically does not exist, he is kinda squishy for a Support character and his first active skill does almost the same thing as his passive. Regardless of his extra effectiveness against Monomos without Elemental Barrier, it is very hard to justify any development of this character, therefore he is placed in the lowest Tier of our Tier List.

Guter

Guter is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is the deputy head of the Dark Souls

Guter is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is the deputy head of the Dark Souls. Guter lost his parents due to an avalanche and went to war as a mercenary despite his young age. When he was still a nameless mercenary, he found himself in the same battle as Brook. Brook save dGuter on the battlefield, and Guter decided to follow Brook and as he followed him he gained fame. Guter was badly injured and lost his consciousness in a fierce battle, which forced him to be sent back for treatment. In the meantime, Brook was singled our for putting his troops in danger and was kicked out of the squad while Guter was away. Guter searched for Brook, but Brook had already disappeared. Eventually, Guter gave up his search and decided to become a more famous mercenary in hopes of reuniting with Brook someday. Guter, who gained the nickname “The Bloody Mace” after fighting as a mercenary for several years, hear a rumor that stated the strongest Minotaur is under the command of King Shufraken of North von Frosty. As far as Guter knew, the strongest Minotaur referred to Brook. He visited Shufraken without rest and was able to once again meet with Brook. From then on, he started to fight together with Brook under the same flag.

His passive skill is “Thrust 2”. ”. It allows him to retaliate causing 30% damage and placing [Stun] on the target for 5 turns. If the target’s Health is above 80% Guter is granted 1 Mana.

“Flaming Iron Hammer” is his first active ability. It causes 120% damage against the single target and places [Confuse] for 3 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Bloody Flame” is his second active skill. It causes 840% damage to the single target, costing 5 Mana.

Guter currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Guter is a decent Fire Defender who retaliates after being hit and stuns the target. Since his base damage (like almost all other Defenders) is really low he will practically always get Mana after being hit by an enemy with full Health. That means that he will relatively easily generate 5 Mana for his devastating attack with the second active skill. His first active skill is considerably less potent but it places [Confuse] that can make enemies fight each other, but the duration of [Confuse] is only 3 turns which are not enough to consider this skill extra effective. Guter can be successfully used as a Fire Defender in almost every PVE segment but he excels in the story mode when you need to break enemies with fire guardian stones. He may be used in PVP as well but he will be viable only at the beginning of the game. All in all, Guter does not have any real weaknesses but since he cannot be Fate Cored he cannot be compared with Heroes who can.

Luke

Luke is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is a captain who leads a fugitive unit from Saint West

Luke is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is a captain who leads a fugitive unit from Saint West. Luke is the eldest son of a historic family established at the time of the foundation of Saint West. Unlike his tough-looking face, he is faithful and has a deep sense of loyalty to the Kingdom and the King, as he is the eldest son of the historic family. Of the Five Greatest Generals, he especially admired Garff for his loyalty; he dislikes Valarr who confronts Garff. When Carrie’s rebellion broke out and King John died, he abandoned his title as the fourth of the five greatest generals of Saint West. Then he gathered his fellow men and formed a fugitive unit. His unit captured a fortress on the outskirts of Saint West. Luke is quietly gathering forces for Rachel, who will one day return home to become King.

His passive ability is “Block 2”. It afflicts all enemies with [Provoke] if an ally takes damage and its health drops below 30%, granting [Heal Over Time] for Luke that heals 20% of his Attack every turn. If Luke’s Health is 20% or lower when this skill is triggered he is granted 1 Mana.

“Burning Hammer” is his first active skill. It causes 150% damage to the single target and places [Provoke] on that target for 4 turns. Requires 2 Mana.

“Shield fo Loyalty” is his second active skill. It increases his own maximum Health by 53% for 9 turns and places [Share Health] with all allies for 18 turns. Requires 4 Mana.

Luke can be Fate Cored via Banga Family. With Pokemon Fate Core Luke’s passive allows him to place [Heart Strike ] mark on the enemy with the highest health at the start of the battle. Luke’s first skill now causes 187% damage instead while his second active skill now increases his maximum Health by 54% for 9 turns and increases Defense of all allies by 23% of Luke’s Defense for 9 turns.

Without Fate Core Luke’s only purpose is to protect the team and this comes at the cost of his damage potential that literally doesn’t exist. He can be used with success in some harder Story missions where Bosses K.O. your heroes instantly but even Luke cannot protect you from some assassinating skills that annoy you constantly. Bringing Luke in your team will grant you that your damage dealers will live long enough in the last 2 Chapters of the game to deliver their deadly salvo and help you prevail when you think that success is not possible. Fate Core Luke is a completely different story and he is a viable PVP character. [Heart Strike] ability can be very deadly especially if you have more than 1 Pokemon character in your team. The problem is that FC Tantalo is much stronger than Luke and that there is a low chance that you will need to make the team with 2 Defense Heroes. However, if you don’t have Tantalo you can use FC Luke in PVP with similar results. Luke will be placed in the third Tier of our Tier list but he can be much better than some other Heroes in that Tier. Unfortunately, he is still not good enough to be placed on the second Tier.

Risis

Risis is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is a free adventurer from Estoris Republic

Risis is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is a free adventurer from Estoris Republic. Risis has a free spirit and doesn’t like to be bound to a single place. She left home when she was a teenager and has been wandering around the continent for over a decade. She is also the self-proclaimed “best travel guide” in the continent. She earns the money she needs by investigating and solving problems for people. However, the purpose of her trip is unclear and she just wanders at her will. Even if she starves or is forced to hunt for herself, she will refuse any quest that doesn’t catch her fancy. Nowadays, she has been investigating the unusually rapid spread of Butholism in the Estoris Republic with her partner, Cybele.

Her passive skill is “Mana Absorb 2”. It removes buff from an enemy and grants 1 Mana to Risis. She is granted additional Mana if the Health of the target is 80% or above.

“Cobalt Tornado” is her first active skill. It causes 120% damage to the single target and places [Poison] that causes 74% damage every turn for 2 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Wind Claw” is her second active skill. It causes 300% damage to the single target and places [Poison] that causes 90% damage every turn for 5 turns. Requires 4 mana.

Risis cannot be Fate Cored at this moment.

Risis is a simple forward Nature Single-target damage dealer who afflicts [Poison] with both her skills. She is nothing out od the ordinary and his damage potential is mediocre but she can be extremely useful in Story missions where you need to break Bosses or mobs with multiple Nature Guardian Stones. She gathers Mana by removing Buffs which can be problematic in PvE. Because of her passive skill, you may think that she is viable for PVP but in reality, she cannot contribute anything above Xes Zebenstunier Tier. Because of all that Risis earned a place among Heros in the 4th Tier of our Tier List.

Monica

Monica is a Legendary hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magical damage. She is Alexei territory guard captain

Monica is a Legendary hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magical damage. She is Alexei territory guard captain. Monica was born the youngest daughter in a family of knights in North von Frosty. Monica had three elder brothers, so she used to follow her brothers and played war games instead of playing with dolls. Seeing her brothers becoming knights and soldiers, she naturally decided to follow the same path. Unfortunately, her parents were too conservative and stubborn. They opposed Monica’s dream of becoming a knight, worrying that she may tarnish the family’s honor because she’s female. Despite her persistence, she was unable to change her parents’ mind and she left her home on her 14th birthday. Then she tried to find a mercenary guild that would accept her. Some may argue that this decision is childish, but she was able to become a mercenary without much effort thanks to her ability to create a magical spear, an ability passed down through her family’s bloodline, the spearmanship that she learned by watching her brothers, and the warmth of the mercenaries she met for the first time. But even in the mercenary group, people looked at her with suspicion. The people of North von Frosty who were born into one of the continent’s harshest environments had a difficult time accepting a young girl like Monica into their mercenary group. Monica wore pants instead of a skirt like them and kept her hair short. Over time, rumors about a female mercenary who uses a magical spear spread but Monica still had the desire to be a knight. It was Alexei, a lord of a borderland, who accepted Monica as his knight. Alexei recognized Monica’s desire and evaluated her based solely on her ability and skills. He then gave her a chance to hone her skills. Monica swore allegiance to Alexei and spent time working as a knight in Alexei’s territory.

Her passive skill is “Focused Shot 2”. It afflicts enemies with Focused Fire mark that decreases their Dodge/Block for 1 round after basic attack, granting her 1 Mana if the target dies while marked.

“Magic Spear Charge” is her first active skill. It causes 150% damage against the single target and places [Frostbite] that causes 65% damage every turn for 3 turns. Requires 2 Mana.

“Magic Spear Rush” is her second active skill. It causes 420% Piercing damage against the single target, costing 4 Mana.

Monica cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Monica is a pure Frost Single-Target damage dealer and she is one of the few quality Heroes who can apply [Frostbite]. [Frostbite] is extra effective against Bosses and mobs with multiple Frost guardian Stones and it helps you to break those targets significantly faster. You will need that in many missions of the 9th and 10th Chapter of Campaign. Other than that Monica is nothing out of ordinary – she is just another Frost damage dealer with decent Single-target damage potential.

Bongkoos

Bongkoos is a Legendary hero whose element is Nature. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is the deputy head if the Yellowhood Bandits

Bongkoos is a Legendary hero whose element is Nature. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is the deputy head if the Yellowhood Bandits. Bongkoos has excellent shooting skills, and uses a gun he modified himself. He was ignored as a child because of his small body, which is a common characteristic of Banga. Thus Bongkoos became aggressive. After leaving the village and wandering around without a particular purpose, Bongkoos found and assisted Eierrow, the former head of Yellowhoods who were fighting against Shufraken’s army. Seizing this opportunity, Bangkoos joined the Yellowhood Bandits. At first, many members did not like him because of his grumpy attitude and aggressive way of speaking. However, people eventually acknowledged his kindness and hardworking nature. He is now leading the Yellowhood on behalf of Vinity, who became the Captain after Euerrow’s retirement. Bangkoos wants Vinity to correct his timid personality and lead the Yellowhood with confidence. However, Bangkoos is worried about Vinity since Vinity has become even more dependant on Bongkoos, contrary to his hopes.

His passive skill is “Focused Shot 2”. It afflicts enemies with Focused Fire mark that decreases their Dodge/Block for 1 round after basic attack, granting him 1 Mana if the target dies while marked.

“Fierce Shooter” is his first active skill. It causes 120% damage to the single target and places [Poison] that causes 74% damage every turn for 2 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Iron Cannon Salvo” is his second active ability. It causes 99% damage to all enemies, costing 3 Mana.

Bongkoos cannot be Fate Cores at the time being.

Bongkoos is another Nature damage dealer who can place [Posion] with his skill. As mentioned before [Poison] is very helpful against Bosses or mobs with multiple Nature Guardian Stines and it helps to break them significantly faster. His second skill is a very weak AOE, to be honest, and you will most likely avoid using it unless you have multiple opponents who are near death. Bongkoos main weakness is the fact that there is a lot of stronger Nature Heroes who can do everything he can much better and because of that, there is a low chance that anyone will spend resources on his development. It may be a harsh decision (he can be useful indeed) but in my opinion, Bongkoos should be placed in the lowest Tier of our Tier List when we take all facts into the consideration.

Sernando

Sernando is a Legendary hero whose element is Light. His position is Attack and he causes Magical damage. A pioneer and a leader of Bibara

Sernando is a Legendary hero whose element is Light. His position is Attack and he causes Magical damage. A pioneer and a leader of Bibara, who suddenly appeared and greatly improved the power of Butholism. Sernando suddenly appeared and consolidated the force of Bibara, which worked in small numbers. He rapidly expanded its presence by converting a large number of people. In particular, he strengthened the hardliners to expand terrorism committed by Bibara all over the Estoris Republic. It was not known what Sernando di or where he was before he became the leader, but he is powerfully uniting Bibara without any resistance. People suspected that Sernando was suing some kind of drugs or tolls since the people who converted to Butholism became bizarre. However, nothing is confirmed. Sernan is known to frequently show up to give a fancy speech or hold triumphant ceremonies among the people of Bibara. However, as he wanted all over the Estoris Republic and as Bibara itself is a point organization, he rarely shows himself in public.

His passive skill is “Mana Utilization 2”. It increases his Attack based on allies’ Mana count granting him 1 Mana if the allied Mana count is 10 or more on his turn. His passive skill also increases his damage against Monomos with Darkness Barrier by 200%.

“Call of Light” is his first active skill. It increases Critical Hit of all allies by 48 for 14 turns. Requires 2 Mana.

“Proctor of God” is his second active skill. It causes 204% damage to all enemies, costing 4 Mana.

Sernando currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Sernando is a Light damage dealer who can be very useful in PVP. He shouldn’t be combined with average Heroes but if you assemble o team of 4 Fate Core character, Sernando will drastically increase their damage output with his first active skill. Critical Strikes are deadly in Exos Heroes so every Hero who can increase the Critical chance of Heroes can be very useful in PVP where you need to eliminate opponents before they eliminate you and where every critical account is counted towards victory. Besides that Sernando can be very useful in Shelter of Avarice where he inflicts double damage Monomos with Darkness Barrier.

Scarlet

Scarlet is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. Her position is Attack and she causes Magical damage

Scarlet is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. Her position is Attack and she causes Magical damage. She is a person from another dimension who arrived by being caught between the rift of time and space. Scarlet was born and had lived in a different world from that of the Exos. Because she considered herself to be a stranger to the Exos continent, she avoids having any relationship with others despite her great abilities. He monologues, which is seldom understood by others, deliver things related to the world in which she used to live in. Scarlet had a hard time because of limited data she could access. Mahar approached Scarlet after hearing about her and decided to exploit her exceptional abilities and naivete. He asked Scarlet to help him in exchange for receiving help in finding a way to return to where she came from. Scarlet accepted Mahar’s offer and joined the Saint West rebels to find a way back to her homeland while wondering if it would be okay to intervene in the history of the Exos continent. Eventually, Carrie’s rebellion was a success. While chasing after the remnants. Scarlet encountered Bernadette and defeated her. However, to minimize her intervention in Exos’s history, she did not kill Bernadette. Having no idea that Bernadette thirsts for revenge and had joined the regular army. Scarlet is only focused on finding a way back to the world she came from with the help of Mahar.

Her passive skill is “Mana Utilization 2”. It increases her Attack based on allies’ Mana count granting her 1 Mana if the allied Mana count is 10 or more on her turn. Her passive skill also increases her damage against Monomos with Fire Barrier by 200%.

“Chain Fireball” is her first active skill. It causes 142% damage to all enemies, costing 3 mana.

“Flames of Destruction” is her second active skill. It causes 285% damage to all enemies, costing 5 Mana.

Scarlet can be Fate Cored via “Summer Festa”. With Fate Core, Scarlet’s passive grants her “Summer Blessing” that places [Frost Damage Immunity] to all allies at the start of battle increasing the target’s Attack by 50% when the immunity is removed. It also imbues each Scarlet’s attack with [Modification] for 3 turns if she has removable buff/recovery/positive effects applied. Her first active skill now causes 178% damage to all enemies while her second active ability now causes 357% damage to all targets.

Scarlet is very similar to Annie but unlike her, Scarlet’s first active skill causes considerable damage to all targets at the cost of 3 Mana. There are several Fire AOE damage dealers (Magi, Annie, Zeradin, Scarlet) with almost the same skill-set but Scarlet is unique since she can be Fate Cored via “Summer Festa”. FC Scarlet is a viable PVP character who makes all Frost Heroes almost useless against her team. As someone who offers Frost damage immunity, she can be successfully used in North von Frosty Story missions because there are a lot of frost based Mobs and Bosses. She also has extra effectiveness against Monomos with Fire Barrier. Without Fate Core, Scarlet can be used in Story missions against multiple mobs with Fire Guardian Stone. In my opinion Scarlet is a Fire AOE damage dealer with most potential after Annie, therefore, she rightfully deserved her place in the second Tier of our Tier List.

Adams

Adams is a Legendary Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage

Adams is a Legendary Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Attack and he causes Physical damage.

He is the Head of the Myst assassins. The Mist Assassins used to be the best in the nation and worked in the dark for hundreds of years. But now, its power had dwindled, and they have also lost their headquarters. Adams worked hand in hand with Valarr to reconstruct the Mist Assassins and fell under Valarr’s control. While Adams has the stereotypical threatening appearance of the lizardman’s, he is in fact despicable and insidious opportunist in nature. Since he prioritizes the reconstruction of the Mist Assassins, having him as a subordinate is dangerous. However, he isn’t making any suspicious moves at this moment as docilely obeys Valarr’s orders.

His passive skill is “Counter 2”. It allows Adams to retaliate after being hit and grants him 1 Mana if he kills a target. It also increases his damage against Monomos without Element Barrier by 200%.

“Crushing Shadows” is his first active skill. It causes 300% damage against the single target, costing 2 Mana.

“Reaper Sickle” is his second active skill. It causes 600% damage against the single target, costing 4 Mana.

Adams can be Fate Cored via “Banga Family”. With Fate Core, Adams’ passive skill allows him to place [Heart Strike ] mark on the enemy with the highest health at the start of the battle. His first active skill now causes 375% damage against the single target while his second active skill now causes 750% damage against the single target.

Adams is a pure Darkness Single-target damage dealer. His skill set is similar to Rudley’s except Rudley is Nature-based and has considerably higher damage potential. However, with Fate Core Admas becomes a killing machine who can literally obliterate the target with any of his skills. “Banga Family” Fate Core works best if there are several Pokemon Heroes so it would be best if you could combine Admas with FC Jinn and FC Tantalo for having decent chances in the higher Zebenstunier Tiers. Adams is especially effective against Monomos without Element Barrier and can be very useful on some Maze levels. If you need a Fire Single-Target damage dealer, Adams is the right choice for you!

Ivan

Ivan is a legendary Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is a hot-blooded doctor of engineering from the Estoris Republic

Ivan is a legendary Hero whose element is Machine. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is a hot-blooded doctor of engineering from the Estoris Republic. Ivan has a strong sense of justice and never overlooks anything unjust. He is always frustrated because he earns money from inventions that he considered to be failures while doing his best to invent something innovative. He approves of religious freedom, but he is indignant of Bibaras who resort to terrorism and believes that they should be eradicated. On the other hand, he also believes that Redsteam is wrong for cracking down on Bibaras too brutally, as it only served to fuel Bibara’s anger. Ivan is now devising a plan to face Bibaras with Duncan, who was fortuitously helped by and become acquainted with Ivan while running away from Bibaras’ assault.

His passive skill is “Focused Shot 2”. It afflicts enemies with Focused Fire mark that decreases their Dodge/Block for 1 round after basic attack, granting him 1 Mana if the target dies while marked. It also increases his damage against Monomos with Machine Barrier by 200%.

“Focused Sniping” is his first active skill. It causes 294% Piercing damage against the single target, costing 3 Mana.

“Secret Bullet Shot” is his second active skill. It causes 142% damage to all enemies and places [Bleed] on each target that causes 50% damage every turn for 4 turns.

Ivan cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Ivan is the Machine damage dealer who is available to everyone via the Campaign. You will probably develop him at some point since he is necessary for reaching 3 Stars in Episode 02-Chapter 7 during the Story mode. His second active skill allows him to break all mobs with Machine Guardian Stones considerably faster than anyone else. [Bleed] is similar to other DOTs (damage over time) and it is ideal for braking enemies with multiple Machine Guardian Stones because it will tick every turn. However, DOTs are practically useless in PvP and truth to be told he is not a viable character for that segment of the game at the moment he enters your roster. As a Machine character, he will most likely find a place in your roster but frankly, Ivan is nothing special and he can’t fulfill his damage-dealing purpose even fully maximized and equipped. He shines only against Monomos with Machine Barrier.

Obellia

Obellia is a Legendary Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Support and she causes Physical damage. She is a Grand Master of House Exid’s Second Knights

Obellia is a Legendary Hero whose element is Frost. Her position is Support and she causes Physical damage. She is a Grand Master of House Exid’s Second Knights. The eldest daughter of a petty aristocrat who is under the force of House Exid. Since Obellia was young, her parents’ excessive expectations were placed on her shoulders: after showing talent in swordsmanship, she was forced to become a knight. She rarely expresses her thoughts because of the burden caused by the expectations around her, However, the senior knight of the family helped her, not only by teaching her swordsmanship but also by advising Obellia to open up her heart to the world and helping her to get along with other knights of House Exid. The senior knight’s helping hand significantly assisted Obellia in freeing her self from the burden but resulted in giving her another debt of gratitude. Obellia decided to be a knight to replay the grace the senior knight provided her. By awakening the talent she had, even House Exid came to recognize her skills and Obellia became the Head of the Second Knights of House Exid. She continues to fight for others, leaving behind her wish to live and draw pictures in a tranquil, rural area.

Her passive is “Cleanse 2”. It cleanses damage over time and debuffs from allies, granting 1 Mana to Obellia. 1 Mana is additionally granted if the Health of the target is 20% or less when the skill is triggered. It also increases damage against Monomos with Frost Barrier by 200%.

“Cherry Blossom Blessing” is her first active skill. It increases Defense of all allies by 28% of Obellia’s Defense and removes all status effects from allies. Requires 3 Mana.

“Cherry Blossom Slash” is her second active skill. It causes 102 % damage to all enemies and decreases their Attack by 19% of Obellia’s Attack for 9 turns. Requires 4 Mana.

Obellia cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Obellia is a Support character in the true meaning of that word. She improves the sustenance of the team with both of her skills. Her damage potential exists but it is minimal. It is difficult to say in what segment of the game Obellia can be used granting greater advantage to the team than some other Frost Hero. Her buffs and debuffs are ok but its effects do not significantly change the outcome of any battle. Obellia may be used as a Support in a PVP team made of 3 or 4 FC Heroes where her passive can be put in the use and where she can help the team more than another non-FC Hero with an average damage potential. However, it is highly unlikely that you will choose Obellia for that role since there are much stronger non-FC characters who can help the team in much better ways. Obellia has increased damage against Monomos with Machine Barrier but since her damage potential is already at the minimum it will stay minimal even multiplied by 2.

Corgi

Corgi is a Legendary hero whose element is Fire. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is one of the four leaders of the Frost Hounds

Corgi is a Legendary hero whose element is Fire. His position is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is one of the four leaders of the Frost Hounds, a plotting and kidnapping Specialist. Corgi is from the village of the Tori Clan. The elders depended on Corgi since he was nimble and smart, but Corgi was a very cruel child who bullied other kids secretly behind the backs of the grown-ups. Corgi who grew up witnessing a civil war swept across North von Frosty thought being in the army would be perfect for him. Corgi joined the regular army as a commissioned officer. Corgi climbed higher and higher in the military ranks thanks to his intelligence and excellent survival skills, but he lost his entire troop due to his carelessness. The military leadership offered to Corgi who was awaiting his fate, to take part in a living-body test in exchange for giving him another identity without any punishment if the experiment succeeded. Corgi, who had nothing to lose, accepted the offer and the experiment was successful. At that moment, the young officer from the Tori Clan disappeared and Corgi of the Frost Hounds was born. Since then, Corgi has left his past and is living his second life under a new identity: the Leader of the Frost hounds.

His passive skill is “Focused Shot 2”. It afflicts enemies with Focused Fire mark that decreases their Dodge/Block for 1 round after basic attack, granting him 1 Mana if the target dies while marked.

“Rhapsody of Explosions” is his first active skill. It causes 51% damage to all enemies and places [Burning] on causing 31% damage every turn for 2 turns on each target. Requires 2 Mana.

“Flaming Wave” is his second active skill. It causes 420% Piercing damage to the single target, costing 4 Mana.

Corgi cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Corgi is a Fire damage dealer but his damage potential cannot be compared to other Fated and Legendary Fire damage dealers. His first active skill makes one of the best Fire breakers because it is an AOE (Area of Effect) DOT (damage over time) skill. However, this skill costs 2 mana and its damage potential is minimal. His second skill is powerful indeed – for 4 Mana he causes devastating damage against single targets ignoring their Defense. The problem is his Base attack that doesn’t allow you to deliver serious damage numbers even when fully equipped and maximized. That fact and the fact that there are a lot of Fire damage dealers who are better were deciding factor to put Corgi in the lowest Tier of our Tier List even tough he is one of rare Fire Heroes with “Focused Shot” passive ability.

Kinberra

Kinberra is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Chaos and he causes physical damage. He is a gunner of the Black Fish. Kinberra is an elf from Green Land

Kinberra is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Chaos and he causes physical damage. He is a gunner of the Black Fish. Kinberra is an elf from Green Land. He likes to try new things because he has always had a strong curiosity in everything since he was young. Kinberra, who learned gunmanship instead of the more common skill of archery, began traveling to test his skills. Kinberra’s name began to spread for competing against famous archers and his continuous traveling. Among the matches, his match against Rish was so good that everyone in pubs talked about their skills non-stop. However, Kinberra needed money to continue his journey. While he was suffering fro his lack of money, Reedmarie of the Black Fish Pirates had her eye on his skills and offered a great deal of money to Kinberra to join the Black Fish. Kinberra headed out to sea along with Reedmarie to enjoy this new adventure. After joining the Blackfish Pirates, he continues to give Reedmarie headaches by often acting on his own, such as disappearing for several days without any notice.

His passive skill is “Focused Shot 2”. It afflicts enemies with Focused Fire mark that decreases their Dodge/Block for 1 round after basic attack, granting him 1 Mana if the target dies while marked. It also increases damage against Monomos with Nature Barrier by 200%.

“Acrobatic Shot” is his first active skill. It causes 168% piercing damage to the single target, costing 1 Mana.

“Ravia Bullet” is his second active skill. It causes 420% damage against a single target and places [Poison] that deals 111% damage every turn for 6 turns. Requires 5 Mana.

Kinberra cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Kinberra is a very useful Nature damage dealer. With his first skill that costs only 1 Mana he harrases enemies ignoring their Defense while his second skill is extremely powerful and it causes 1086% damage in total, but costs 5 mana. Kinberra is ideal for Nature days when can deal with mobs with Nature Guardian Stones easily and he can easily eliminate Monomon with nature Barrier almost all by himself. He can be used for Nature breaking but honestly, there are better Heroes for that purpose. As for PVP, he is not a viable option because he cannot survive long enough to execute his second active skill which only can have some effect in PVP battles. Nevertheless, Kinberra will be often used as a Nature damage dealer especially if you don’t have Rera.

Tereia

Tereia is a Legendary hero whose element is Darkness. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a famous magic scholar from Lenombe

Tereia is a Legendary hero whose element is Darkness. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a famous magic scholar from Lenombe. Tereia is a dark elf with purple skin. As a child, she worked at the home of a famous magic scholar doing chores. The magical scholar took her not as a disciple but as an errand girl, but Tereia managed to learn and use magic just by watching the scholar. The scholar, who witnessed the talent of Tereia, took Tereia as his successor and taught her the magic study he had accumulated so far. With blessed talent and eagerness to learn, Tereia studied under a famous magical scholar from a young age. However, she did not care about her social standing. She just kept on studying the mysteriousness of magic and searched for new knowledge. When people judged her for being arrogant, she thought nothing of it as their opinions did not matter to her. However, as people started to shun Tereia, Tereia realized that she would need more money than she previously expected to maintain her studies. While she was able to get some materials by herself, it was too hard to get the other myriad of magic reagents she required. It was then that Tereia conceded that communication was necessary and started to interact with others. The main trading partners were the mercenaries, who had a great reputation around Lenombe. Some still denigrated Tereia, but her life became as stabilized as before. Apart from her occasional trips to get the materials she needs, she always stays in her home near Khuntara to explore new knowledge.

Her passive is “Cleanse 2”. It cleanses damage over time and debuffs from allies, granting 1 Mana to Tereia. 1 Mana is additionally granted if Health of the target is 20% or less when the skill is triggered.

“Sorcerer’s Step” is her first active skill. It causes 102% damage to all enemies, costing 2 Mana.

“Essence of Sorcery” is her second active skill. It causes 300% damage to the single target and decreases the Defense of the target by 45% of Tereia’s Defense. Requires 4 Mana.

Tereia cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Tereia is a Darkness Support Hero whose skillset emphasizes damage potential. Since Support Characters does not have good base attacks the damage caused by Tereia’s skills will be minimal even she is fully developed and equipped. She can be used as a Darkness breaker because of her AOE, and the debuff of her second skill can be useful against some Bosses, but other than that she is basically useless. It is hard to justify any investment in her.

Fergie

Fergie is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a talented management specialist

Fergie is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a talented management specialist. Fergie is a part of Glenn’s old crew. Since she was just a receptionist, there was a rumor saying that the guild master had his eye on Fergie to become his successor because of her excellent management skills in deploying human resources to the right places. While Fergie maintained her silence regarding the rumor, it was an undeniable fact that Fergie was a skilled manager. Many organizations tried to scout Fergie for her great management skills, but she refused all offers stating that only she would decide where she would be. Glenn and his old crew also tried to scout Fergie. Glenn visited Fergie three times with the director of the adventure team and succeeded in recruiting her after persistent persuasions. After joining the team, she played a pivotal role in supporting them and meeting all their expectations such as obtaining the best quests for the team or supplementing personnel. However, because of the crash of the Airship, the adventure crew disassembled and there was no role for her in the team anymore. Fergie, one of the few survivors of the crash, quit her adventures and worked as an ordinary recruiter brokering people upon request of the Adventurer’s Guild. That is until Glenn came, and asked her to fly again. Now she is preparing to show her ability once again.

Her passive is “Cleanse 2”. It cleanses damage over time and debuffs from allies, granting 1 Mana to Fergie. 1 Mana is additionally granted if Health of the target is 20% or less when the skill is triggered.

“Fan Meeting” is her first active skill. It causes 102% damage to all enemies and decreases the Attack of each enemy by 19% of Fergie’s Attack. Requires 4 Mana.

“Fantastic Time” is her second active skill. It grants [Barrier] equal to 19% of Fergie’s Maximum Health to all allies and removes all status effects from each ally. Requires 2 Mana.

Fergie currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Fergie is a very useful Machine Support who can provide her team with a decent Barrier during the entire battle. Raising [Barrier] costs only 2 Mana and additionally removes all negative effects from all allies. Fergie can also be used as a Machine Breaker because of her first active skill which is AOE that slightly decreases the Attack of all enemies. Her damage potential is minimal but her supporting abilities are awesome for a Legendary character. Fergie can be used in early Zebenstunier but her main purpose is to help in PVE against mobs and Bosses with Machine Guardian Stones.

Freesia

Freesia is a legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is the only daughter and successor of the House Goldgate

Freesia is a legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is the only daughter and successor of the House Goldgate, which has served as the captain of the Royal Guards at the Royal Palace from generation to generation. Hous Goldgate was the family of the knights who followed Cadmos since the time he founded Lenombe. The successor of the family receives transcendent physical powers through the passing of this special power from generation to generation. Freesia also got the power as a successor. Freesia, who serves as the captain with her superb physical ability, is a reliable bulwark for her forces, simultaneously she is a troublesome obstacle for her enemies. As the successor of a historic family, she maintains a strict lifestyle adhering to rules since she was young. She is also extremely proud of her work protecting the Royal Palace. She is a difficult and scary person, obsessed with following established rules and laws for her men. However, Freesia does not care about how others view her.

Her passive skill is “Thrust 2”. ”. It allows her to retaliate causing 30% damage and placing [Stun] on the target for 5 turns. If the target’s Health is above 80% Freesia is granted 1 Mana.

“Captain’s Will” is her first active skill. It places [Reflect Damage] to all back row allies for 12 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Eviction Order” is her second active skill. It causes 300% damage to the single target and afflicts that target with [Stun] for 6 turns.

Freesia currently cannot be Fate Cored.

As one of few Light Tanks in the game, Freesia really shines in fulfilling her purpose. She can stun targets with her passive and with her second active skill. Also, she is capable to maintain very effectively [Reflect Damage] during the entire battle which could be an unsolvable enigma for your opponents. If you are forced to use “Emphasized Back Row” formation there is no better Hero than Freesia for the place in the front row. Freesia can also be used in PvP teams if you are forced to lead 4 back row characters (which is not smart for PvP). All in all, Freesia is a very god Legendary Tank who can surprise you in many ways.

Heowon

Heowon is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His positionposition is Chaos and he causes Magical damage

Heowon is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His positionposition is Chaos and he causes Magical damage. He is a mysterious merchant, handling goods from the East. Heowon has unique green hair with a hint of orange and everything he wears is from the East. He is exceptionally good at bargaining, but he trades whatever he wants to trade, sell, or buy. Heowon is a former crew member of Glenn’s and had been in charge of managing and distributing supplies since then. It is a mystery how Heowon imports and trades goods from the East. Most of the time, he talks with a vague smile when he gets questions related to his goods: no one has heard anything about him. However, Heowon describes the crash while he was on Glenn’s Airship, as one of a few life-threatening situations in his life, which hints that there were some more life-threatening situations other than the crash if what he says is true. Heowon, of course, avoids telling what exactly happened in those situations but just laughs and says that there are always some risks in life.

His passive skill is “Mana Absorb 2”. It removes buff from an enemy and grants 1 Mana to Heowon. He is granted additional Mana if the Health of the target is 80% or above.

“Beautiful Writing” is his first active skill. It causes 150% damage to the single target and places [Poison] that causes 65% damage every turn for 3 turns. Requires 2 mana

“Ultimate Accomplishment” is his second active skill. It causes 142% damage to all enemies and places [Poison] that causes 50% damage every turn for 4 turns on each target. Requires 5 Mana.

Heowon cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Heowon is a Nature damage dealer who is needed for Saturday’s Blessing Sanctum. He can place [Poison] with both of his skills which is ideal for breaking mobs with Nature Guardian stones. Be careful because Heowon is very squishy and can die easily. Also since his passive is “Mana Absorb” he will have difficulties in gathering mana fast enough in PvE. Nevertheless, he should be developed and equipped because he is one of the characters you will need for the smooth completing of the last 2 Chapters in the game. Heowon should not be used in PVP at all.

Nero

Nero is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is deputy master of Third Knights of Saint West

Nero is a Legendary Hero whose element is Nature. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is deputy master of Third Knights of Saint West. Although Nero is particularly cute, even among Bangas, he is hot-blooded and speaks in a harsh tone. He always insists that his cute appearance only hurts his recognition. He truly hates being told that he’s cute. Nero was appointed as the Deputy Master of the Third Knights at a young age because of his talent. He secretly believes that trying is something incompetent people do. He got called out several times for his harsh words and being hot-blooded, but he doesn’t care much. After Tantalo made fun of Nero, Nero responded by drawing his sword. Now they are always at each other’s throats. There is even a saying amongst the Saint West soldiers: “Do not invite Tantalo and Nero to the place.”

His passive ability is “Final Hit 2”. It allows him to make an extra attack against the target who is attacked and whose Health dropped below 10%, granting him 1 Mana if the target survives.

“Dancing Sword” is his first active skill. It causes 57% damage against all back row enemies and resets the turn if some of the targets die. Requires 1 Mana.

“Dynamic Sword” is his second active skill. It causes 420% damage to the single target. Requires 3 mana.

Nero can be Fate Cored via Event. With Event Fate Core, Nero primary attributes are considerably increased but his skills remain the same.

Nero is a pure Nature damage dealer. His base attack is slightly increased compared to other Legendary Chaos characters and his skills are quite cheap. His first skill causes minimal damage to the back row enemies. This skill should only be used when Nero fails to finish off opponents with his passive or when their health is below 15%. Nero’s second skill is a powerful single-target attack and Nero should mainly rely on this skill. Fate Core Nero has the same skillset but his attacks are stronger. There are a lot of Nature damage dealers and somehow Nero seems to be less useful than some other Legendary Nature Heros. Despite his decent damage potential I am forced to place him in the 4th Tier of our Tier List.

Vinity

Vinity is a Legendary hero whose element is Nature. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is head of the Yellowhood Bandits

Vinity is a Legendary hero whose element is Nature. His position is Chaos and he causes Physical damage. He is head of the Yellowhood Bandits. Vinity is a disciple of the Legendary, Al Radrun. Despite his skills and abilities being exceptional, he always compares himself with Al Radrun, so he lacks confidence and is timid. When the Yellowhood Bandits were under the leadership of Al Radrun, Vinity recommended Eierrow as the next captain even though Vinity himself was nominated. However, it did not take long until the former captain Eierrow had to quit because of his issues, and Vinity became the new captain. Even after becoming captain, his timid and passive nature did not change. As a result, Bongkoos needed to take care of most of the work. Vinity believes Bongkoos is more of a captain than he is. However, since he is concerned about unsettling the members due to the multiple changes in leadership in such a short period, he is waiting for the right moment to give up his post to Bongkoos.

His passive ability is “Final Hit 2”. It allows him to make an extra attack against the target who is attacked and whose Health dropped below 10%, granting him 1 Mana if the target survives.

“Tumbling Shot” is his first active skill. It causes 96% damage to all back row enemies. Requires 1 Mana.

“Approach shot” is his second active skill. It causes 504% damage to the single target and reset the turn if the target dies. Requires 5 Mana.

Vinity cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Vinity is required for Chapter 08 EP 01 mission. He is a very good Nature damage dealer and similar to Nero. Unlike Nero, Vinity has a much greater damage potential due to the mechanics of his skills. His second active skill is devastating and allows him to play again if he kills a target. As a Nature Breaker, he can be very useful but there are better Nature units that can place [Poison] with their AOE. Since you will definitely develop Vinity to some point you will have a dilemma whether you maximize him as well, and all I can say is that you will not make a mistake if you do that. Having Kinberra and Vinity ready for Nature days is always a good thing.

Sefer

Sefer is a Legendary Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Support and he causes Magical damage. He is Glenn’s former colleague

Sefer is a Legendary Hero whose element is Darkness. His position is Support and he causes Magical damage. He is Glenn’s former colleague. An almighty butler, Sefer is always relaxed, calm, and neatly dressed in a black suit. Coming from the same adventure crew as Glenn, he was already a veteran butler even before Glenn had joined. He had been responsible for various aspects of housekeeping and financial management for the entire team. Nobody knows what he was doing before. Since elves age much slower than humans, he has maintained the appearance of being in the 20s. This is just one of the many suspicious aspects of him. There were even some people who didn’t know Sefer could fight in a battle. Only his survival from the crash was known: his whereabouts were not. However, when Glenn started to fly the Airship again and was gathering his old colleagues following Zeon’s advice, Sefer suddenly appeared and expressed his intention to join the team. Again, what he had been doing before joining the team is still a total mystery. After joining the team, he was put in charge of all miscellaneous works.

His passive is “Cleanse 2”. It cleanses damage over time and debuffs from allies, granting 1 Mana to Sefer. 1 Mana is additionally granted if the Health of the target is 20% or less when the skill is triggered.

“Dark Shadow Cannon” is his first active skill. It causes 120% damage to the single target and decreases the Critical hit of that target by 36 for 12 turns. Requires 1 mana.

“Nightmare” is his second active ability. It causes 102% damage to all enemies and decreases their Critical Hit by 61 for 18 turns. Requires 4 Mana.

Sefer currently cannot be Fate Cored.

As a Darkness Support Hero who emphasizes his damage potential with his skills Sefer is practically useless because his damage potential practically doesn’t exist at all. However since he is needed for Special Dungeon on Saturdays and since he can break multiple Mobs with Darkness Guardian Stone by using his second skill, Sefer is somewhat more useful than Tereia who has similar skills. Decreasing Critical Hit chance can be useful in certain situations but this debuff is literally not needed if you ask me. Nevertheless, since you will need Sefer I do recommend that you slowly develop him when the time and resources give you the chance to do that.

Astarte

Astarte is a Legendary hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Attack and she causes Magical damage

Astarte is a Legendary hero whose element is Nature. Her position is Attack and she causes Magical damage. Astarte comes from a minority tribe that worships animal spirits and wanders around the border between Brunn and North von Frosty. Astarte was the most talented one in the village in handling the spirit powers of animals. Even within the village, she was a troublemaker who always played mean pranks without thinking about how others may feel. The people in the neighboring area were afraid of her because they thought she was a devil in the form of an animal. Eventually, Shufraken ordered the Dark Souls to subjugate this devil because the security of the area was in ruins. Brook and Guter came for the devil and met Astarte there. Astarte was bored because there was no one around her. She played even worse pranks on Brook and gutter, but Brook and Guter handled every prank well. Brook even acknowledged her excellent ability and suggested she join them. Astarte who had been tired of playing around because there was no one to play with her, accepted Brook’s suggestion and joined the Dark Souls. Since she has animal-like senses, she can see through what the enemy tries to hide. Thanks to this intuition, she demonstrates brilliant wits like being able to predict the enemy’s ambush, not only when she fights on her own but also when she is in command.

Her passive skill is “Counter 2”. It allows Astarte to retaliate after being hit and grants her 1 Mana if he kills a target.

“Spinning Attack” is her first active skill. It causes 420% damage to the single target, costing 3 Mana.

“Reckless Scratching” is her second active ability. It causes 840% damage to the single target, costing 5 Mana.

Astarte cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

As a Nature single-target damage dealer Astarte is very similar to Rudley with one difference – her second active skill has a greater damage potential when fully upgraded (1040%). Being able to deliver an enormous amount of damage to the single target makes Astarte a viable PvP character. However even when fully upgraded and maximized she will struggle to gather Mana fast enough to be actually effective in PvP. The fact that she cannot be Fate Cored makes her viable only for lover Tiers on Zebenstunier. In PvE, Astarte can be used in many missions as one of the rare Nature Heroes with “Counter” ability but if you need her only as another Nature damage dealer there are better options for PVE, to be honest. Nevertheless, a Hero who has a great damage potential as Astarte has, cannot be placed below 3rd Tier of our Tier List.

Alexei

Alexei is a Legendary hero whose element is Frost. His position is Defense and he causes Magical damage

Alexei is a Legendary hero whose element is Frost. His position is Defense and he causes Magical damage. He is the member if the Royal Family of North von Frosty and Shufraken’s younger brother. Alexei was born as the third son of the Royal Family of North von Frosty. He is quick-witted and knows his place, so he maintains good relationships with others. Since he was young, he witnessed his brothers keep each other in check to expand their powers. In the midst of this power struggle, Alexei took a neutral stance rather than creating his faction to fight for the succession. After Shufraken won the battle against Mahar, Alexei helped Shufraken clean up the aftermath. However, Shufraken did not trust Alexei, who remained neutral in his fight against Mahar. To prove his loyalty, Alexei went to fight in the most dangerous battlefield. Alexei was at the forefront of the war against Brunn, who had been attacking North von Frosty while trying to take advantage of the chaos from the civil war. Alexei was feared and was called ‘Horror of the Snowy Mountain’ for crushing the heads of Brunn soldiers with his magical mace. Even Shufraken stopped doubting Alexei who bravely fought against Brunn. Shufraken then offered Alexei an important task: defending the border. After the war, Alexei quick in assessing the situation and diplomatically competent, managed the border area without causing much friction with Brunn. Alexei, who is constantly improving himself and leads his subordinates as a member of the Royal Family, is well appreciated by the people around him.

His passive skill is “Protect 2”. It allows him to share the Health with the lowest Health ally and to Heal that ally for the 30% of his own maximum Health each round. If the Health of the target below 20%, 1 Mana is granted to Alexei.

“Blue Iron Mace” is his first active skill. It causes 240% damage to the single target, costing 1 mana.

“Perpetual Snow” is his second active skill. It causes 120% damage to all enemies in the back row and places Freeze for 6 turns on each target. Requires 4 Mana

Alexei currently cannot be Fate Cored.

Alexei is a Tank who cant tank while his skills emphasize damage output which is meaningless because his base Attack is ridiculous and his damage potential is minimal. He can indeed Freeze all back row targets for 6 turns but when he gathers 4 Mana the battle will most probably be over because he failed to protect the team and cause damage. However, Alexei is needed for the end-game Sanctum and you will probably have to put some resources in him but that doesn’t change the fact he belongs in the lowest Tier of our Tier List.

Yao

Yao is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is Xiakhan’s loyal servant

Yao is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Physical damage. She is Xiakhan’s loyal servant. Yao is a descendant of the guardian family, which has served Xiakhan’s family. Yao is a silent girl who gives off a cold vibe. When Yao was young and first met Xiakhan, Yao fell in love with Xiakhan at first glance and vowed her allegiance to him. However, since she knew that her love was hopeless from the beginning, she decided to serve him closely and not to reveal her feelings. Most people who know Yao think Yao is cold-blooded, but deep down she is very emotional, which is why she decided her path based on love, rather than her fate. As a result, she agonizes over this inner conflict when taking on a mission that she believes is wrong. However, she never reveals this inner conflict to the outside: she firmly believes that Xiakhan will eventually become a better and more generous leader.

Her passive ability is “Final Hit 2”. It allows her to make an extra attack against the target who is attacked and whose Health dropped below 10%, granting her 1 Mana if the target survives.

“Eight Trigrams” is her first active skill. It increases all allies’ Attack by 32% of Yao’s attack for 8 turns. Requires 3 Mana.

“Blooming Red Lotus” is her second active ability. It causes 360% damage to 1 enemy and resets the turn if the target dies. Requires 4 Mana.

Yao can be Fate Cored via “Summer Festa”. With Fate Core, Yao’s passive grants her “Summer Blessing” that places [Frost Damage Immunity] to all allies at the start of battle increasing the target’s Attack by 50% when the immunity is removed. It also imbues each Yao’s attack with [Modification] for 3 turns if she has removable buff/recovery/positive effects applied. Her frist active skill now increases all allies’ Attack by 28% (since her basic Attack is considerably higher this is an improvement of the initial skill although it may look otherwise) while her second active ability now causes 450% damage to the single target.

Yao is a very useful Machine damage dealer. Unlike other Heroes with “Final Hit” passive ability, Yao has an ability to increase the Attack of all allies for one third her own Base Attack. Since her Base Attack is very high for a Legendary Character the buff will improve considerably overall damage potential of the entire team. When fully upgraded her Increase Attack buff can be 60%!Her second skill will most likely kill any target if Yao is under the effect of her own buff which means that she will be granted another turn after using her second skill. Fate Core Yao is slightly stronger and prevents Frost Characters from causing any harm to her team. Yao is ideal for PVE although she can be sometimes used in PVP as well if there is someone to grant her fast Mana regeneration. She may not be a Top Tier character but she is definitely one of the best Legendary Heroes in the game.

Yorm

Yorm is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magical damage

Yorm is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Chaos and she causes Magical damage. She is a bright and positive girl wearing a red hat with big horns. Yorm is a mail carrier of the DDD (Daily Distribution Delivery), a pancontinental merchant group established to deal with the Pedas merchants’ monopoly on logistics. Many people don’t know that Yorm is the granddaughter of the commissioner of the DDD, who grew DDD to become an organization that could even stand up against the Pedas Merchants Coalition. The DDD is under conflict and in dispute with the Pedas merchants across the continent to protect their right to trade. The members have great combat skills themselves and sometimes hire mercenaries when moving to another region to match the heavy-handedness of the PEdas merchants, who have many exceptional mercenaries as well. Yorm, a mail carrier of the DDD, also travels the continent by herself, since she has an outstanding ability contrary to her cure appearance. After meeting Zeon’s crew to deliver the reward for the quest of the Adventurer Guild, she became an exclusive mail carrier for the crew, stating that Zeon’s crew truly is a rough diamond. Now Yorm is doing her best for Zeon’s crews’ convenience such as delivering materials directly.

Her passive skill is “Mana Absorb 2”. It removes buff from an enemy and grants 1 Mana to Yorm. She is granted additional Mana if the Health of the target is 80% or above.

“Exploding Postcard” is her first active ability. It causes 120% damage to the single target and places [Bleed] that causes 74% damage every turn for 2 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Pouring Letters” is her second active skill. It causes 71% damage to all enemies and paces [Bleed] that causes 31% damage every turn for 3 turns to each target. Requires. 3 Mana.

Yorm cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

“Mana Absorb” is primarily PVP passive skill and Yorm is definitely not a PVP character. Her damage potential almost doesn’t exist (even though she has an increased Critical Hit rate) and she is good only for Breaking mobs with multiple Machine Guardian Stones ([Bleed] is Machine DOT that breaks 1 Guardian Stone every turn). Yorm should be used only in Chapter 7 if you don’t have someone better for Machine breaking (Deva for example) and there is nothing that could justify further resource investment in her.

Cybele

Cybele is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a free priest who is always positive and kind

Cybele is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a free priest who is always positive and kind. Although Cybele is based in the Estoris Republic, she is from Saint West. Cybele came to the Estoris Republic to provide relief. She believes in Celine, which has nothing to do with Butholism. However, she is concerned about the growing hostility toward religions themselves as evidenced by the repeated acts of terror committed by Bibara. From time to time, extreme believers of the mechanical civilization threaten Cybele: Cybele never gives up her faith and continues to travel to save those who suffer from terrorism. Cybele is traveling with Risis, who Cybele met soon after she arrived at the Estoris Republic. They consider each other companions as they naturally became close to each other.

Her passive skill is “First Aid 2”. It grants heal (100% of Cybele’s Attack) to the ally if they take damage and their Health drops below 20%. Cybele gains 1 Mana if her Health is below 20% when the skill is triggered.

“Benevolent Judgement” is her first active skill. It causes 20% damage to all enemies, heals all allies by 3% of Cybele’s maximum Health, and cleanses all debuffs and damage over time from each ally. Requires 0 Mana.

“Light of Serinne” is her second active ability. It heals all allies by 13% of Cybele’s maximum Health, cleanses all debuffs and damage over time from each ally, and revives all fallen allies. Requires 3 mana.

Cybele can be Fate Cored via Event. With Fate Core, Cybele’s passive grants her 1 Mana if her health is above 70% when the skill si triggered (along with original contribution). Her active skills remain the same.

Cybele is available to everyone in Chapter 6 and she is needed for Chapter 6 Episode 1 mission. Her first skill is for free and it offers symbolic healing for all allies and minimum AOE against all enemies. It is one of the few Light AOE skills in the game and as such it is very useful especially in Chapters 6 and 7 where you need to break a lot of Mobs with Light Guardians Stones. Cybele’s damage output practically doesn’t exist and her healing is considerably lower compared to other Legendary Healers. She can, however, revive all fallen allies for only 3 Mana and that can be essential in some PVE situations. Cybele’s is almost useless in PVP but her usefulness in Story mode saved her from being placed in the lowest Tier of our Tier List.

Pitbull

Pitbull is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is one of the four leaders of the Frost hounds, demolition, and Breakthrough Specialist

Pitbull is a Legendary Hero whose element is Fire. His position is Defense and he causes Physical damage. He is one of the four leaders of the Frost hounds, demolition, and Breakthrough Specialist. Pitbull was born with a great deal of strength and caused all sorts of trouble in his childhood. Even the grown-ups couldn’t handle him as he got older, so Pitbull’s parents forced him to join a mercenary. At that time in North von Frosty, there were stories about Brook serving as the right-hand man of Shufraken and being the strongest man in north von Frosty. Pitbull heard about this story, and begun to admire him, yet felt a sense of competition with Brook. After Pitbull was kicked out from the mercenaries for beating down other mercenaries, he headed to the capital to do what he had been thinking of. He made a scene saying he wanted to work under Shufraken. While he was overwhelmed by Guter, Pitbull was able to meet Brook and Shufraken, who Pitbull had been longing to meet. Shufraken asked Pitbull if he was willing to volunteer for a special experiment to be made even more powerful, and Pitbull accepted the offer. Through the experiment, Pitbull had a monster’s horn transplanted to him. The experiment was a success, and Pitbull gained even more physical strength and joined the Frost hounds, a special force under Shufraken. Shufraken even told Pitbull that he would appoint him to more important positions once he stopped causing troubles. So Pitbull, who had once been a trouble maker became the right-hand man of Shufraken, abiding by Frost Hounds’ strict rules, while still looking up to Brook as his role model.

His passive skill is “Thrust 2”. ”. It allows him to retaliate causing 30% damage and placing [Stun] on the target for 5 turns. If the target’s Health is above 80% Pitbull is granted 1 Mana.

“Burst Break” is his first active skill. It causes 96% damage to all back row enemies, costing 1 mana.

“Explosive Swing” is Pitbull’s second active skill. It causes 210% damage to the single target and places [Confuse] on that target for 5 turns. Requires 3 mana.

Pitbull cannot be Fate Cored at the moment.

Pitbull has a passive ability that grants him constant Mana recovery but his skills are damage-based and when we know that his Base Attack is minimal we conclude that Pitbull is a Tank whose low attack potential prevents him from being useful at least. [Confuse] is a rare and useful debuff that makes affected enemy attacking their allies but even with this debuff usefulness of Pitbull is not improved. Pitbull should be used only if you need a Fire Tank but since Luke is considerably more useful than him it is highly unlikely that you will need Pitbull at all. It is really hard to justify any resource investment in this Hero so if you don’t need him for the Gold Mine special slot, just avoid him.

Hawkeye

Hawkeye is a Legendary hero whose element is Light. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage She is a loyal knight of the Royal Guards

Hawkeye is a Legendary hero whose element is Light. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage She is a loyal knight of the Royal Guards. Hawkeye is from a military family in Lenombe, and was raised by parents with a strong sense of justice. Having been influenced by her parents, she became a person with a strong sense of justice and joined Royal Guards as a knight just like she dreamed. Hawkeye is stubborn, rises above anything unjust, and completes any task that she is in charge of no matter what. Because of her nature, she experiences conflicts often. Nonetheless, there are many who trust her. Hawkeye is proud of her personality and would say that she will never change. She also experienced discord with her superiors and was almost punished. However, it was her boss Rudley, the captain of the royal guards, who protected her. Hawkeye joined the Royal guards when Rudley had just become the captain, and it was Rudley who taught her swordsmanship. For Hawkeye, Rudley was a teacher worthy of respect and the most trusted boss. After Rudley quit managing the Royal Guards and took charge of King’s Guards, Hawkeye was a bit sad but stayed in her place thinking everyone had somewhere they belonged. However, Hawkeye thought Rudley was changing over time; the righteous and cold-blooded captain, who always prioritized his mission had disappeared; Rudley was becoming demoralized by little things more often. Seeing Rudley lose himself, Hawkeye made sure not to change herself. She is still a knight of the Royal Guards, keeping her faith by all means.

Her passive skill is “Protect 2”. It allows her to share the Health with the lowest Health ally and to Heal that ally for the 30% of her own maximum Health each round. If the Health of the target below 20%, 1 Mana is granted to Hawkeye.

“Piercing Light” is her first active skill. It causes 120% damage to the single target and places [Stun] for 3 turns. Requires 1 Mana.

“Lightning Impact” is her second active skill. It causes 420% damage to the single target, costing 3 Mana.

Hawkeye cannot be Fate Cored currently.

All Defense Heroes with “Protect” passive ability are struggling in protecting the team because they act as Supporters with heal and die more quickly than other Defensive Heros. Hawkeye is not an exception but unlike other Heroes, she can actually cause decent damage while applying [Stun] constantly. The duration of the [Stun] is not long but it is at least useful. There are few Light Defensive Heroes and Hawkeye can find her place in your roster but truth to be told she is not even near Freesia who is much better.

Nika

Nika is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is a navy military engineer at Marinos Island

Nika is a Legendary Hero whose element is Machine. Her position is Defense and she causes Physical damage. She is a navy military engineer at Marinos Island. When Nika was a child, Nika lost her father in an Airship crash. Glenn adopted her with April and Liffy. Despite her difficult surroundings, she did not lose her bright smile and grew up with a cheerful personality. However, people shook their heads and consider Nika a tomboy because she was too cheery. She joined the Marinos Island navy with April to no longer be a burden to Glenn. The reason for joining the Navy of Marinos Island, which was even farther thanLenombe, was because her father was in the Marinos navy before he became an adventurer. Even after joining the navy, Nika’s free spirit did not dissipate and was branded a troublemaker for acting based on her mood and causing a lot of trouble. But in that mischievous nature lies a mature side that cares about her family. So she does not do anything that may make April worry. She learned how to handle machines from Glenn since she was young. With this skill, she joined the navy as an engineer; many acknowledge her skill even saying she would not lose to veterans who already have worked for dozens of years. But Nika thinks repairing the finished machine is boring, so she spends time on creating a new invention every day.

Her passive skill is “Thrust 2”. ”. It allows her to retaliate causing 30% damage and placing [Stun] on the target for 5 turns. If the target’s Health is above 80% Nika is granted 1 Mana.

“Punishing Pipe” is her first active ability. It causes 150% damage to the single target and places [Shock] for 4 turns.

“Gatling Barrage” is her second active skill. It causes 204% damage to all enemies, costing 4 Mana.

Nika can be Fate Cored via Event. With Fate Core Nika’s passive also can remove 1 Mana from the target and grant her that Mana if the target’s Health is less than 30% when the passive ability is triggered. Her active skills remain the same.

Along with [Stun] from her passive ability, Nika can CC (crowd control) enemies with her first active skill for just 2 Mana. This can be useful in some situations but that is all Nika has to offer. It is true that she has an AOE for 4 Mana but her base Attack is very low so her damage potential is below average and you cannot count on her to be the serious addition to your damage done. With Fate Core, Nika is slightly stronger and her passive upgrades to Fated “Thrust” but generally her usefulness does not change significantly. Nevertheless, you should build her to some point because you will need her for Special Weekend Ancient Gold Mine.

April

April is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a Marinos Island marine healer

April is a Legendary Hero whose element is Light. Her position is Support and she causes Magical damage. She is a Marinos Island marine healer. When April was a child, she lost her father in an Airship crash. Glenn adopted her with Nika and Liffy. Growing up in a harsh situation and having to care for her siblings made April a precocious child. This stemmed from her desire to act more like an adult deep down. She doesn’t blame others for her circumstance, not even Glenn who was in charge of operating the Airship that crashed and killed her father. Rather, she thanks Glenn for taking care of her and her siblings, and consoles him to prevent Glenn from feeling guilty. She joined Marinos Island’s navy with Nika due to Glenn’s situation of having to care for three kids by himself. The reason for joining the Navy of Marinos Island, which is further unlike Lenombe, was because her father was in the Marinos Navy before he became an adventurer. Now April works as a healer in the navy. Due to her magical healing and medical knowledge, April is as good as even the priests who work in a temple of the metropolitan city. She earned the respect and credibility of her fellow members despite her young age. Once a year, April gets a vacation and returns to the village of Lenombe where Glenn and Liffy live. Every time she comes back home, April presents Liffy with plenty of naval souvenirs and fills the house with naval supplies.

Her passive skill is “First Aid 2”. It grants heal (100% of April’s Attack) to the ally if they take damage and their Health drops below 20%. April gains 1 Mana if her Health is below 20% when the skill is triggered.

“Zone Collapse” is her first active skill. It causes 142% damage to all enemies, costing 3 Mana.

“Sky’s Doors” is her second active skill. It heals all allies by 55% of April’s maximum Health and cleanses all debuffs and damage over time on each ally. Requires 5 Mana.

April can be Fate Cored via Event. With Fate Core, April’s passive also grants 1 Mana if April’s Health is above 70% when the skills are triggered. Her active skills remain the same.

April is a useful healer whose healing potential cannot be matched with any other Healer. She heals all allies by 55% of her maximum Health which is greater even than Anastasia’s heal but costs 5 Mana. Unlike Anastasia, her DPS skill is a decent Light AOE that can be useful for breaking multiple Mobs with Light Guardian Stone. With Fate Core, she is slightly stronger and her passive is improved to “First Aid 3” allowing her to generate Mana faster. Since she cannot revive and since her natural upgrade is Anastasia it is highly unlikely that you will use her a lot if you have Anastasia. If you want to use her for breaking in Chapters 6 and 7 I must say that Cybele is more useful because her AOE does not cost Mana. All in all, April is a good Hero who currently doesn’t have many uses in the game, therefore, she must be placed in the 4th Tier of our Tier List.
