To all the PUBG fans out there, we finally know which 15 teams received invitations to participate in the latest LAN-qualifier. Those who end up being victorious in those battles will secure their place in the PUBG Europe League’s first rounds starting in January next year. Now, the tournament is not intended for PUBG Mobile which proves that the competitive community of the big game is still alive and kicking.
When it comes to PUBG Europe League, there are 10 spots available, while Contender’s league has six. This means that 17 winners of the open qualifiers and 15 invited teams will have quite a battle on their hands. It sure will be tough times ahead of them.
The first round of matches is scheduled for December 10 to December 16 period and they will take place at Kiev Cybersport Arena in Ukraine. Invited teams are Oyun Hizmetleri eSports Club, G2 Esports, Galatasaray, Team Reciprocity, Alliance, Method, Quantum Bellator Fire, TORNADO ENERGY BATTLE, Besiktas, Team SoloMid, M19, Avangar, Penta Sports, MOONWOLF and o1ne.
After the completion of the first sub-regional qualifier which took place in the Middle East and Africa, we have four teams that will go to the LAN-qualifier to compete in the PUBG Europa League’s first phase. Crew Esport, Griffins, Team Ready, and Team Chargers have won the first four places in the MEA qualifier, but this will also be their LAN in their careers as well.
The prize pool is really inciting and starts at an impressive €1,000,000. So this will be quite the motivation for contestants. Many hope that PUBG Mobile will be able to start with such an inspiring prize pool, considering the amount that is currently secured.
