Red Dead Redemption 2 PC release date and time alerts are springing all over the web now as this is today! Rockstar Games has promised that a PC version of their popular console hit slinger is coming, but nobody expected it was going to be this fast. Looks like they are the fastest guns in town currently! The stakes go even higher if you factor in that this is the first time RDR steps onto the PC, but Rockstar has some warnings about the launch first.
The critically acclaimed and commercially enormously successful hit game is entering the PC Saloon today via Rockstar Games Launcher and Epic Games Store. However, the developer has issued a warning of sorts ahead of the release, aimed at those hard-core fans who will be looking at the launch watch. And the warning is:
Red Dead Redemption 2 PC launch time is not at midnight!
The logical assumption would be that it is, but according to Rockstar announcement, the launch could be later than anticipated. Mainly, the release time is set for 1pm GMT, on November 5, Tuesday. That’s 8am in eastern region time and 5 am in the pacific. The official confirmation for this info comes from the developers themselves through several online publications, so before you decide to sit and look at an empty monitor waiting for the launch, check your region and compare it to the schedule given by the game’s developer.
Red Dead Redemption 2 PC will naturally bring technical enhancements and an expanded control set overhaul. The game will also support HDR and 4K resolution, with faster frame rates for high-end PCs. However, besides the technical stuff, there are several updates coming in, particularly for the Story Mode and free access to Red Dead Online.
The PC players will get three new Bounty Hunter Missions. The first is to track down Herman Zizendorf in Blackwater, the second is to hunt down Camille de Millemont, the ex-confederate Cavalry officer (dead or alive), and the third hunt is out for Bart Cavanaugh, who is the head of a notorious gang in Big Valley (dead or alive). Also, there are two new gang hideouts and new weapons and a lot more coming in to celebrate this RDR2 PC charge, guns blazing.
M1899 Pistol – Semi-automatic, clip loaded ammo
Evans Repeater – high ammo capacity
High Roller Revolver – double-action ornate revolver
Le Mat Revolver – high power, shotgun shells adaptability
There are also two new treasure maps, five trinkets, and much more coming in for the Red Dead Redemption 2 PC shootout, so once again, compare your local time with the official launch time set on the Rockstar Games official site, launcher, or on Epic Games Store.
