Mobile Legends: Bang Bang World Championship 2019 is scheduled to begin on November 15 and last to Nov 17, in just two weeks. Naturally, it will be hosted in Malaysia, in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, in a place called Axiata Arena. And, most importantly, it will host 16 of the world’s best teams currently, which come from 14 different regions all across the globe, with a place at the top for only one.
Malaysia will proudly host this, what is to be one of, if not the biggest world eSports event in mobile gaming so far. This was all foreshadowed on the MOONTON global conference held there, where the company made several announcements, revealing its grand plans for the future. The MOONTON Epicon 2019 – The Future Begins Global Conference also celebrated the MLBB’s 500 million downloads, and revealed that the game currently has over 75 million active players monthly and that it is played in 139 countries around the world. Given the potential these kinds of figures offer, the company decided to give the eSports scene in Asia a big boost and put Malaysia on the map.
Thus, it will host the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang world championship 2019, in grand style. M1 Gold tickets are, unfortunately, sold out with Silver and Bronze tier tickets for the event selling out fast as well, as this event promises to be a big MOBA extravaganza.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang MOBA was developed by the Shanghai Moonton Technology company, who also handles the publishing and they are throwing this upcoming event for the whole world to see. MLBB follows a standard 5v5 Multiplayer Online Arena Battle pattern, designed as a fast-paced matchmaking system, with matches lasting around 10 to 15 minutes. It is free to download and play, and in 2017, in Southeast Asia, it was the most-downloaded free mobile game app for iPhone users.
