Hello everyone, our Walkthrough for Chapter Twenty-Eight of Year Five of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is out! In this chapter, you’ll meet Merula at the Hog’s Head Inn. Apparently, she wants to talk to you about the cursed vaults. As it turns out, she wants to know what it’s like to face the dangers that await you there. She even brought a notebook to write down the details. Since the two of you will be heading into the vault soon, it’s in your best interest to help her prepare for it.
One part of the preparation will involve visiting a Cursed Corridor near the location of the Vault of Ice. The two of you will spend some time searching the corridor to see if you can find anything interesting.
After that, you’ll head into the Forbidden Forest where you’ll ask Torvus to duel Merula in order to prepare her for the next cursed vault. Since there is a high chance that the dragon is guarding it, you want her to practice with a powerful beast, such as Centaur. Hopefully, that will prepare her for what’s to come.
You’ll also get to spend some more time with her and you’ll get a chance to learn some interesting things about her past. However, the question still remains – will the two of you find anything in the Cursed Corridor? Will you manage to train her properly for the upcoming adventure?
