Epic Seven Beginners Guide Part III – Summon, Guild, Arena, Reputation, Shop

Welcome to Epic Seven Beginners Guide. This guide is divided into 3 separate guides about the most important features and functions of Epic Seven. Everything you need to know in order to have a good and easy start in this marvelous game you will find in Epic Seven Beginners Guide.

Summoning is the main meaning of acquiring Heroes and Artifacts in Epic Seven. There are 4 different types of Summon – Covenant Summon, Mystic Summon, Moonlight Summon and Friendship Summon. Every day after the reset you gain one free Covenant Summon which gives you a chance to get 3-5 star Hero or 3-5 star Artifact. One Covenant Summon cost 5 Covenant Bookmarks which can be gained through various game segments or by purchasing ( 5 Covenant Bookmarks=100 Skystones). I must say that chances of getting 5 star Hero or Artifact are ridiculous and you will not be able to focus on getting certain desired Hero because it is simply impossible. Here is the actual chance list:

Covenant SummonHowever, you shouldn’t be discouraged that you will never get a 5 star Hero because after clearing Chapter 1.10 you are awarded the Selective Summon. Selective Summon is very important because that is your only way to summon a decent team of Heroes for free. Selective summon gives you a total of 30 attempts to summon up to 10 heroes and Artifacts and in each attempt, you have a considerably large chance of summoning one 5-star Hero. If you are not satisfied with results you can summon again (up to 30 times) but after you confirm the summoning results you will not be able to use the rest of summoning opportunities. In short, reroll until you get at least one 5-star Hero and at least one 4-star Hero and Artifact.  Do not try to get two 5-star Heroes because it is impossible. Selective summon will greatly influence the course of your entire game so be patient and try to get the best possible combination even that means that you need to create more than one account.

Selective_SummonFor Mystic Summon you will need 50 Mystic Medals which are extremely hard to get but allows you to summon higher grade Heroes and Artifacts. Friendship Summon uses Friendship Bookmarks available from exchanging Friendship Points (Friendship Points are gained when you use friend supporter in Adventure missions) and allows the summoning of 2-star creatures needed for promotion and enhance. Moonlight Summon is available after clearing Chapter 10.10 Shrieking Hall and enables you to summon Moonlight Heroes for Galaxy Bookmarks later in the game (Moonlight Heroes are changed after every game cycle).

After your account reach rank 10, you can join a guild. Joining a guild shouldn’t be difficult and you should be able to find a decent open guild from a guild list. For the beginning, it is important to be a member of an active guild because guild donations and boosts can greatly ease your game progress. On a Guild Screen, you can see several options – Member List, Record, Check-In Reward, Aid, Donate, Member Shop, Captain Shop, and Weekly Mission.

Members List brings you the list of all players in a guild where you can see their activity and learn which Heroes they are using. Also, if you want to leave the guild here you can find the appropriate option but keep in mind that after you leave the guild you will not be able to create a new guild or to join in another guild for a certain time period, so you should not use this option unless it is the last solution.

The Record gives you the basic information about guild total donations, aid, weekly missions, and check-ins.

Check-In Reward shows you the number of Brave Crests (Guild currency) and Gold received depending on the check-ins.

On Aid screen you can support your guildmates by donating resources they are demanding (for each donation you are awarded Brave Crests) or you can ask for a donation. It is in everyone’s best interest to donate so don’t be shy and ask for support since donations will be your best solution for early awakenings.

After each daily reset, you can Donate Gold or Proof of Courage to your guild. For each donation, you will receive Brave Crests and guild leaders will receive Honor Coins and Proof of Courage which can be used in Captain Shop.

Brave Crests you earned during the game progress can be used in Member Shop. In Member Shop you can buy Tera-Phantasma, MolaGora, Catalyst Chest, Lesser Artifact Charm or Labyrinth Entry Ticket. My advice is to use earned Brave Crests only on Tera-Phantasms or MolaGoras because those items are needed for character progression and you will never have enough of these.

Captain Shop is a place where guild officers and guild leader can use donated resources from other guild members. For Honor Coins, Guild leaders can buy Experience, Gold or Health Boosts for an entire guild and for Proof of Courage they can buy Guild Supply Chests which provide guild members with Skystone, Stigma or Brave Crests at random.

Weekly Mission Screen provides you with the information about missions you need to do that week in order to earn Brave Crests, Gold, Ancient Coins, Stigma, and Guild Supply Chests for self and Proof of Courage and Honor Coins for Guild. Those missions are not demanding and it can be done easily if you are active enough.

Upon finishing Chapter 3.2 you can enter the Arena where you can fight against other players. At the start, you are placed in the worst Division – Bronze 5 but with win, you will earn Arena points and ascend the ladder. Better Divisions grants better rewards. Assembling Defense team is important because the Defense team will protect your current rank so be sure to place your strongest Heroes in the Defense team.

At first, you will be disappointed and you will not be able to do any serious impact in PVP because you will need a lot of time to maximize and assemble the right squad which can be competitive to other teams. If you want to ascend the PVP Division you need to be persistent and not to give up. As you move through missions on Adventure Map you will open NPC Arena teams who can be fought instead and that is ideal for early Arena – you will not ascend on the ladder but you will have a steady Skystone and Conquest Coins income and you will be able to fulfill the daily quests. Truth to be told, Arena is the end-game content of Epic Seven which becomes your main priority only after you finish existing PVE content and after you maximize your team.

Reputation Screen shows your reputation with several fractions of Epic Seven. To increase your reputation and earn bonuses from each of the fractions you need to fulfill their demands by completing certain tasks or missions. There are 5 fractions at the moment: Three Sisters’ Diary, Memory Chain, Conclave, Merchant Union, and Phantom CIC.

Three Sisters’ Diary is a fraction which bonus decreases the healing cost and healing time for your entire roster. In order to increase your reputation with Three Sisters’ Diary you will have to complete daily and weekly missions which will ask from you to finish different game segments, nurture creatures and dispatch automatic missions.

Memory Chain fraction provides you Battle EXP and Equipment EXP bonuses mainly for leveling and promoting your Heroes. Reputation with this fraction can also be increased by unlocking devotion skills, increasing friendship level of your Heroes and recruiting Heroes through connections.

Conclave fraction improves the Friendship Points Rewards and maximum Energy. Reputation for Conclave is gained by finishing Story Missions, Urgent Missions, by participating in Labyrinth and by interacting with objects in missions (Treasury Chests, Goddess Statues, etc..).

Merchant Union reputation increases Battle Gold Earned and Enhance God Success chance. In order to farm Merchant Union reputation you will have to farm all other available currencies and resources in the game – the more you obtain the more reputation is gained.

Phantom CIC reputation improves Enhance Great Success chance and Abyss Purification Rewards. As you progress in Battle Segments of Epic Seven (Labyrinth, Abyss, Spirit Altar, and Hunt) you will also progress the Phantom CIC reputation.

A Shop is a place where you can spend your resources to buy various useful things and speed up your game progress. On the right side of the Shop Screen, you will see a unique shop for each available currency.

Skystone Shop provides you with the opportunity to buy Skystones for real-life money and we can call it a pay-to-win shop.

Another pay-to-win shop is Pack Shop. In Pack Shop you can choose to buy different packs which can speed up your Epic Seven progress. You can buy Hero summons, resources, gear, charms, creatures and even rank progress.

A Normal Shop is a place where you can spend hard earned Skystones and Leifs. For Skystones you can buy summons, gold, entry tickets and energy while for Leifs you can buy only energy and entry tickets. I already said that summon chances are laughable but with each summon you can collect part of the transit stone which is needed for getting Galaxy Bookmarks (needed for summoning rare Heroes) and 4-5 Star Hero Summon tickets, so you should spend your Skystones only on the summons.

Transit Stone Shop is the shop where you can trade Gold Transit Stones and Silver Transit Stones. Gold Transit Stone is gained after 20 summons and you will need six to buy 5 Galaxy Bookmarks or one 4-5 Star Hero Summon ticket. Keep in mind that this your only way to collect best Heroes in Epic Seven which means that you should trade your transit stones as soon as you can (Galaxy Bookmarks summon will be available to you only after you finish the main campaign on normal difficulty). Silver Transit Stones you can gain by transmitting Heroes and through various mission awards, for purchasing charms, creatures and accessories. My advice is to use Silver Transit stones only for MolaGoras and GigaPhantasmas each week (you can buy only 1 of those per week).

Powder of Knowledge is gained by dismantling artifacts and it can be used for trading in Powder of Knowledge Shop where you can buy unique artifacts, artifact’s charms, and Bottle of Knowledge which is essential for limit braking of 5-star artifacts.

During your progress, you will earn a lot of Friendship Points and the best way to use it to trade them in Friendship Shop. For Friendship Points, you can buy Energy, Arena Entry Tickets and Friendship Bookmarks needed for Friendship Summon.

Ancient Coins are collected in Labyrinths and can be traded in Ancient Coin Shop for accessory charms and Malicious Bug Charm needed for entering Azmakalis on Hell difficulty. Azmakalis is raid available after clearing Chapter 5.9 Peiata Roa on World difficulty and that is PVE end-game content of Epic Seven so you should keep your Ancient Coins until you are able to participate Azmakalis on Hell because the best rewards in the entire game are available there.

Conquest Points Shop is a PVP shop where you can spend your Glory Crests and Conquest Points to buy Energy, charms, high-level PVP gear set and MolaGora seed (once per week).

This is all you should now in order to fully understand all the options in Epic Seven. Epic Seven may seem a little bit complicated for a mobile game but you will get used to most important game principles after a day or two at most. Be prepared for a long journey because you will need months of playing to achieve your goals and reach Epic 7 end-game content. Stay persistent and patient because you will be awarded at the end, for sure.

We hope that you enjoyed Epic Seven Beginners Guide and that you now fully understand all Epic Seven game segments. BlueMoonGame wishes you long and prosperous journey into a marvelous world known as Epic Seven.
