You will meet your Hufflepuff friend at the Three Broomsticks. Apparently, she is keeping an eye on Beatrice, who is still completely ignoring her. After chatting for a while, you will tell Penny that you need her help with brewing a Love Potion. She will be shocked to hear that since those potions are banned from Hogwarts, and any student caught brewing it could get into serious trouble. Because of that, you will need to convince Penny to help you.
After a few rounds of butterbeer, she will soften up, and once you explain the whole situation to her, she will agree to help you. Still, brewing a Love Potion is not an easy task, and you will have to gather several ingredients before Penny can start brewing it.
You will start by gathering some rose thorns from the greenhouses. However, much to your surprise, you will notice that Barnaby and Rowan are there.
